Clear Glass “Screen” Element dividing the communal table seating from the registration area.

Screen will be framed with blackened steel and have major city names on it.

A unique screen made from stretched belting leather held in traction within an aluminum frame. A wider wood frame added to the aluminum frame, as shown in the rendering, will add warmth and allow the frame to sit higher off the ground. The pattern of the stretched leather is reminiscent of elements found at a baseball park.

Wine display cabinet at side entry next to bar. Wine display cabinet to be made of a blackened steel frame with glass doors, horizontal wood bottle display shelves and a back painted grey glass back wall. The front glass doors will have a graphic image paying homage to the restaurant location of the Dirty Harry Film where Clint Eastwood says his famous line of “Go ahead, make my day”. The location of the wine display could allow for cabinet storage underneath if needed.

A watercolor inspired numbered artwork collection for each guest floor. Finish options include: print on metal, print on acrylic, print on glass or mirror and large framed artwork prints.

A series of black and white numbered artwork images with San Francisco backgrounds. This concept can be large scale framed artwork pieces, wall vinyl murals or applied to glass or acrylic with standoff’s.

A series of numbers for each floor painted on wood with wood slat panels in front of the number. Panel size is approx. 48”W x 90”H. The wood slat concept ties in directly to the registration back wall wood screen element and the wood slats over the bar.

A series of numbers for each floor printed on 1/4” clear acrylic in front of acrylic mirror. Panel size is approx. 48”W x 90”H. This concept has a similar look to the artwork on the 1st floor exterior veranda; the live wall with light sabers showing through the greenery.
