We at Eiikon Healthcare Alliance would like to officially welcome you to our international supply chain edition.

In this issue we will introduce you to healthcare market impacted by the US GPO platform, however, were not explored in full until late 2015.

What we learned in Puerto Rico, USA

An impressive fact about Puerto Rico is that there were still questions whether Puerto Rico was considered “international” for shipping! Puerto Rico a US territory, but is treated like a US state for those the still have this question.

What we learned in Guam, USA

Guam was one of the most eye‐opening areas we encountered. Guam is more of a US state than it is a US Territory. In fact, Guam has a Senator! This made it very easy to offer and make recommendations.
