MOVING VAN

AGENT MUST HAVE THEIR SELLER/BUYER FILL OUT A LIABILITY FORM AND GET A COPY OF THEIR LICENSE AND INSURANCE CARD Agent assumes liability if the form is not signed If a client is unable to pick up a key during regular business hours it is the agent's responsibility to get these items completed before handing over a key

FEES

$75 Team Fee: includes the use of all staff and moving trucks This cost is your cost for each commission check The only other cost is the $225 Agent Services Fee (ASF) ($1M+ transaction ASF fee is $350) These are paid on ALL closings (team leads & your own)

TEAM LEADS

All leads referred to you, are generated by the Team Team leads are paid at 40% Agent/60% Team

$225 Agent Services Fee will be your cost. ($1M+ transaction ASF fee is $350)

TEAM REFERRALS

All leads referred to you by a RET member, will be calculated based on what the agents involved negotiate before the deal is completed The Agent Services fee (if applicable) will also be negotiated between agents.

TEAM ONBOARDING PROCESS

GETTING STARTED & MARKETING

1. Agent Meets with Broker of your office to transfer or Apply for license

2. Manger notifies staff of new agent via email: Staff to Notify is Sandra, Rob, Teresa or Sue and Donna

1. Name,Email, Phone

2. Status- approximate current status of license and estimated date to be set up with RN

3. Basic history and summary of agent experience

3. Donna, will be in touch via email Introduces herself Requests documents to be completed and returned to her. (FB Agent Sign up and Personnel Info)

4. Donna, begins marketing and completes marketing items once Reece Nichols has issued, Email address and office number and agent photo is received

5. Donna sends email to agent with proofs for approval to agent of marketing items to be printed professionally. All other marketing items are added to the agents personal dropbox folder that was created by marketing and shared with the agent.

6. Agent will receive access to Connecteam portal

TEAM ONBOARDING PROCESS

TRAINING

7 Every Agent will complete Tech Setup process within the portal (During this process, Dropbox, Dotloop email signatures and more are set up)

8. Upon completion of tech setup process, agent is given access to training Course that is applicable to their level of experience

9. Agent signs up for required Matrix classes (if new agent)

10. Agent will not register for Fast Track (if new agent)

11. During Sandra’s class, agent will register for Advantage if applicable. Not to be taken until after RET Training.

12. New to business agents- six-week training course through Connecteam portal: Videos Assigned, Assignments to be turned in on time, Meetings are required to attend

13 Schedules for the next course comes out approximately 2 – 3 weeks before the course begins. They are typically scheduled to begin every 8 weeks for brand new agents courses.

14. Experienced Agents – There are one of two courses they will be assigned to One is for experienced RN agents The other course is experienced coop agents transferring to RN to the team

15 Experienced Agents are expected to complete the Technology Setup in the portal within the first few days of receiving their login credentials with Reece Nichols.

16. Following the tech setup, the agent is then given access to the training course For experienced agents, this can be completed in one day. It is required to be completed within the first 10 days once the license has successfully been transferred.
