This booklet contains The Undergraduate Studies Bylaws and Implementation Rules at Effat University This brochure is written in Arabic and English. The Arabic language is the language used to settle any dispute arising about changing this booklet and what it includes of the regulations of study and examinations for undergraduate studies and its implementing rules.

Undergraduate Studies Bylaws at Effat University are issued based on Universities Affairs Council Number 1444/9/2 with the date of 1444/1/3H The Implementation Rules for Effat University are issued based on the Board of Trustees Decision Number (23) in the 1st Board of Trustees Meeting for the Academic Year 1444H corresponding 2022-2023, held on Tuesday 26th of Jumada I 1444H, corresponding 20th of December, 2022.

First Chapter: Definitions

Bylaws for Undergraduate Study and Examination and Implementation Rules for Effat University 1445 H - 2024

Article 1

The definitions of the concepts in these bylaws are listed below. These definitions are the same throughout the document unless stated otherwise

1. The Academic Calendar: two or more regular semesters, and one summer course, if any. Or four or more levels, and one or two summer levels if any.

2. The Study System: the academic style followed by all the University’s colleges and units whether it is levelbased, semester-based oy yearly-based.

3. The Academic Semester: a duration (period) of instruction no less than (15) weeks in the two semesters system, and no less than (12) weeks in the three semesters system, not including the registration, add and drop and final examination periods.

4. The Academic Level: an academic style where the duration is less than one semester given that it is not less than four weeks and not more than eight weeks.

The total number of study weeks should not be less than 40 weeks per year 5. The Academic Year: a period of instruction no less than 40 weeks in the year.

6. The Summer Semester: a period of instruction no less than (8) weeks in the two semesters system, and no less than (6) weeks in the three semesters system.

The weekly duration of each summer course is twice its duration during the regular academic semester.

7. The Summer Level: a of instruction no less than (4)n weeks in the academic level system, and no less than (6) weeks in the three semesters system. The weekly duration of each summer course is twice its duration during the regular academic semester.

8. The Study Plan: a group of mandatory, elective and free courses whose total units constitute the graduation requirements and the student has to pass to attain the scientific degree in the specified degree 9. The Course: the study material in the Program’s study plan which has a code, a number and a course description. The Department monitors, evaluates

and develops each course which can be taught independently or concurrently. The course can also have a prerequisite.

10. The Credit Hour: the weekly theoretical lecture (or clinical or laboratory lectures) with a minimum duration of 50 minutes, or a practicum with a minimum duration of 100 minutes, or a field lecture which is specified in the study plan.

11. Teaching styles: the teaching methodologies including synchronous, hybrid, asynchronous among others 12. Academic Promotion System (Bridging): a program which allows students to pursue a bachelor’s degree program after attaining a diploma 13. The Semester Report: the scores attained in one academic level, academic semester or academic year, if applicable. It includes tests, research assignments and any other educational activities related to the course 14. The Final Exam: an examination in the course, administered once at the end of every level or semester or academic year.

15. The Final Exam: the score attained by the student in each course in the final examination.

16. The Final Score: the sum of the semester work scores, in addition to the final exam score for each course, calculated out of a total grade of 100.

17. The Academic Transcript: a copy of a student›s permanent academic record, which usually means all courses taken, all grades received, all honors received, and degrees conferred to a student. The transcript includes Semester and Cumulative GPA. 18. The Visiting Student: a student who is studying some courses in studies some courses at another university, or at a branch of the university to which she/he belongs without being transferred.

19. The Course Grade: a percentage or alphabetical letter assigned to a student indicating the final grade she/he received in a course.

20. Incomplete Grade: a provisional grade assigned to each course in which a student fails to complete the requirements by the required date. This is indicated in the academic record by the letter grade ‘IC.’ 21. In-Progress Grade: a provisional grade assigned to each course which requires more than one semester to complete. The letter grade ‘IP’ is assigned in this case 22. Semester Grade Point Average (GPA): the total number of quality points the student has achieved, divided by the credit-hours assigned for all courses the student has taken in any semester or academic year.

Quality points are calculated by multiplying the credits hours by the grade obtained by the student in each course.

Chapter Two: Aims of the Bylaws

Article 2 The aim of these bylaws is to regulate the university’s study and examination procedures to enhance the efficiency and quality of education and academic processes in the post high school level.

Article 3 These bylaws apply to the universities which adhere to the Rules and Regulations of Higher Education and Universities issued by Royal Decree number 8m dated 1414/6/4H and universities which adhere to the Universities Rules and Regulations issued by Royal Decree number 27m dated 1441/3/2H

Article 4 1.When endorsing a program, the university adheres to the following by order: A.The Saudi Standards Classification for Educational Specializations issued by the Council of Ministers number 75 dated 1442/1/27 including amendments or updates B.The National Qualification Framework in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia, issued by Education and Training Evaluation Commission in the first meeting of the second session dated 1441/6/16 including amendments or updates.

As approved by the University Council, the academic degree and the graduation requirements are spread according to the study system and the study plan as follows: 1.Two academic semesters or more, and there may be a Summer semester counted as half the duration of the academic semester.

2.Four academic levels or more, given that the duration of each academic level is at least 4 weeks and does not exceed 8 weeks. The total number of study weeks must be at least 40 weeks. There may be one or two summer semesters, if any, counted as half the duration of the academic level.

Implementation Rules

The courses of each degree are spread over academic levels. The required as well as elective courses and the number of credit hours that a student needs to successfully complete in order to receive a degree in her major field are clearly specified for each academic level.

The distribution of courses and credit hours is called ‘the Degree Plan.’ All degree plans are approved by the University Council. The academic departments regularly review and update the degree plans in order to provide students with continuously updated academic programs.

The following rules apply to the degree plans: 1.The academic departments select the acceptable elective courses and present them to the relevant College Council. The approved list is forwarded to the Deanship of Admissions and Registration for implementation.

2.In special circumstances, some students may change from one degree plan to another, provided this does not affect their graduation requirements.

3.In introducing any changes to a degree plan, it is anticipated that some courses may not be offered, or be discontinued, or new courses may be included in the degree plan. Therefore, the concerned department academic department should take into consideration the time needed for out-of-phase students by introducing an implantation plan that allows them to complete their graduation requirements in accordance with their original degree plan.

4.Students are required to study within the framework of their approved degree plan and once they fulfill all the requirements they are nominated from graduation.

Article 6

Article 9

According to the rules and regulations established by the University Council, the program of study can be formulated based on an academic year.

1.Based on the recommendations from the College Councils, The University Council may approve the following:

Article 7 In accordance with the decisions of the Council of Universities’ Affairs, the University Council may adopt one or more teaching styles in the programs based on the recommendations received from the College or Unit Councils.

Implementation Rules 1.Based on the recommendations received by the Department Council, College Council, or Unit Council, the University Council may approve one or some teaching styles in the programs after considering the course.

2.The course instructor must adhere to the teaching style approved by the University Council and inform the students at the beginning of course teaching.

3.The Department Council and the College Council may change the teaching styles of the courses after the approval of the University Council.

4.The rules and regulations of the national and international accreditations, such as the National eLearning Center and the National Center for Academic Accreditation and Evaluation, must be considered when offering courses with different teaching styles.

Article 8 The study plan must include at least %10 of the courses that are delivered using one or more learning styles other than synchronous learning. The University council should determine all the implementation rules.

Implementation Rules The University Council determines the implementation rules to include courses that are delivered in one or more learning styles other than synchronous learning given that these courses constitute not less than %10 and not more than %30 of the courses in accordance with the National Center for Academic Accreditation and Evaluation or any other authorities nationally or internationally.

a)Academic Promotion System (Bridging) in degree programs based on the regulations from the Council of Universities’ Affairs b)Interdisciplinary Programs

2.Based on the recommendations from the College Councils or units, the University Council may approve the admission of a bachelor’s degree holder into a different bachelor’s degree

Implementation Rules 1.In accordance with article four, the University Council approves the Academic Promotion System (Bridging) and Interdisciplinary Programs 2.Department Councils and College Councils determine the rules and regulations for Academic Promotion System (Bridging) and Interdisciplinary Programs based on the University Councils rules.

3.A student may apply for two degrees concurrently given that the CUM GPA is not less than 3:00 and after completing a minimum of 48 credit hours and after the approval of the concerned departments and colleges.

The student is awarded the two degrees after completing the following: a)The student has completed the required courses and attained the required CUM GPA in both

degrees. b)The earned credits for the two degrees should not be less than 42 hours above the total credit hours of the degree with higher credit hours c)If the two degrees require the completion of a co-op, the student may complete one co-op, but has to compensate the second co-op with courses as determined by the two concerned College Councils and in accordance with the study plans of the two degrees. d)If the two degrees require a summer internship, the student may take one only in accordance with the recommendations of the two concerned College Councils

Article 10

The University Council may grant a diploma in a degree program if a student did not complete the required credit hours of that degree program in accordance with the regulations approved by the University Council and The Saudi Standard Classification of Educational Levels and Specializations issued by the Council of Ministers number 75 dated 1442/1/27 including amendments or updates in addition to the The National Qualification Framework in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia, issued by Education and Training Evaluation Commission in the first meeting of the second session dated 1441/6/16 including amendments or updates.

