SCOTTSDALE QUARTER CONTINUES TO EXPAND TO MEET DEMAND — AND BECOME NORTH SCOTTSDALE’S PREMIER LUXURY LIVING HUB By Molly Cerreta Smith

THE SCOTTSDALE QUARTER ON THE CORNER OF SCOTTSDALE ROAD AND BUTHERUS DRIVE HAS EVOLVED GREATLY SINCE ITS BEGINNINGS A DECADE AGO. It continues to offer the finest in dining and retail, and surrounding the center, an entire urban luxury living community has been built up to support its growth — and more is on the way. When it opened, the 28-acre shopping center brought many “firsts” to the area, including the state’s only American Girl Doll store and it’s first H&M clothing store. In 2015, the Crescent Scottsdale Quarter made history for the area again, becoming the area’s most expensive apartment complex at its time of opening. The 275-unit offers its residents opulence and unparalleled amenities with direct

front-door access to all Scottsdale Quarter has to offer. That same fiscal year, Scottsdale Quarter was named the city’s seventh-largest source of property tax revenue and at that time the complex had reported over $13 million in taxable property value… which will only increase with its latest developments. Currently construction is underway on the eastern end of the center which is set to be an eight-story complex overlooking The Quad and palm court central plaza area, which houses the splash pad. This latest development will add nearly 75,000 square feet to Scottsdale Quarter including new restaurants and retail shops as well as urban residences including studio apartments, a variety of one- and two-bedroom units and a select few three-bedroom units. Vitri Apartments joins the Crescent

and Broadstone to offer some of the most luxurious urban lifestyle amenities just steps away from the bustling Scottsdale Quarter. Leasing opportunities will be available this fall as construction continues on this community that is set to include an amenity deck, elevated courtyard with pool, resident clubhouse, concierge service in the grand lobby entrance, 3,000 square-foot fitness facility, street-level pet spa, rooftop cybercafé and business center, golf simulation room, bike lockers and onsite repair shop, and much more. Units are intricately detailed with high-end conveniences and amenities including USB outlets in the bedrooms and kitchens, luxury flooring, ceramic tile backsplashes, expansive kitchens with islands and custom pendant lighting, restaurantinspired appliances and slide-in gas ranges, quartz countertops, upgraded

cabinetry with undermount ambiance lighting, walk-in closets, ample pantry and storage space, and more. To join the interest list, prospective residences may visit www.vitriapartments.com. Meanwhile as Scottsdale Quarter becomes the hottest place for urban lifestylists to set down roots, the shopping, dining and entertainment center is as popular as ever for those that simply want to pop in for a bite to eat or a casual cocktail, take in a movie, let the kids splash around or stroll through the shops. Special events this fall include the free Fall Concert Series at The Quad beginning Saturday, September 7 and featuring the likes of local favorites Sugahbeat, Rock Lobster, Crown Kings and the 2019 Taste of the Town culinary festival, which benefits the Muscular Dystrophy Association, takes place here on Friday, October 11 at 6:30 p.m.
