Personal florals will consist of textural, romantic pieces with white and ivory for a dreamy, timeless palette.

Brooke’s bridal bouquet will be designed of a mix of peonies and garden roses, delphinium, ranunculus, majolica spray roses, roses, and delicate sweet peas paired with very minimal textural greens in a classic round shape with long silk ribbons.

Boutonnières and corsages are not planned as of now.

Lovely Leaves was launched in January 2014, and we have had the honor of designing florals for so many amazing couples in the past eight years! Our company was launched as a florist catering specifically to brides and grooms. We are not your typical florist: Planners at heart, we work with each client to be sure the design of their florals is woven perfectly into the fabric of their wedding to create an overall amazing day packed full of style and loveliness. Lovely Leaves has been featured in blogs and magazines throughout the country; well known publications include Style Me Pretty, Martha Stewart Weddings, Magnolia Rouge, Kentucky Bride, and Brides of Austin. We design flowers for gorgeous weddings in Kentucky and Texas plus select destination weddings throughout the country.

The primary wedding ceremony will take place at The Louisville Latter Day Saints Chapel for close friends and family; ceremony florals are unnecessary. Brooke may opt ot add in ceremony florals for Whitehall. Our suggestion would be a greened arch with minimal floral as most focus will be on the reception tent.

A fun soda bar will be the main focus during cocktail hour set in the Florentine Garden at Whitehall with the string quartet. Tables will feature small arrangements.

The reception tent will be the primary focus for floral.

As guests walk up, they will find their escort cards on a wall accented with blooms growing from the base. The tent will feature a dramatic floral entrance of lush greens and white blooms. Tables will host a mix of low centerpieces in white compote vases for a European garden feel and a more cost effective option with taper candles set in glass on brass candlesticks with loose greens and ginger jars tying in the look from Brooke’s grandmother’s collection. Lighting or center poles in the tent may be accented with greenery.

The key to an elevated experience for brides, grooms, and guests alike is a branded, cohesive aesthetic with professional vendors and professional decor. Outside of what we offer, we work with professional rental partners to source tenting, lighting, flooring, tables, chairs, linens, china, glassware, flatware and furniture for our clients. It is important that the overall event design pair well with florals. We have the ability to fabricate walls for escort displays and additional structures for one-of-a-kind pieces.