Implementation Rules Based on the recommendations of the College Councils, the University Council determines the degree Programs which can grant a diploma to the student who completed a specified number of credit hours, but did not complete the requirements of in accordance with the degree program the Saudi Standard Classification of Educational Levels and Specializations and the National Qualification Framework in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia.

Article 11 In accordance with the decisions by the Council of Universities Affairs related to the national development in addition to the reports about the supply and demand of the labor market, the University Council, following the recommendation of the Department Councils and the College Councils, decides the admission criteria and the number of accepted students in the academic year.

Article 12 In accordance with articles nine and ten of the bylaws, the student who acquired: 1.A diploma (or an equivalent degree) to pursue the bachelor’s degree and transfer the courses that he/she have studied.

2.A Bachelor’s (or an equivalent degree) in a certain program to acquire another bachelor’s degree in a different program and transfer the courses that he/she has studied.

The implementation rules in the bylaws determine the regulations including adding the transferred courses to the CUM GPA of the student in the transcript.

Implementation Rules 1)The major of the diploma must be listed in the specified majors by the bachelor’s program in the college.

2)The Department Councils and the College Councils recommend the admission criteria for the students who acquired a diploma or an equivalent degree to pursue his/her Bachelor’s degree and transfer the courses.

These courses are not counted towards the CUM GPA of the student in accordance with the University Council regulations and the Study and Examinations Bylaws of Effat University.

3)The College Councils recommend the admission criteria for the students who acquired a Bachelor’s degree or an equivalent degree in a specific program

to pursue his/her Bachelor’s degree and transfer the courses. These courses are not counted towards the CUM GPA of the student in accordance with the University Council regulations and the Study and Examinations Bylaws of Effat University.

4)The admission of students who acquired a Bachelor’s degree in a specific program to study another Bachelor’s degree in a different program in accordance to Article 11 of the bylaws and implementation rules.

5)The Admission and Academic Standing Committee considers applications in accordance with the recommendations of the Department Councils and College Councils which handles the transferred courses.

Article 13

Fifth: Enrollment in the Cooperative Program Some students, according to the requirements of their majors and degree plans, should spend a period (not exceeding 28 weeks) of practical training in their major field. The student must remain in continuous contact with her academic department during the training period. In order to qualify for enrollment in this program the student should: a.have completed more than 85 credit hours of her degree plan and should complete the cooperative assignment before the end of her last semester at the University; b.have completed all the required courses as identified by her major department; c.have a cumulative GPA and major GPA of 2.00 or above; d.not be discontinued from study. e.not be allowed to take any other courses along with the Cooperative Program.

Sixth: Enrollment in Summer Training Some students, according to the requirements of their majors and degree plans, should spend a summer training period of 8 weeks in their major field. The student should complete the summer training period before the end of her last semester at the university. In order to qualify for enrollment in this program the student should: a.have completed more than 65 credit hours of his degree plan; b.have completed all the required courses as identified by her major department; c.have a cumulative GPA and major GPA of 2.00 or above; d.not be discontinued from study.

Seventh: Course Load A course load is defined as the number of credit-hours for which a student is registered in a regular semester or a summer semester. The course load varies from one major to another and is determined as follows: 1. The Minimum and Maximum Course Load Limit in a Regular Semester for Student with Good Standing. a. The minimum course load limit is 12 credit hours during a regular semester. This condition is waived in the last semester before graduation. b. The maximum course load is 19 credit hours. c. A student is permitted to register for 21 credit hours with the approval of his department chairman, if the student has maintained a minimum cumulative GPA of 3.00 in the preceding semesters that include the last 28 credits hours taken by the student. d. The maximum course load in a summer semester is 8 credit hours.

2. Minimum and Maximum Course Load for a Student on

Academic Warning or Probation: a. Student on Academic Warning: the minimum course load is 12 credit hours and maximum course load is 15 credit hours in a regular semester. The maximum course load is 7 credit hours in a summer semester. b. Student on Probation: minimum course load is 12 credit hours and maximum course load is 13 credit hours in a regular semester. The maximum course load is 6 credit hours in a summer semester.

3. Minimum and Maximum course load for a student in her Last Term before Graduation: a. The maximum course load is 20 credit hours in a regular semester. b. The maximum course load is 9 credit hours in a summer semester. The student should have maintained a minimum cumulative GPA of 2.00 in the preceding semesters that include the last 28 credits hours taken by the student.

Eighth: The Preparatory Program: a. The duration of the Preparatory Program is one academic year, divided into two regular semesters or more and a summer session if necessary. b. The grades earned by the student in the preparatory program are recorded in her transcript together with the semester GPA and her cumulative GPA. However, these grades are not counted in calculation of the cumulative GPA throughout the undergraduate program. The effect of the academic status assigned to the student at the end of her last semester in the preparatory year continues through her subsequent university academic level (i.e. first semester of the freshman year). c. If a student earns a grade C or above in all the English and Mathematics courses, and a grade of D or above in the remaining preparatory year courses in the allowed period, then she will be promoted to the first academic level in the University, and has the right to select a major of her choice in accordance with the rules set by the University. d. A student may be exempted from studying Preparatory Year English course (s), if she proves her proficiency in English before starting study in the Preparatory Year Program as per rules set by the University. e. If A student successfully passes all the preparatory program English courses, and is left with the remaining preparatory year courses, she may be allowed to register for some University courses in accordance with the rules set by the University. f. A student will be dismissed from the Preparatory Program if the student earns the grade F or DN or WF twice in the same English or Mathematics preparatory year course. g. If the student fails to complete all the preparatory year courses within the duration of the program in addition to a maximum of double the duration.

Article 14 The student must attend the course -synchronous or asynchronous- based on the specified teaching styles in the study plan. The student will not be allowed to take the final exam if his/ her absence is less than the percentage specified by the University Council and the student will be given a DN grade.

Implementation Rules a.A regular student will not be allowed to continue on a course and take the final examination and will be given a DN grade if his/her unexcused absences are more than %20 of the lecture and laboratory sessions scheduled for the course. b.The student

Article 15 If a student interrupts her/his studies for one semester without submitting an application for suspension of enrollment, her/his enrollment status at the University will be canceled. The University Council, however, may at its discretion, cancel a student›s enrollment status if she/he discontinues her/his studies for a period of less than one semester. As for students studying by association, her/his enrollment is cancelled if she/he becomes absent from all final examinations for the semester without presenting an acceptable excuse.

Implementation Rules 1.If the attendance of a student is less than (3/2) of the lecture and laboratory sessions scheduled for a course, then she is not allowed to continue in the course or take the final examination and shall be given a DN grade by the course instructor with the approval of the department’s Chairman.

2.The college council - or whatever body it delegates

authority to, may revoke the DN grade assigned to the student in a course, and allow her to continue in that course and take the final examination if she furnishes an excuse acceptable to the council, provided that her total attendance in the lecture and laboratory sessions is not less than %66.7, and her unexcused absences do not exceed %20, as the Implementation Rule for Article Nine applies for her/his case.

Article 16

The student can withdraw from a course, a semester, or an academic year without being considered a failing student given that he/she provides a valid excuse to the authority specified by the University Council. The withdrawal must be within the period required to complete graduation requirements. The conditions and procedures are specified in the implementation rules of the current bylaws.

Implementation Rules 1 - The student has a right to withdraw from a course or the semester according to the withdrawal policy.

2 - The Deanship of Admissions & Registration processes all applications for withdrawal according to the above-mentioned policy.

3 - Student withdrawing from the University must obtain a clearance form from the Deanship of Admissions & Registration and have it signed by the following departments: The Library, Finance Department, Student Housing (if applicable), Restaurant, Academic

4 - The Deanship for Admission and Registration studies all applications for withdrawal for the semester.

If the request is approved, withdrawal procedures are completed at the Deanship of Admissions & Registration, and the student’s enrollment is suspended.

5 - If a student has received any course grades before submitting an application to withdraw for a semester, all such grades are retained in her/his academic record.

-6 A student is not allowed to withdraw for more than

two consecutive and three non-consecutive semesters during her/his entire course of study at the university.

The President of the University, or to whomever she/ he delegates her/his authority, may exempt a student from this provision. The period of interruption of study is counted towards the period required to complete graduation requirements.

-7 The student has the right to withdraw during the period specified in the Academic Calendar of the university.

Article 17

A student may withdraw from a course or several courses. The conditions and procedures are specified in the implementation rules of the current bylaws.

Implementation Rules 1 - Drop from a course or a number of courses without permanent record during the first two weeks of a regular semester.

2 - Withdraw with an excuse from a course or a number of courses with “W” grade during the next four weeks with an excuse.

