SOCIAL FUNDRY CATERS TO A LARGE SPECTRUM OF COMPANIES, SPEIFICALLY TODAY'S SOCIAL RETAILERS. THE PROGRAM WILL PERFORM BOTH HIGH-FUNCTIONING CO-WORKING SPACES AND AREAS TO PROMOTE SOCIAL RETAILING. THE DESIGN APPROACH IS TO ENCOURAGE SOCIAL INTERACTIONS, A LARGE VARETY OF OFFICE DESIGN FROM PRIVATE TO PIBLIC AREAS, AND SUSTAINABLE QUALITIES TO ENHANCE THE HEALTH AND WELL-BEING OF THE USER EXPERIENCE. EVERYDAY AFTER 5P.M. SOCIAL FOUNDRY WILL TRASNFORM FROM A CO-WORKING SPACE TO AN EVENT/RETAIL SPACE AS A MARKETING STRATEGY TO SHOWCASE THE RETAILERS' VARIETY OF MERCHANDISE.
