Order process
Orders should be placed with Swenor’s official representative in Switzerland, Roger Nufer. His contact details are: rnufer@gmx.ch
An order form is available here (Google Sheets). Accept “make a copy ” , fill in the form and return. Either by “sharing” or as email attachment. An order form in Microsoft Excel format is available here. Open, make a copy, fill in the form and return as email attachment.
An official order confirmation will be issued manually, by e-mail, once the order has been registered in our system. Unless otherwise stated, goods are normally dispatched within two days of receipt of order confirmation.
Shipping & Freight
Freight costs are not included. Estimated freight charges can be found here.
Please note that these are approximate costs and may vary slightly.
The final freight charge will be specified in the order confirmation, which is issued after an order has been placed - prior to invoicing.
Payment Information
Invoices are issued upon dispatch of goods and will contain all necessary information for processing payment. Payment terms are 14 days from the invoice date