3 - Withdraw with an excuse from all courses with “W” grade during the four weeks that follow.

4 - Withdraw with an excuse from all courses during the very next four weeks and her/his grade in each course is determined as «Withdrawn with Pass (WP)» or «Withdrawn with Fail (WF)». The grade will be assigned

by the instructor, with the approval of the department chairman, in the light of the student›s performance before her/his application to withdraw.

5 - A Preparatory Year student is not allowed to withdraw from any course, or a number of courses included in the Preparatory Year Program. However, if she/he wants to withdraw from all courses, the withdrawal system/ schedule indicated in the Preparatory Year academic calendar approved by the University Council.

6 - The student has the right to withdraw during the period specified in the Academic Calendar of the university.

Article 18

The student may submit an application for suspension of enrollment for one semester or one academic year. The request of the student must be accepted by the authority determined by the University Council. The implementation rules in the bylaws determine the regulations for this process.

Implementation Rules 1.The student may apply for suspension of enrollment to be accepted by the University Council given that the suspension period does not exceed two consecutive semesters or maximum three non-consecutive semesters for during the entire course of study at the university. Otherwise, the student’s enrollment is canceled. The University Council may make exceptions to this rule.

2. The suspension period is not counted towards the period required to complete the graduation requirements.

3.The student must register before the end of the registration period or the student will be considered a no show student.

4.The Deanship of Admissions & Registration studies and makes decision on all applications for suspension of enrollment for the semester. Then the student’s enrollment is suspended.

5. Students applying for suspension of enrollment must obtain a clearance form from the Deanship of Admissions & Registration.

Article 19 If a student interrupts his/her studies for a period that is specified by the University Council without applying for suspension of enrollment, the student’s enrollment status at the university will be cancelled. A student, whose enrollment status has been canceled, may apply for re-enrolment with the same University ID number and academic record the student had before suspension. The conditions and procedures are specified in the implementation rules of the current bylaws.

Implementation Rules

1.The student’s enrolment status is canceled in the following cases: a. A student who is interrupted from studying without adjustment to his/her academic status before the end of the second week in the semester. b. Discontinue studying.

2.A student, whose enrollment status has been canceled, may apply for re-enrolment with the same University ID number and academic record the student had before suspension, provided the following: a.The suspended student should submit the re-enrollment application to the Deanship of Admissions & Registration within four regular semesters from the date of the enrolment status cancellation and before the beginning of the semester in which the student intends to resume study. b. If the suspended student is re-enrolled, he/ she will follow the same study plan which was

assigned in his/her last semester. The student shall follow the latest plan of the program if the old plan was cancelled based on the recommendation of the concerned department. c. The Deanship of Admissions & Registration coordinates with the relevant academic department in order to arrive at a decision regarding the application. d. A student who interrupts her studies for more than four semesters may apply for admission as a new student if she fulfills all admission requirements for new students. No credits will be transferred from her previous record, though such credits will appear in her new academic record.

3.This article does not apply to students who are dismissed.

Article 20

A student who has been dismissed from the University for disciplinary reasons will not be re-enrolled at the University until three years after the dismissal decision. The conditions and procedures are specified in the implementation rules of the current bylaws.

Implementation Rules 1.The President of Effat University forms the Admission and Academic Standing Committee, which is responsible for considering students’ academic cases, transfer requests, re-enrolment, and suspension. The committee provides recommendations for approval.

2.The approval of the concerned Department Council and the College Council.

3.The approval of the Admission and Academic Standing Committee to the student’s wellbeing in relation to the disciplinary reasons for which the student was dismissed.

Article 21

The student who withdrew from the University may apply for re-enrolment with the same University ID number and academic record the student had before suspension. The conditions and procedures are specified in the implementation rules of the current bylaws.

Implementation Rules The student who withdrew from the University and applies for re-enrollment shall follow the same procedure as the student whose enrolment status has been canceled. The procedure is described in Article Nineteen and its’ implementation rules of the current bylaws.

Chapter Five: Academic Processes

Article 22

Dismissal from the University will occur in the following circumstances:

1.A student will be dismissed if he/she obtains a maximum of three consecutive academic probations as the result of the student’s cumulative GPA being less than the GPA needed for graduation as per Article 41 and Article 42 of the current bylaws. The University Council may allow the student another opportunity to improve the cumulative GPA. 2.A student will be dismissed if he/she fails to complete the graduation requirements within a maximum additional period that equals one half of the period determined for graduation in the original program period.

The University Council, in exceptional cases, may address the status of the students on whom the provisions of (1) and (2) above apply, and give them an additional opportunity not exceeding one academic year.

Implementation Rules Assignment of Academic Status: A student’s academic status will be determined at the end of each semester and will appear on the transcript that shows her achievements throughout her undergraduate study.

However, the summer semester does not change the academic status. A student’s academic status may be one of the following: A.Good Standing: A student’s academic status is maintained when the student’s cumulative GPA and semester GPA are at least 2.00. Students are expected to maintain this standing till their graduation.

B.Academic Warning: A student will be placed under Academic Warning status after the final grades have been processed at the end of each semester (except summer semester) if any of the following cases occurs a)her cumulative GPA is less than 2.00 but more than 1.00 out of 4.00, AND/OR b)her semester GPA is less than 2.00.

C.Academic Probation: A student is placed under Academic Probation status after the final grades have been processed at the end of each semester (except summer semester), if her cumulative GPA is less than 1:00.

D.Discontinuation from Study: Carrying forward the academic status that was assigned to a student at the end of her last semester in the Preparatory Year program, she shall be discontinued for at least one semester if any of the following cases occurs: a.her/his semester GPA is less than 1.00; b.she/he was previously on academic warning or probation in a regular semester and in the next term achieved a semester GPA of less than 1.75; c.The student receives three consecutive academic warnings E.Ending of Academic Warning or Discontinuation Status After the lapse of one regular semester from issuing the warning or probation, the academic status can

be revoked if the student achieves a semester and cumulative GPA of 2:00 or above at the end of that semester.

A student who has been discontinued may apply for readmission within the period specified by the Deanship of Admission and Registration. The Admission and Academic Standing Committee, in coordination with the concerned college, if needed considers applications from readmission of the student. The discontinuation period is not counted in the period required to finish the degree.

1.The student receives a warning if the cumulative GPA is less than 2.00 out of 4.00.

2.A student is dismissed if she/he receives three consecutive academic probations.

3.Following the recommendation of the Deanship of Admissions & Registration in coordination with the college council, the University Council may allow the student a fourth opportunity to improve her cumulative GPA. 4.A student is dismissed if she/he fails to complete the graduation requirements within an additional period equal to one half of the original program›s duration. The University Council, based upon the recommendation of the Deanship of Admissions & Registration in coordination with the college council, may exempt the student from this restriction and give her the opportunity to complete the graduation requirements within an additional period of maximum duration equal to that of the original program.

5.A student is dismissed if she/he fails to complete graduation requirements within an additional period equal of to that of the original program›s duration.

Following the recommendations of the Deanship of Admissions & Registration in coordination with the college council. The University Council may grant the student an additional opportunity not exceeding two regular semesters to complete the graduation requirements.

6.The Deanship of Admissions & Registration informs the student of her dismissal and cancels her enrollment.

7.A dismissed student is obliged to obtain a clearance form from the Deanship for Admission and Registration.

Chapter Six: Transfer and Equivalency

Article 24

The College Council reviews the courses taken by the students outside the University based on the recommendations of the departments which offer equivalent courses. The courses evaluated as equivalent will be transferred to the student’s record. The University Council determines the regulations of this process including the decision to calculate the transferred courses in the cumulative GPA of the student.

Implementation Rules 1.The student should have obtained grade of C or higher in the course.

2.The course is equivalent in its contents to one of the courses which are included in the Effat University degree requirements. Otherwise, it may be counted as an elective with the approval of the council of the department offering the degree program and the college council concerned.

3.The grade earned by the student in the course is not included in the student›s cumulative GPA. 4.Courses taken at two different institutions Chapter Six: Transfer and at the same time are not considered for transfer of credit.

Equivalency 5.Courses taken at another institution simultaneously while studying at Effat University (in the same semester) are not considered for transfer of credit

Article 25

A student may be transferred from one college to another within the university in accordance with rules established by the University Council, or whatever body it delegates authority.

Article 26 In accordance with the regulations determined by the University Council, the academic record of a student transferred from one college to another, one department to another, and one major to another in the same department includes all the courses that the student studied together with the grades obtained in the transcript.

Implementation Rules A student may be transferred from one college to another, one department to another, and one major to another in accordance with the acceptance of the Admission and Academic Standing Committee and Article 24 of the current bylaws. The following provisions shall be applied:

Article 23 The transfer of a student from outside the University may be accepted in the following conditions: 1.The student should be enrolled at a recognized national or international college/university.

2.The student must not have been dismissed from that university for disciplinary reasons.

