GATHERING ROOM: A warm comfortable place to gather with family A large sectional sofa allows ample, comfortable seating for everyone and a large, wood coffee table creates a center point in the room
GATHERING ROOM: The sectional centers around the TV and a custom built media center which provides a focal point for the room
An additional possibility is creating arched niches

Layout plan option one centers around the very large, comfortable 12' x 12' ARHAUS Kipton sofa as the main furniture piece in the Gathering Room
The pieces selected for this option have repeated motifs of curves and cy inders in their forms The overall look is ight and fresh with a focus on the interplay of materials and textures
DINING ROOM FURNITURE
A wood table with sculptural legs clad in oak veneer provides seating for eight A sideboard to the side of the table provides additiona surface area for serving food and an opportunity for low level ight ng Lisa's selected chandelier works perfectly in this arrangement An indoor/ outdoor woven rug helps define the area,

Arhaus KIPTON three piece wedge sectional sofa is the perfect place to curl up with the family An easy care 10' x 14' indoor/ outdoor Jaipur rug provides texture and a touch of colour Additional seat ng provided with a pa r of chairs and round boucle clad ottomans
KITCHEN & CAFE AREA
New barstools for the kitchen counter reference a classic mid Century modern design and tie n with the five dining chairs and table from Maiden Home in the cafe area Soft white linen pendants at the kitchen bar tie in with a new feature lighting fixture that adds a warm glow and visual interest to the Cafe corner Barstools by Rove Concept, pendants by Visual Comfort, Cafe fixture by Arteriors, Geometric Artwork from West Elm

Layout plan option provides a mix of seating in the gathering room The pair of chairs facing the lanai a low the eye to flow through the Gathering Room out to the lanai as opposed to be ng stopped by a sofa
The sofa is the Arhaus Kipton but simply a smaller scale one A console table behind the sofa allows for additional light or simply layering accessories
