We wanted to provide a fast-service, and casual environment, to all those who walked into our restaurant. Since then the brand has grown rapidly and now trades in more than 60 locations across the UK and Ireland. We are now at a stage where we are welcoming experienced, energetic, multi-unit franchise partners to join us on this journey of growth. A key factor in our success is operational simplicity. In short, difficult food made easy. We have simplified our recipes and developed ingredients, which has assisted the
brand’s scalability. Low skill labour requirements, and improved cost efficiencies, mean we can deliver high profit margins and a solid return on investment. Our focus on being faster, fresher and tastier, drives our brand and culture. The average transaction time, from ordering to providing customers with a hot counter style service, is less than one minute. And our processing of over five million transactions every year is seamless. Chopstix has several formats and continues to develop its portfolio on high streets, shopping centres, motorway service stations and travel hubs. Depending on the type of format selected, capital investment ranges between £75k and £200k. Having
begun our franchise journey in 2015, with both Applegreen and Welcome Break, we have developed a dedicated support team to enable our ambitious expansion plans. Bidfood is our nominated distribution partner and our target is to become the global brand of choice in Pan Asian QSR.