3.The student must satisfy the transfer provisions as determined by the University Council.

Article 27

Implementation Rules All transfer applications are submitted to the Admission & Academic Standing Committee which considers the applications and ensures the following conditions: 1.The student must pass all admission tests.

2.The student should have completed the Preparatory Year program in another university or have been admitted to the University as freshman student.

1.The course (s) studied by the student in the university must be equivalent by at least %70 in most of the course description included in the study plan.

2.The credit hours of the transferred course should not be less than the equivalent course in the university, college, or department.

3.The course will be included in the cumulative GPA of the student.

3.If after the transfer, it is discovered that a student has been dismissed from the previous university for disciplinary reasons, the enrolment will be considered canceled as from the date of acceptance of the transfer to the university.

4.The transfer must take place in accordance with the procedures and dates announced by the University.

The University Council establishes the regulations for exempting the student from studying one or more courses not exceeding %25 of the credit hours in the study plan. The student is graded ( E ) for these courses in the transcript.

Implementation Rules A student can be exempted from a course in accordance with the approval of the Admission and Academic Standing Committee and based on the recommendations of the Department Council and the College Council. The course should cover general skills that can be acquired prior to the academic level. New, transfer, or continuing students can be exempted from maximum %10 of the total credit hours in the study plan provided that it does not conflict with section (4) in the implementation rule of Article (41) which explains the equivalency of the courses in the following cases: 1.Professional certification which is equivalent to the exempted course.

2.Passing a standardized test with the minimum grade required by the college.

Chapter Seven: Visiting Students and Exchange Programs

Article 28 The student may study one or more courses at another university inside or outside the Kingdom after the approval of the college in which he/she is studying given that it is during the same period of time in his/ her university or as a visiting student. The courses studied by the student are transferred and added to the transcript. The University Council should determine the implementation rules including the possibility of calculating the courses in the CUM GPA of the student in the transcript.

Implementation Rules 1. Students from Effat University visiting another university.

A. Obtain an approval from Effat University.

B. The student should submit to the chairman of the academic department a written application indicating the course(s) she/he intends to study at the other university. The department council sets up a committee to evaluate these courses and suggest, if applicable, the equivalent courses at Effat University.

The student may also submit this application after completing the course(s) if she/he has been unable to get prior approval.

C. After completing the course(s) the student submits a formal request to the Deanship of Admissions & Registration for transfer of credit.

The final decision whether or not to accept a course for transfer is made in compliance with the current bylaws.

D. Notwithstanding the degree requirements, the maximum total credit hours that can be transferred from outside the University is 48 and the student›s grade in each transferred course must not

be lower than C.These grades are not included in the cumulative or major GPA. E. The maximum number of semesters a student can study outside the University is three consecutive or non-consecutive semesters (except summer semesters).

2.Students from another university visiting Effat University: A.The student should submit approval from the institution she/he is currently studying at, indicating justifications for taking the courses outside her/his institution.

B.The student must satisfy all the requirements of the courses for which he is intending to register.

C.Available capacity in the courses which the student selects.

3. All courses should be recorded in a unified academic record, including all courses studied at this University while a regular or visiting student

Chapter eight: Final Examination

Article 29 1 - On the basis of the recommendation of the department council offering the course, the college council determines the class work score and the assessment criteria depending on the syllabus.

-2 The final exam of the course is done once. Based on the recommendation of the College Council and the Department Council, the University Council may make an exception depending on the course material.

Implementation Rules 1. No grade shall be corrected or changed after the submission of the grade records to the Deanship of Admissions & Registration without a written request from the course instructor that includes proper justifications.

Such request must be endorsed by the department chairman. The Dean of Admissions & Registration should be informed of the change no later than the beginning of the final examination period of the next term. Only the new grade will appear in the student›s record.

2. Cheating is an act of dishonesty and faculty members and students must maintain trust and honesty to ensure and protect the integrity of grades.

3. All academic work or requirements assigned to a student must be carried out by her without any unauthorized aid of any kind.

4. Instructors must exercise due professional care in the supervision and verification of academic work so that honest effort on the part of the students will be positively encouraged.

5. A course instructor who discovers that a student is cheating or helps in cheating in homework assignments, quizzes or any other requirements of the course shall assign the student a zero grade in that work. The instructor shall report in writing the case and her/ his recommendations to the department chairman who, in turn, shall submit the case to the dean of the college. After deliberating the case, the college council, may review the penalty or approve the instructor›s

decision(s) or give an F grade to the student in the course, or else if further action is required refer it to the Student Affairs Committee for review and submitting its recommendation to the President of the University based on the Student Disciplinary Rules. A student has the right to appeal to the Dean for Student Affairs within one week of notification of the disciplinary decision.

6. A course instructor who discovers that a student is cheating or helps in cheating during a final examination, intending to cheat, or helping others to cheat shall assign an F grade for the student in the course. The course instructor shall write a report and submit the case to the Department Chair who should submit the case to the dean of the college. The College Council shall deliberate the case and make their final decision as follows:

eight: Finalthe Examination a. TheChapter student does not deserve F grade and the course instructor should repeat the exam for the student. b. The student deserves the F grade, and the decision should be delivered to the Students’ Affairs Committee who will deliberate the case and raise the recommendation to the President according to the regulations. The student is allowed to appeal the decision at the Dean for Students’ Affairs Office within a week of being informed of the decision.

Article 30 The College Council organizes the work of the final exams to ensure proper implementation of the educational process. The rolling of final exams and final grades must be within a period specified by the current bylaws.

Implementation Rules 1. The final exams and rolling of the grades must be in accordance with the academic calendar.

2. The Deanship of Admissions & Registration determines the procedures for submitting final grades in accordance with the dates specified in the academic calendar. Course instructors submit the students› grades accordingly.

3. The Deanship of Admissions & Registration schedules the final examinations in such a way that no student is given more than two exams in one day.

4. Every semester the Deanship of Admissions & Registration prepares the schedule of the final examinations listing the date, time and location of examinations. The following considerations are observed: (a) The final examinations schedule must be maintained free from conflicts to the maximum extent possible. (b) The classrooms and auditoria in which the examinations shall be held are reserved. (c) The departments and students are informed by an announcement of the schedule of final examinations at

5. All course instructors and students should abide by the examination schedule prepared by the Deanship of Admissions & Registration 6. In the event of a conflict in a student›s final exams, the course instructors provide make-up examinations for such courses with the approval of the Dean of Admissions & Registration and the chairmen of the departments concerned. The make-up exam is to be given during the final examination period.

7. In the case of a general exam for different sections, marking the final exam may be assigned to any of the

course instructors regardless of the section that they are teaching.

8. The schedule of a final examination of a certain course may be changed for justifiable reasons upon the recommendation of the course instructor and the department chairman. The college council, in coordination with the Deanship of Admissions & Registration, decides on such cases. The recommended new date and time of the final exam of this course must fall within the final examination period.

9. An instructor of a course which does not require final examinations, as per its approved description, may give alternative examinations or homework assignments to the students instead of the final examination.

Article 31 The student who missed a final exam will be graded zero in the exam of the course he/she is absent from. The student will be assed based on the semester course work and grades.

Article 32 If the student is unable to take the final exam, the College Council may accept the excuse and allow him/her to take the exam maximum by the following level, semester, or year (only in colleges that offer yearly programs).

The student’s grade is given after doing the exam or the student will take (F) if he/she didn’t take the exam.

Implementation Rules 1. The student should provide the reason for missing the exam to the course instructor within one week of the exam’s date. The student should request allowing him/her to take a makeup exam within a period not exceeding the end of the next semester.

2. A report is prepared by the course instructor for the Department’s Chair to be presented in the Department’s Council and then the College Council where the Dean of the Collage informs the student of the council’s decision with approval or rejection. In

case of approval, the student is informed of the makeup exam.

3. In cases of absolute necessity, the Department Council and the College Council may accept the student’s excuse and allowing him/her to take a makeup exam in a period not exceeding the following semester.

The student is given the grade after taking the makeup exam.

4. The makeup exams can be done in the Summer semester if the student is expected to graduate.

Article 33 Upon the instructor›s recommendation, the council of the department which teaches the course may allow the student to complete the requirements of any course during the next term. In such an event the grade IC will be recorded for the student in her/his record. IC grades are not included in the calculation of the semester and cumulative GPA until the student obtains her/his final grade in the course by completing all the requirements. If no change has been made in the IC grade after the lapse of one semester, the IC status will be changed to an F grade which will be included in the calculation of semester and cumulative GPA.

