Public and Charter Schools Creighton School District
Located in the heart of historical Central Phoenix, Creighton School District has been a neighborhood staple since 1884. In our 139 years of providing excellent education for our families, we have seen the neighborhoods evolve into the vibrant and growing community it is today. Our schools are located in some of the fastest growing Phoenix neighborhoods like Arcadia Lite, Green Gables, Loma Linda, Phoenix Homestead, and Monte Vista, making Creighton School District a destination district. Encompassing 10 square miles, we are home to nine Pre-Kindergarten through 8th grade Title I schools serving approximately 5,400 students.
The vision of the Creighton School District is to inspire adventurous thinkers, collaborative learners, and kind-hearted leaders. To ensure we are living our vision the district provides extracurricular opportunities to students in the form of visits to local destinations like museums and the zoo to traveling to different countries like Costa Rica through the Junior Ambassadors program. To provide these opportunities the Creighton District relies heavily on tax credit donations.
Arizona State tax law (ARS 43-1089.01) allows taxpayers the opportunity to receive a dollarfor-dollar tax credit on their state tax return of up to $200 for an individual and $400 for married couples filing jointly. We ask that when filing your taxes, you choose Creighton as your public school of choice to donate your tax credit dollars. Your donation will be used to enrich the lives of children who may not be otherwise afforded the opportunity to travel or receive cultural experiences. You can donate online, or you can mail or drop off a check to 2702 E Flower Street, Phoenix, Arizona, 85016. Thank you for supporting our students. Visit the district’s website for more info on how to donate to a specific school.
