1.The Declaration of Cooperation for the creation of a Safe

3. A Cooperation Agreement in connection with Education was signed between Northern Arizona University and Universidad Tecnológica de Hermosillo, for the purpose of participating in academic, scientific and cultural activities and common interest areas, on a jointl basis.

Also, Paulo Carreño King presented the master lecture: Manufacturing in Mexico, opportunities and challenges; and Kenneth Smith, Chief Technical Negotiator of the Secretary of Economy in favor of the NAFTA.

“Alvaro Obregón Tapia” Award Governors Pavlovich and Ducey handed this award to Professor Anabell Fiel Rivera, President and Incorporator of the International Promotion Organization – Education and Leadership. Finally, the work of both commissions was evaluated, turning out to be a magnificent reunion; having addressed different common interest issues for both states and their different offices and programs, such as education, art and culture, farming, security and contingencies with respect to real estate with its Law 101 of condominium property, the new frame for condominium administration, to provide security in real estate investments, legal aspects and business in general.
