At Bahama House, our warm and attentive staff welcomes you as family so you feel at home on your special day.
The historic architecture at Bahama House is complemented by Caribbean design touches, like hand-printed pastel wallpaper and vintage rattan furniture from a private collection. A palm-tree lined courtyard, freshwater pool, and hand-crafted tiki bar, plus a variety of terraces and lounges give guests a variety of spaces for entertainment, relaxation, and conversation.

Bahama House provides an intimate backdrop for small and large weddings alike, whether you choose to exchange vows on the property, at a charming nearby church, or on the beach. The layout of our property ensures couples can prepare separately while the wedding party relaxes in our photo-ready courtyard. You’ll find our property offers the privacy and flexibility to host all your wedding events, from bridal brunch to reception, in comfort and style.
› Minimum three-night buyout of Bahama House is required with up to 22 overnight guests
› Guests beyond the 22 overnight capacity are subject to a $75 per guest, per event fee for on-site events, with a max capacity of 50 overnight and non-overnight guests combined
› A Wedding Planner or day-of coordinator is required for weddings that exceed the buyout capacity. If one is not hired, an additional $2,500 fee will be charged for inhouse coordination support. No planner is required for weddings below buyout capacity.
› Our culinary team is required when hosting meals at Bahama House (see page 12). There is a $210/person minimum for food and beverage combined.
› Bar services are not included, but must be provided and served by Eleven (see page 13)
› A local church or outside on the beach are both available to host your ceremony for an additional set-up fee
› Bahama House can host small outdoor ceremonies as part of your buyout package (max 22 guests)

Please note that wedding planning services, photography, decorations, entertainment, additional rentals beyond Bahama House inventory, and catering services are not included. Our culinary team must cater any on-site food, which is priced separately.

Eleven must provide and serve all alcohol at Bahama House. No outside liquor is permitted. Outside wine is permitted with the general manager’s approval and includes a corkage fee.

Q. How late can our party last?
Music must end by 11:00 p.m. at the property due to local noise ordinances. All event guests who are not staying on property must depart by 11:00 pm. The congregation of any guests or vendors on the property after the event is prohibited. If you choose to host an event at our Pink Sands Beach location, the gathering must end 30 minutes prior to sunset.
Q. Am I able to host a rehearsal dinner or wedding luncheon at the property?
We would be happy to host all of your events. Additional events have associated costs, including a $75 fee per additional guest beyond the buyout, per event. Please reach out to your sales representative for more information.
Q. Can I plan my own wedding?
If your wedding is below the buyout capacity, then you can plan your own wedding. For weddings that exceed the buyout capacity, a wedding planner or day-of coordinator is required. If one is not hired in such cases, an additional $2,500 fee will be charged for in-house coordination support.
Q. What is the role of the Experience Manager?
The Experience Manager coordinates rooming, travel, and activity bookings for overnight guests. They will connect with your overnight guests six weeks prior to discuss the stay, and are on-site from 8 a.m. to 5 p.m. The Experience Manager is not responsible for planning, coordinating, or otherwise managing your event, and does not take the place of a wedding planner.
› VAT: Will be added to the final invoice.
› Guest Numbers: Final guest count must be confirmed 30 days prior to the event. Charges will be based on this number. Any increases within 30 days must be approved by the culinary team and are not guaranteed.
› Required Booking Window: Bookings must be confirmed at least 90 days prior to the wedding date.
› Event Duration: Eight hours of event time included. Additional hours available for an extra charge. All events must end by 11:00 p.m.
› Venue Access: Full use of all designated common areas for the event. These include the 1800 Upstairs Terrace, Breakfast Terrace, Middle Terrace, Pool Area, Tiki Bar, Game Area, and Lawn.
› Furniture Adjustments: Furniture can be rearranged or removed in certain areas (1800 Upstairs Terrace, Breakfast Terrace, Pool Area, Tiki Bar, Game Area, and Lawn) with prior approval from Lodge management.
› Setup & Breakdown Time: Four hours total allocated for event setup and breakdown.
› Breakfast: Scheduled from 7:30–10:00 a.m., with flexibility up until 11:00 a.m. if needed.
› Bahama House Tableware: Includes champagne flutes, wine glasses (red/white), water glasses, highballs, rocks glasses, cutlery (forks, knives, soup spoon, tablespoon), plates, linen, chairs, and tables. Additional charges may apply for custom rental ware that matches a specific theme or color.
› Restroom Access: Two common-area bathrooms available for guests during the event. Guest room bathrooms are not available unless occupied by the room’s guest.
› Cake Cutting Service: Included.
› Accommodations: Minimum three-night buyout of Bahama House is required with up to 22 overnight guests.
› Wedding Planning Services: Day-of coordinator services are required. Pre-event planning is highly recommended. Eleven offers these services at an additional cost.
› Additional Event Services: Excludes florals, arches, photography, decor, rentals, party favors, DJ/band, transportation, and coat check.
› Guest Transportation: Guests are responsible for arranging onisland transportation. Our team can assist with golf cart rentals.
› Catering: Bahama House Culinary Team must be used for all catering. No offsite food is permitted, with the exception of wedding desserts.
› Alcohol: All alcohol must be provided and served by Eleven. Please see bar package options on Page 13
