The hospitality industry is no exception, but its needs are specific. This is the problem that the founders of Share.P, a successful startup operating within the EHL Innovation Village, decided to solve.

Innovative startup cuts costs and brings new revenue to hotels by automating parking rentals.

"High operational costs, lack of real control over the occupancy rate of parking spaces, lack of flexibility of monetizing idle spots – enumerates Mateusz Wojdylo, CEO – The Share P system solves all such issues’’.

‘’Installation of our car park electronics takes just half an hour. At very little cost, we introduce full rental automation with the option to dynamically rent parking spaces to external drivers Our system can be integrated with any hotel management software , so that, at the time of booking a room , a parking spot is assigned to the guest for a specific period of time ’’.

‘’ Upon arrival , the driver can use the app to open the garage door or use the EV charging station . All fees are tracked by the app and are paid by the customer directly, or added to the hotel bill ."

All of this allows for significant savings

As Mateusz Wojdylo points out, the system significantly reduces the tasks performed by the hotel staff : " This month we installed our system in the car park of a « self check- in hotel » in Fribourg Its owners had no control over who was actually parking there and were losing potential profits because all available solutions were proving too expensive .

With Share P, they ' ve not only regained control of the car park , but they ' re also generating income thanks to doctors from a nearby hospital who are happy to make reservations on the app , instead of driving around looking for a free parking spot."

The system is also being used in the parking lots of companies that, due to the growing popularity of remote work , are no longer satisfied with the traditional monthly subscription model

Among Share . P ' s customers is Google , which has seen a large increase in the use of parking spaces in its office buildings . Employees greatly appreciate that they only pay for the actual parking time used .

The company is in the process of finalizing an investment round to fund international expansion
