Product Description:
The fiberglass reinforced composite pipe has a three layer structure and is compounded through a special process. The air chamber is made of modified PVC with corrosion-proof, heat-resistant, anti-friction and airtight characteristics. Thermoset fiberglass with high strength and good stiffness is wound and cured as an intermediate layer. The outer plastic coating is extruded to resist the effects of aging and impact. Threaded metal fittings are attached at both ends. The optional foam jacket can be fitted under the outer jacket as an insulation measure. The pipe combines the benefits of thermoplastic and thermoset materials and is used as an alternative option to replace steel pipe or partially replace stainless steel pipe for the transmission of normal and corrosive media. It is now widely used in the petroleum, chemical, engineering, water supply and gas industries.

High pressure FRP pipe

Product Description:
The high surface FRP pipe adopts standardized long screw connection with 5B external upsetting which improves the sealing property with wear-resistant combined thread. The advantage is that the installation is so fast and convenient that it prolongs the service life. The downhole FRP tubing is highly efficient and super-reinforced, which is controlled for precision bending by computer. Advanced successive filament winding composition ensures the axial modulus and tensile strength with downhole operation. The maximum operating pressure of surface high pressure FRP tubing is 40 MPa, while downhole high pressure FRP tubing is 27 Mpa. The maximum working temperature is 82 ℃ with anhydride petrified epoxy-FRP , 100 ℃ with petrified aromatic amine. It can be at 120 ℃ under long-term work for high surface FRP pipes made of special heat-resistant epoxy resin system. The products' maximum working temperature of 149 ℃ has been made to meet some special application conditions which are in accordance with 15HR specification.

Special coating for heavy oil thermal recovery


Product Description:
This special type of liner is a completely new and self-developed patent product as a pipeline for heavy oil thermal recovery applications. The pipe body is made of Cr-Mo steel. The high thermal stability and collapse resistance characteristics of such material lead to better field performance, such as high connection strength, good thermal distortion resistance and reliable gas tightness. It can survive more than 6 steam injection cycles, which doubles the life of conventional casing in thermal recovery wells. This product proves to be a better solution for the high casing damage rate that existed in thermal recovery applications.

The heat treatment production line equipped with advanced machining equipment and monitoring instruments, which is one of the few domestic advanced production lines, can annually heat treat more than 150,000 tons of pipes to calculate the polishing rod alone. All kinds of drill pipes with diameter of Φ60.3-Φ139.7 mm and steel grade of G105、S135 can be produced in the drill pipe workshop. Seven advanced flow production lines were established in the machining workshop and can machine 300,000 tons of pipe, casing, couplings, screen pipe, etc. with sizes of Φ60.3 ~ Φ508 mm and grades of J55, K55, N80, L80, P110 annually.

H2S corrosion-resistant oil pipes
Product Description:
At present, there are 1/3 of oil and gas wells containing H2S gas worldwide. In China, there are several oil fields (such as Sinkiang, Szechwan) containing H2S gas. H2S gas can cause stress corrosion cracking of casings and pipelines, which can lead to large losses. We developed SL H2S corrosion resistant oil pipes by partnering with foreign companies to solve the above problem. The test showed that this type of casing can be used in wells with 8% H2S gas content and could solve the corrosion cracking well.