Implementation Rules 1 - The course instructor may allow the student to complete the course requirements during the following term if there are exceptional circumstances which are beyond the student›s control 2 - The course instructor assigns an IC grade for the student and submits a report to the department chairman indicating the reasons and justifications for assigning the IC grade, and identifies the work and the time required to complete the course requirements 3 - The student must complete the course requirements by the end of the next regular semester. However, exceptions may be made in the following cases : a - A student who attained an IC grade in the co-op program may, with the approval of the department chairman, extend completion of the course requirements for one additional regular semester b - A student who attained an IC grade in a course in the semester preceding the co-op program may, with the approval of the department chairman, extend completion of that course requirement within a maximum period of one regular semester after returning from the co-op program

4 - When the student completes the course requirements within the specified period, the course instructor changes the student grade from IC to the new earned grade. The instructor also informs the Deanship of Admissions & Registration of the grade change within this period through the department chairman concerned.

5 - The Deanship of Admissions & Registration changes the grade to F and informs the student, course instructor and department chairman accordingly if the grade has not been changed by the instructor within the specified period 6 - A student cannot repeat a course in which she/he previously earned an IC grade and the said grade has not been changed 7 - If a student has an IC grade, this results in the suspension of the student›s academic standing during that semester. This also includes the suspension of distinction status.

8 - A student is not allowed to register for a course wherein she/he earned an IC grade in the prerequisite(s) of that course.

Article 34 If any course of a research nature requires more than one semester of study for its completion, the student will be assigned an IP (In Progress) grade, and after the completion of the course the student will be given the grade, she/he has earned. In the event that the student does not complete the course within the designated time limit, the department which teaches the course may agree to grant the student an Incomplete (IC) grade and such temporary notation will be on the student’s transcript of record.

Article 35 In accordance with the recommendation raised by the College Council, the University Council may determine the number of failing credits in the courses which the student can retake a final exam in the course which he/she failed.

Article 36 The student has the right to appeal for the final grade of the course.

Implementation Rules A student who feels strongly that she has received a grade that is demonstrably inaccurate, or that the grading was unfair, must promptly discuss the matter with the instructor of the course. If the student and her instructor are unable to arrive at a mutually agreeable solution, the student may forward an official appeal to the chairman of the department offering the course, no later than the end of the fourth week of the next semester. The department chairman will investigate whether the appeal is justified by reviewing the instructor›s evaluation of the student based on the student›s class work and final examination scores. The department chairman will then take appropriate action, if she deems necessary, by submitting the student›s appeal to the college council to decide on the case.

Implementation Rules The grades obtained by the student in each course are calculated on the basis that the weight of the grade is (4).

Article 37 The grades a student earns in each course shall be calculated as follows

Implementation Rules -1 The student's final course grade will be one of the nine levels mentioned in this article and her/his grades will be calculated in accordance with this distribution.

The course instructor may consider other known assessment methods such as the grade average and the standard deviation in determining the student's end-ofcourse grade which reflects her/his achievement in the course.

2 - The grade AU will be assigned to students who attend a course as auditors without being given any grades, regardless of their performance in the course.

The effect of this assignment on the student's cumulative or semester grade is the same as the grade «no grade pass» or NP. The instructor informs the Deanship of Admissions & Registration if the student is absent for more than one third of the classes, in which case

the course will be eliminated from her/his record. See Chapter Nine: Grades Implementation Rules for Article 8.

3 - The grades «No-grade-Pass (NP)» or «No-grade-Fail (NF)» are assigned for courses offered on the basis of pass or fail.

4 - If a student is registered in Cooperative Program in summer semester and is assigned an IP grade in it, the IP grade will be changed to: a. NP grade, if the student passes the Cooperative Program. b. F grade, if the student fails the Cooperative Program 5 - The grade «Withdrawn with Pass (WP)» or «Withdrawn with Fail (WF)» is given in accordance with Implementation Rules for Article 13

Chapter Nine: Grades

Article 39

Honors:

1.First honors will be granted to graduating students who achieve a cumulative GPA of 5.00 - 4.75 (out of 5.00) or 3.75 4.00 - (out of 4.00). Second honors will be granted to graduating students who achieve a cumulative GPA of 4.25 - less than 4.75 (out of 5.00) or 3.25 - less than 3.75 (out of 4.00).

2.In order to be eligible for the first or the second honors the student: a)Must not have failed in any course at the university she/he is currently attending or any other. b)Must have completed all graduation requirements within a period of duration ranging between the maximum and minimum limits for completing the program of study in a college. c)Must have completed %60 or more of the graduation requirements at the university from which she/he graduates.

Implementation Rules 1.First honors will be granted to graduating students who achieve a cumulative GPA of 5.00 - 4.75 (out of 5.00) or 4.00 - 3.75 (out of 4.00). Second honors will be granted to graduating students who achieve a cumulative GPA of 4.25 - less than 4.75 (out of 5.00) or 3.25 - less than 3.75 (out of 4.00). In order to be eligible for the first or the second honors the student: a)Must not have failed in any course at the university she/he is currently attending or any other. b)Must have completed all graduation requirements within a period of duration ranging between the maximum and minimum limits for completing the program of study in a college. c)Must have completed %60 or more of the graduation requirements at the university from which she/he graduates.

2.At the end of each semester, the Deanship of Admissions & Registration records the names of distinguished students on the University distinction list, based on their semester GPA and the quality points earned in this semester, as follows: a)First Distinction: The Semester GPA must be between 4.00 - 3.75 & not less than 60 quality points. b)Second Distinction: The Semester GPA must be between 3.74 - 3.50 & not less than 56 quality points. c)Third Distinction: The Semester GPA must be between 3.49 - 3.00 & not less than 48 quality points.

A student earns the rank of ‹Excellent› for an academic year if she/he achieves one of the distinction ranks in both the first and second semesters of that year.

Article 40

The University Council may present a different grading system after the approval of the Council of Universities’ Affairs

Article 41

A student graduates after successfully completing the graduation requirements in accordance with an approved academic plan, provided her/his cumulative GPA is not less than what is specified by the University Council, and in any case is not less than ‘pass.

Implementation Rules: 1 – The major GPA is calculated on the basis of all requirements. Following the recommendation of the department council, the college council may determine certain additional courses the student should take to improve her cumulative GPA if she/he has passed the required courses, but her/his graduation GPA is not satisfied.

Implementation Rules: The Deanship of Quality Assurance sets the necessary procedures that guarantee the quality of the learning and teaching process for the programs it supervises in light of the decisions issued by the University Council in this regard and the practices contained in the institutional and program accreditation standards issued by the National Center for Academic Accreditation and Evaluation in coordination with the relevant authorities.

Implementation Rules: 1.Colleges and academic departments should integrate field and practical training within the study plans in addition to creating partnerships with training providers to give the students the necessary training.

2.Colleges should adopt professional certification through their academic programs to ensure the competence of the students prior graduation and readiness in the labor market.

Chapter Eleven: General Rules

Article 45

‫املادة األولى‬

‫الفصل األول ‪ -‬التعريفات‬

‫يقصد باأللفاظ والعبارات اآلتية ‪ -‬أينما وردت من هذه الالئحة ‪ -‬املعاني املبينة أمام كل منها‪ ،‬ما لم يقتض‬ ‫السياق غير ذلك‪:‬‬

‫‪1 .‬النظام الدراسي‪ :‬أسلوب الدراسة املتبع يف كليات ومعاهد اجلامعة‪،‬‬ ‫سواء بنظام املستويات الدراسية‪ ،‬أو الفصول الدراسية‪ ،‬أو السنة‬ ‫الدراسية الكاملة‪.‬‬ ‫ً‬ ‫‪2 .‬الفصل الدراسي‪ :‬مدة زمنية ال تقل عن خمسة عشر أسبوعا يف‬ ‫نظام الفصلني الدراسني‪ ،‬و ال تقل عن اثني عشر أسبوعاً يف نظام‬ ‫الفصول الدراسية الثالثة‪ ،‬وال تدخل ضمنها فترات التسجيل‬ ‫واحلذف واإلضافة واالختبارات النهائية‪.‬‬ ‫‪3 .‬املستوى الدراسي‪ :‬أسلوب دراسي‪ ،‬تكون املدة الزمنية فيه أقل من‬ ‫الفصل الدراسي‪ ،‬بحيث ال يقل عن أربعة أسابيع‪ ،‬وال يزيد على‬ ‫ثمانية أسابيع‪ ،‬وال يقل إجمالي األسابيع الدراسية عن أربعني‬ ‫أسبوعا يف العام‪.‬‬ ‫‪4 .‬السنة الدراسية الكاملة‪ :‬مدة زمنية ال تقل عن أربعني أسبوعاً يف‬ ‫العام‪.‬‬ ‫‪5 .‬الفصل الصيفي‪ :‬مدة زمنية ال تقل عن ثمانية أسابيع لنظام‬ ‫الفصلني الدراسيني‪ ،‬وال تقل عن ستة أسابيع لنظام الفصول‬ ‫الدراسية الثالثة‪ ،‬وتضاعف خاللها املدة املخصصة لكل مقرر‬ ‫دراسي‪.‬‬ ‫‪6 .‬املستوى الصيفي‪ :‬مدة زمنية ال تقل عن أربعة أسابيع لنظام املستوى‬ ‫الدراسي‪ ،‬وال تقل عن ستة أسابيع لنظام الفصول الدراسية الثالثة‪،‬‬ ‫وتضاعف خاللها املدة املخصصة لكل مقرر دراسي‪.‬‬ ‫‪7 .‬اخلطة الدراسية‪ :‬مجموعة من املقررات الدراسية اإلجبارية‪،‬‬ ‫واالختيارية‪ ،‬واحلرة‪ ،‬التي تشكل مجموع وحداتها متطلبات التخرج‪،‬‬ ‫والتي يجب على الطالب اجتيازها بنجاح للحصول على الدرجة‬ ‫العلمية يف التخصص احملدد‪.‬‬ ‫‪8 .‬املقرر الدراسي‪ :‬املادة الدراسية يف خطة كل برنامج‪ ،‬وتشتمل رقما‬ ‫ورمزاً ووصفا للمحتوى‪ ،‬وتخضع يف كل قسم للمتابعة والتقييم‬ ‫والتطوير‪ ،‬ويجوز أن تُدرس مستقلة‪ ،‬أو أن يكون لها متطلب سابق أو‬ ‫متطلب متزامن معها‪.‬‬ ‫‪9 .‬الوحدة الدراسية‪ :‬احملاضرة النظرية األسبوعية (أو الدرس‬ ‫‪5‬‬

