Self-service password reset (SSPR): How to reset your EHL email password

Do you have an @ehl.ch email address, but no longer have access to it because you’ve forgotten your password?

Great news! You can now reset it yourself, and gain access back to your beloved @ehl ch inbox Let’s dive a little deeper into this service

This service allows you to reset your EHL password if you have forgotten it. To use it, please go to the following address: https://passwordresetmicrosoftonline com In order to be able to use it, you must first enroll on https://aka ms/ssprsetup Enter your EHL e-mail address, and the displayed characters

Choose whether you want to reset your password (if you have forgotten it) or if you want to unlock your account (if you do remember your password but are unable to sign in).

The portal will offer the possibility of receiving a verification code on your preferred authentication device (phone or alternate email address). The image below shows what you will see if you enter a phone number: you can choose to receive a code via SMS or an automated call.

Enter the code you receive in the above field. Then choose a new password

Congratulations! You have now successfully reset your password
