If seller wants to proceed with auction, Greta Hull / Todd will take over from here with all listing paperwork and related paperwork / duties to complete sale.

Todd calls or meets seller (and agent if available / interested) to discuss auction process.

Todd will view property and discuss appropriate reserve with seller / agent.

Agent may be requested to help at open house / auction.

Our 12,000 sq ft auction gallery is heated and cooled year-round and located at 9635 Ravenna Ave Louisville, between Louisville and Hartville on St Rt 44. We will announce online when we will be doing in-person auctions at our auction gallery. ANY PROPERTY QUALIFIES

There's no right or wrong property for an auction

Any clients facing Probate or Pre-Foreclosure would be a great referral for an auction

AGENT BUYER BENEFIT

Every agent who provides a fully executed referral form more than 48 hours before auction, will receive 2% referral fee, should their buyer be the successful bidder