‫السريري أو درس التمارين)‪ ،‬التي ال تقل مدتها عن خمسني دقيقة‪،‬‬ ‫أو الدرس العملي الذي ال تقل مدته عن مئة دقيقة‪ ،‬أو الدرس‬ ‫امليداني احملدد يف اخلطة الدراسية‪.‬‬ ‫ ‪10.‬أمناط التعليم‪ :‬طرائق التعليم املختلفة ومنها ‪ :‬التعليم احلضوري‪،‬‬ ‫التعليم املدمج‪ ،‬التعليم عن بعد‪ ،‬التعليم الذاتي‪ ،‬وغيرها من أمناط‬ ‫التعليم األخرى‪.‬‬ ‫ ‪11.‬برنامج الترقية األكادميية الدراسية (التجسير)‪ :‬البرنامج املصمم‬ ‫إلكمال الدراسة من الدبلوم إلى البكالوريوس‪.‬‬ ‫ ‪12.‬درجة األعمال الفصلية‪ :‬الدرجة املمنوحة لألعمال التي يتحصل‬ ‫عليها الطالب خالل الدراسة يف مستوى دراسي‪ ،‬أو فصل دراسي‪ ،‬أو‬ ‫السنة الكاملة ‪ -‬إن وجدت‪ ،‬وتشمل االختبارات والبحوث و األنشطة‬ ‫التعليمية التي تتصل باملقرر الدراسي‪.‬‬ ‫‪13.‬االختبار النهائي‪ :‬اختبار يف املقرر الدراسي‪ ،‬يعقد مرة واحدة يف‬ ‫نهاية تدريس املقرر الدراسي يف املستوى الدراسي‪ ،‬أو الفصل‬ ‫الدراسي‪ ،‬أو السنة الدراسية الكاملة‪.‬‬ ‫ ‪14.‬درجة االختبار النهائي‪ :‬الدرجة التي يحصل عليها الطالب يف كل‬ ‫مقرر دراسي يف االختبار النهائي‪.‬‬ ‫ ‪15.‬الدرجة النهائية‪ :‬مجموع درجات األعمال الفصلية‪ ،‬وتضاف إليها‬ ‫درجة االختبار النهائي لكل مقرر دراسي‪ ،‬وحتسب الدرجة اإلجمالية‬ ‫من مئة‪.‬‬ ‫‪16.‬السجل األكادميي‪ :‬بيان تفصيلي يتضمن جميع املقررات الدراسية‬ ‫التي درسها الطالب‪ ،‬و التقديرات التي حصل عليها‪ ،‬ويشمل ‪:‬‬ ‫املعدلني ( الفصلي و التراكمي)‪.‬‬ ‫‪17.‬الطالب الزائر‪ :‬الطالب الذي يقوم بدراسة بعض املقررات الدراسية‬ ‫يف جامعة أخرى‪ ،‬أو يف فرع من فروع اجلامعة التي ينتمي إليها دون‬ ‫حتويله‪.‬‬ ‫‪18.‬التقدير‪ :‬وصف للنسبة املئوية‪ ،‬أو الرمز األبجدي للدرجة النهائية‪،‬‬ ‫التي حصل عليها الطالب يف أي مقرر دراسي‪.‬‬ ‫‪19.‬تقدير غير املكتمل‪ :‬تقدير يرصد لكل مقرر دراسي يتعذر على‬ ‫الطالب استكمال متطلباته يف املوعد احملدد‪ ،‬و يرمز له يف السجل‬ ‫األكادميي بالرمز (ل) أو (‪.)IC‬‬ ‫‪20.‬تقدير مستمر‪ :‬تقدير يُرصد لكل مقرر دراسي‪ ،‬يتطلب أكثر من‬ ‫فصل دراسي الستكمال دراسته‪ ،‬ويرمز له بالرمز (م) او (‪.)IP‬‬ ‫‪21.‬املعدل الفصلي‪ :‬حاصل قسمة مجموع النقاط التي حصل عليها‬ ‫الطالب على مجموع الوحدات املقررة جلميع املقررات الدراسية التي‬ ‫درسها يف أي فصل دراسي‪ ،‬أو سنة دراسية كاملة‪ ،‬وحتسب النقاط‬ ‫بضرب الوحدة املقررة يف وزن التقدير الذي حصل عليه يف كل مقرر‬ ‫دراسي درسه الطالب‪.‬‬ ‫‪22.‬املعدل التراكمي‪ :‬حاصل قسمة مجموع النقاط التي حصل عليها‬ ‫الطالب يف جميع املقررات الدراسية‪ ،‬التي درسها منذ التحاقه‬ ‫باجلامعة على مجموع الوحدات املقررة لتلك املقررات الدراسية‪.‬‬ ‫‪23.‬التقدير العام‪ :‬وصف مستوى التحصيل العلمي للطالب خالل مدة‬ ‫دراسته يف اجلامعة‪.‬‬ ‫‪24.‬العبء الدراسي‪ :‬مجموع الوحدات الدراسية‪ ،‬التي يسمح للطالب‬ ‫التسجيل فيها يف مستوى دراسي‪ ،‬أو يف فصل دراسي‪ ،‬أو سنة‬ ‫دراسية كاملة محددة من مجلس اجلامعة‪.‬‬ ‫‪6‬‬

‫املادة الثانية‬

‫تهدف هذه الالئحة إلى تنظيم اّلية وإجراءات الدراسة واالختبارات يف اجلامعة‪ ،‬مبا يحقق رفع كفاءة وجودة‬ ‫العملية التعليمية و اإلجراءات األكادميية للمرحلة التي تلي مرحلة الثانوية العامة‪.‬‬

‫املادة الثالثة‬

‫تسري أحكام هذه الالئحة على اجلامعات التي تطبق نظام مجلس التعليم العالي و اجلامعات الصادر باملرسوم‬ ‫امللكي رقم(م‪ )8/‬و تاريخ ‪1414 /6/4‬ه‪ ،‬و اجلامعات التي تطبق نظام اجلامعات الصادر باملرسوم امللكي رقم (م‪)27/‬‬ ‫وتاريخ ‪1441/3/2‬هـ ‪.‬‬

‫املادة الرابعة‬

‫‪.1‬تقيد اجلامعة عند إقرار برامجها با ّالتي حسب الترتيب‪:‬‬

‫أ‌‪-‬التصنيف السعودي املوحد للمستويات والتخصصات التعليمية‪ ،‬الصادر بقرار مجلس الوزراء رقم (‪ )75‬وتاريخ ‪1442/1/27‬هـ‪ ،‬وما يطرأ‬ ‫عليه من تعديالت أو حتديثات‪.‬‬ ‫ب‌‪-‬اإلطار الوطني للمؤهالت يف اململكة العربية السعودية‪ ،‬الصادر بقرار مجلس إدارة هيئة تقومي التعليم والتدريب يف اجتماعه األول للدورة‬ ‫الثانية املنعقد بتاريخ ‪1441/6/16‬هـ‪ ،‬وما يطرأ عليه من تعديالت أو حتديثات‪.‬‬

‫‪.2‬يتدرج الطالب يف الدراسة وفق ًا للنظام الدراسي واخلطة الدراسية املقرة من مجلس اجلامعة‪.‬‬

