Listing Agent calls or texts Todd D. Bosley at 330-323-9775.

Todd responds to agent to get seller contact info.

If seller wants to proceed with auction, Bosley Auction Team will take over from here with all listing paperwork and related details / duties to complete sale

Todd calls or meets seller (and agent if available / interested) to discuss auction process.

At the close of successful auction, Todd’s Team / Title Company contacts seller/buyer and emails documents to be signed. CALL LISTING PAPERWORK

AUCTION DAY

Seller needs to be available by phone at time of auction

Todd will view property and discuss appropriate reserve with seller / agent.

RESERVE AUCTION

An auction where the seller/auctioneer sets a confidential minimum price (the "reserve price") that must be met or exceeded for the item to be sold. Pre-auction offers can be made by buyer and presented/negotiated by the auctioneer. If accepted by the seller, the auction is canceled If the highest bid at the end of the auction is below the reserve price, the seller is not obligated to sell

Seller's Options: If the reserve is not met, the seller can choose to have the auctioneer: -Accept the offer -Decline the offer