‫القاعدة التنفيذية‬

‫‪ .1‬تقوم عمادة القبول والتسجيل بنشر كل ما يخص الدراسة وأنظمتها‬ ‫ومتطلباتها للطالب وتوعيتهم بذلك بالوسائل املتاحة‬ ‫‪ .2‬يتحمل الطالب مسؤولية معرفة ومتابعة نظام الدراسة‪ ،‬واللوائح‬ ‫أن توجيه املرشدين‬ ‫املنظمة لها مبا يف ذلك متطلبات التخرج‪ ،‬كما ّ‬ ‫األكادمييني ومساعدتهم للطالب يف ذلك ال تعفيه من حتمل هذه‬ ‫املسؤولية‪ ،‬لذا فإنه يلزم كل طالب أن يكون على معرفة بنظام الدراسة‬ ‫و ُمت َف ّهماً لتعليمات منح الشهادة العلمية بدقة وشمول‪ ،‬وأن يسعى‬ ‫باستمرار لإلملام مبا يستجد من أنظمة أكادميية‪ ،‬وميكنه يف ذلك‬ ‫استشارة رئيس القسم املختص أو املرشد األكادميي‪.‬‬ ‫تعنّي األقسام األكادميية لكل طالب من طالبها مرشداً أكادميياً‬ ‫‪ّ .3‬‬ ‫ملساعدته يف املسائل املتعلقة بسيرته الدراسية مثل‪:‬‬ ‫أ‌‪ -‬اختيار التخصص األكادميي الذي يالئم رغبة الطالب واستعداده‪.‬‬

‫ب‌‪ -‬فهم وتفسير األنظمة األكادميية‪.‬‬ ‫ج‌‪ -‬تعريف الطالب بتسلسل املقررات ا ِإللزامية واالختيارية إضافة إلى‬ ‫اقتراح املقررات االختيارية للطالب‪.‬‬ ‫د‌‪ -‬متابعة مسيرة الطالب وتقدمه الدراسي‪.‬‬ ‫ه‪ -‬املساعدة يف التسجيل املبكر ومتابعة مراحل التسجيل املختلفة‪.‬‬ ‫و‪ -‬املساعدة يف تعويض بعض املقررات بأخرى عند الضرورة‪.‬‬ ‫‪ .4‬يتم اختيار املرشد األكادميي من بني أعضاء هيئة التدريس يف‬ ‫القسم أو الكلية‪ ،‬أما بالنسبة لطالب السنة التحضيرية فمرشدهم‬ ‫األكادميي هو رئيس القسم التابع له الطالب أو من توكل له هذه امله ّمة‬ ‫من أعضاء هيئة التدريس‪.‬‬

‫املادة اخلامسة‬

‫ُيقسم العام الدراسي وتوزع متطلبات التخرج لنيل الدرجة العلمية وفق ًا للنظام الدراسي واخلطة الدراسية‪ ،‬التي‬ ‫ُيقرها مجلس اجلامعة‪ ،‬على النحو التالي‪:‬‬ ‫‪1.‬فصلني دراسيني أو أكثر‪ ،‬ويجوز أن يكون هناك فصل صيفي على أن حتتسب مدته نصف مدة الفصل الدراسي‪.‬‬ ‫‪2.‬أربعة مستويات دراسية أو أكثر‪ ،‬بحيث ال يقل املستوى الدراسي عن أربعة أسابيع كحد أدنى‪ ،‬وال يزيد عن ثمانية أسابيع كحد أقصى‪ ،‬وال يقل‬ ‫إجمالي األسابيع الدراسية عن أربعني أسبوعاً خالل العام‪ ،‬ويجوز أن يكون هناك مستوى صيفي أو مستويني صيفني إن وجد‪ ،‬على أن حتتسب‬ ‫مدته نصف مدة املستوى الدراسي‪.‬‬

‫القاعدة التنفيذية‬

‫تكون الدراسة يف جامعة عفت بفصلني دراسيني أو أكثر‪ ،‬مع إمكانية‬ ‫إضافة فصل صيفي‪.‬‬ ‫تقسم املقررات الدراسية على املستويات لكل درجة علمية‪ ،‬ويحدد‬ ‫لكل مستوى املقررات اإلجبارية واالختيارية وعدد الوحدات الدراسية‬ ‫التي يجب على الطالب اجتيازها بنجاح حسب ترتيبها للحصول على‬ ‫الدرجة العلمية يف ذلك التخصص‪ ،‬ويسمى هذا التقسيم للمقررات‬ ‫والوحدات الدراسية «اخلطة الدراسية» ويتم اعتماد جميع اخلطط‬ ‫الدراسية من قبل مجلس اجلامعة‪ ،‬وعلى األقسام مراجعة وحتديث‬ ‫اخلطط الدراسية دورياً لتزويد الطالب بأحدث التطورات يف املجاالت‬ ‫الدراسية ويتم تطبيق اخلطط الدراسية حسب القواعد اآلتية‪:‬‬ ‫‪.1‬على األقسام األكادميية حتديد قائمة املقررات االختيارية املعتمدة‬ ‫‪9‬‬

‫وعرضها على مجلس الكلية وإحاطة عمادة القبول والتسجيل بها‬ ‫لتنفيذها‪.‬‬ ‫‪.2‬ميكن لبعض الطالب ويف حاالت خاصة التحول إلى خطة أخرى‬ ‫دون التفريط يف متطلبات التخرج‪.‬‬ ‫‪.3‬عند إجراء أي تغيير يف برنامج اخلطة الدراسية فمن املتوقع عدم‬ ‫تدريس بعض املقررات أو تدريس مقررات أخرى‪ ،‬لذلك يراعي القسم‬ ‫األكادميي الوقت الالزم للطالب املتأخرين دراسياً بوضع خطة تنفيذية‬ ‫متكن هؤالء الطالب من إنهاء متطلبات تخرجهم حسب خطتهم‬ ‫األصلية وإحاطة عمادة القبول والتسجيل بها لتنفيذها‪.‬‬ ‫‪.4‬على الطالب أن يواصل التحصيل العلمي يف إطار اخلطة الدراسية‬ ‫وإذا استوفى متطلبات اخلطة أصبح مرشحاً للتخرج‪.‬‬ ‫‪10‬‬

‫يجوز أن تكون الدراسة يف بعض الكليات واملعاهد على أساس السنة الدراسية الكاملة وفق ًا للقواعد واإلجراءات‬ ‫التي يقرها مجلس اجلامعة‪.‬‬

‫املادة السابعة‬

‫مع مراعاة ما يصدر من مجلس شؤون اجلامعات من قرارات‪ ،‬يجوز ملجلس اجلامعة بناء على اقتراح مجالس‬ ‫الكليات أو املعاهد‪ ،‬األخذ بأحد أو بعض أمناط التعليم يف البرامج‪ ،‬التي تسمح لها طبيعة الدراسة فيها بذلك‪.‬‬

‫القاعدة التنفيذية‬

‫‪ .1‬يجوز ملجلس اجلامعة بنا ًء على اقتراح مجالس األقسام والكليات أو املعاهد‪ ،‬األخذ بأحد او بعض أمناط التعليم يف البرامج‪ ،‬التي تسمح‬ ‫طبيعة الدراسة فيها بذلك‪.‬‬ ‫‪ .2‬يلتزم أستاذ املقرر بنمط التعليم بعد إقراره من مجلس الكلية وإعالمه للطالب يف بداية تدريس املقرر‪.‬‬ ‫‪ .3‬يجوز ملجلسي القسم والكلية تغيير املقررات التي تعطى بأمناط مختلفة مبوافقة مجلس اجلامعة‪.‬‬ ‫‪ .4‬تراعى عند تقدمي برامج بأمناط أخرى من التعليم الضوابط واملعايير التي تتطلبها اجلهات املختصة وذات العالقة باالعتماد داخل اململكة‬ ‫وخارجها مثل املركز الوطني للتعلم االلكتروني واملركز الوطني للتقومي واالعتماد األكادميي‪.‬‬

‫املادة الثامنة‬

‫حتتوي اخلطة الدراسية على مقررات دراسية‪ ،‬ال تقل يف مجموعها عن ‪ %10‬من مجموع املقررات الدراسية ُتقدم‬ ‫بأحد أو بعض أمناط التعليم املختلفة عن منط التعليم احلضوري‪ ،‬ويحدد مجلس اجلامعة الضوابط املنظمة‬ ‫لذلك‪.‬‬

‫القاعدة التنفيذية‬

‫يحدد مجلس اجلامعة الضوابط الالزمة لتضمني اخلطط الدراسية مقررات تقدم بأحد أو بعض أمناط التعليم املختلفة عن منط التعليم‬ ‫احلضوري على أن ال تقل النسبة يف مجموعها عن ‪ %10‬والتزيد عن ‪ %30‬من مجموع املقررات الدراسية‪ ،‬ومبا يتوافق مع متطلبات هيئة تقومي‬ ‫التعليم والتدريب أو أي جهات مختصة داخل اململكة أو خارجها‪.‬‬

‫الفصل الثالث ‪ -‬أنظمة الدراسة‬

‫املادة التاسعة‬

‫‪ .1‬يجوز ملجلس اجلامعة ‪ -‬بنا ًء على اقتراح مجالس الكليات ‪ -‬إقرار ما يلي‪:‬‬ ‫ً‬ ‫أ‌‪ -‬برامج الترقية األكادميية الدراسية (التجسير) يف بعض التخصصات وفقا للضوابط التي يقرها مجلس شؤون اجلامعات‪.‬‬ ‫ب‌‪ -‬برامج بينية‪.‬‬ ‫‪ .2‬يجوز ملجلس اجلامعة ‪ -‬بناء على اقتراح مجالس الكليات أو املعاهد ‪ -‬قبول الطالب احلاصل على درجة البكالوريوس يف تخصص ما بدراسة‬ ‫البكالوريوس يف تخصص آخر‪.‬‬

‫القاعدة التنفيذية‬

‫‪ .1‬مع مراعاة أحكام املادة الرابعة‪ ،‬يقر مجلس اجلامعة برامج الترقية‬ ‫األكادميية والبرامج البينية‪.‬‬ ‫‪ .2‬حتدد مجالس األقسام والكليات الضوابط واالجراءات املنظمة‬ ‫لبرامج الترقية األكادميية (التجسير) والبرامج البينية‪ ،‬وتكون وفق‬ ‫القواعد التي يقرها مجلس اجلامعة‪.‬‬ ‫‪ .3‬ميكن للطالب التقدم بطلب للدراسة يف درجتني علميتني يف آن‬ ‫واحد شريطة أن ال يقل معدله التراكمي عن ‪ ،3.00‬بعد إنهائه ‪48‬‬ ‫وحدة دراسية على األقل وبعد موافقة مجلسي القسمني املعنيني‬ ‫ومجلسي الكليتني املعنيتني‪ ،‬مينح الطالب الدرجتني العلميتني بعد‬ ‫استيفائه الشروط التالية ‪:‬‬ ‫أ‌‪ -‬أن يكون قد أكمل املقررات الدراسية وحصل على املعدل‬

‫التراكمي املطلوب لكل من الدرجتني العلميتني‪.‬‬ ‫ب‪ -‬ال يقل مجموع الوحدات الدراسية احملتسبة للدرجتني‬ ‫العلميتني عن ‪ 42‬ساعة زيادة عن متطلبات الدرجة األكثر يف‬ ‫عدد الوحدات الدراسية‪.‬‬ ‫ج‪ -‬يف حالة وجود برنامج تعاوني يف كال التخصصني يجوز أن‬ ‫يكتفي الطالب بواحد على أن يعوض اآلخر مبقررات يحددها‬ ‫مجلسا الكليتني املعنيتني حسب اخلطة الدراسية للدرجتني‬ ‫العلميتني‪.‬‬ ‫د‪ -‬يف حالة وجود برنامج تدريب صيفي يف كال التخصصني‬ ‫يجوز أن يكتفي الطالب بواحد بنا ًء على توصية مجلسي‬ ‫الكليتني املعنيتني‪.‬‬

‫املادة العاشرة‬

‫يجوز ملجلس اجلامعة منح الطالب ‪ -‬الذي أنهى عدد ًا من الساعات الدراسية ولم يكمل متطلبات درجة‬ ‫البكالوريوس ‪ -‬درجة الدبلوم يف التخصص الذي درس فيه‪ ،‬وفق ًا للضوابط التي ُيقرها مجلس اجلامعة‪ ،‬ومبا ال‬ ‫يتعارض مع التصنيف السعودي املوحد للمستويات والتخصصات التعليمية الصادر بقرار مجلس الوزراء رقم‬ ‫(‪ )75‬وتاريخ‪1442/1/27‬هـ وما يطرأ عليه من تعديالت أو حتديثات‪ ،‬واإلطار الوطني للمؤهالت يف اململكة العربية‬ ‫السعودية الصادر بقرار مجلس إدارة هيئة تقومي التعليم والتدريب يف اجتماعه األول للدورة الثانية املنعقد‬ ‫بتاريخ ‪1441/6/16‬هـ‪ ،‬وما يطرأ عليه من تعديالت وحتديثات‪.‬‬

‫القاعدة التنفيذية‬

‫يحدد مجلس اجلامعة بنا ًء على اقتراح مجالس الكليات يف اجلامعة البرامج التي ميكن أن متنح درجة دبلوم للطالب الذي أنهى عدداً من‬ ‫الساعات الدراسية ولم يكمل متطلبات درجة البكالوريوس وفق التصنيف السعودي املوحد للمستويات والتخصصات التعليمية واإلطار الوطني‬ ‫للمؤهالت يف اململكة العربية السعودية‪.‬‬

‫الفصل الرابع ‪ -‬القبول‬

‫املادة احلادية عشرة‬

‫مع مراعاة ما يصدر من مجلس شؤون اجلامعات من قرارات ومتطلبات التنمية الوطنية‪ ،‬وما تصدره اجلهات‬ ‫املختصة من تقارير الستشراف العرض والطلب لسوق العمل‪ُ ،‬يحدد مجلس اجلامعة ‪ -‬بناء على اقتراح‬ ‫مجالس الكليات‪ ،‬أو ما مياثلها يف اجلامعة ‪ -‬شروط وضوابط القبول وعدد الطالب الذين ميكن قبولهم يف العام‬ ‫الدراسي‪.‬‬

‫القاعدة التنفيذية‬

‫أوالً‪ :‬يشترط لقبول الطالب املستجد يف اجلامعة اآلتي‪:‬‬ ‫‪ .1‬أن يكون حاصل على شهادة الثانوية العامة‪ ،‬أو ما يعادلها من داخل‬ ‫اململكة‪ ،‬أو من خارجها‪.‬‬ ‫‪ .2‬أن يكون حسن السيرة والسلوك‪.‬‬ ‫‪ .3‬أن يجتاز بنجاح أي اختبار أو مقابلة شخصية يراها مجلس‬ ‫اجلامعة‪.‬‬ ‫‪ .4‬أن يكون الئق طبياً‪.‬‬ ‫ً‬ ‫‪ .5‬أال يكون الطالب منتظما يف نفس اجلامعة أو جامعة أخرى داخل أو‬ ‫خارج اململكة‪.‬‬ ‫‪ .6‬أن يستويف أي شروط أخرى يحددها مجلس اجلامعة‪ ،‬ويعلن عنها‬ ‫وقت التقدمي‪.‬‬ ‫‪ .7‬يشترط على الطالب املستجد احلاصل على شهادة الثانوية العامة‬ ‫من داخل اململكة أو خارجها تسليم الشهادة األصلية لعمادة القبول‬ ‫والتسجيل‪ .‬ويف حال احلصول على شهادة الثانوية العامة من خارج‬ ‫اململكة‪ ،‬فعلى الطالب استيفاء املتطلبات التي حتقق معادلة شهادته‬

‫من قبل وزارة التعليم باململكة العربية السعودية‪ ،‬وهو مسؤول مسؤولية‬ ‫كاملة يف احلصول على معادلة شهادته من قبل وزارة التعليم مباشرة‪.‬‬ ‫ثانياً‪ :‬تقدم عمادة القبول والتسجيل بالتنسيق مع اجلهات ذات العالقة‬ ‫يف اجلامعة‪ ،‬عرضاً إلى مجلس اجلامعة يقترح فيه عدد الطالب‬ ‫والطالبات الذين ميكن قبولهم يف العام الدراسي التالي‪.‬‬ ‫ثال ًثا‪ :‬تقوم عمادة القبول والتسجيل بعد انتهاء اختبارات القبول‬ ‫باملفاضلة بني املتقدمني ممن تنطبق عليهم جميع شروط القبول وفقاً‬ ‫للتقومي الكلي الذي يحصلوا عليه وحسب العدد احملدد مسبقاً لتلك‬ ‫السنة الدراسية‪ .‬وبعد اعتماد رئيس اجلامعة نتائج هذه املفاضلة يتم‬ ‫إعالم الطالب بنتائج قبولهم‪.‬‬ ‫راب ًعا‪ :‬يلغى قبول الطالب الذين مت إبالغهم بالقبول إذا لم يحضروا يف‬ ‫املوعد احملدد‪.‬‬ ‫خامساً‪ :‬على جميع الطالب املقبولني إكمال برنامج السنة التحضيرية‬ ‫قبل بداية الدراسة يف املرحلة اجلامعية وميكن اجتياز هذا البرنامج أو‬ ‫جزء منه حسب القواعد التنفيذية اخلاصة بذلك‪.‬‬

‫املادة الثانية عشرة‬

‫مع مراعاة ما ورد يف املادتني (التاسعة) و (العاشرة)من هذه الالئحة‪ ،‬يجوز للطالب احلاصل على‪:‬‬

‫‪ .1‬درجة الدبلوم (أو ما يعادلها) إلكمال الدراسة للحصول على درجة البكالوريوس ومعادلة املقررات الدراسية التي درسها‪.‬‬ ‫‪ .2‬درجة البكالوريوس (أو ما يعادلها) يف تخصص معني للحصول على درجة البكالوريوس يف تخصص آخر ومعادلة املقررات الدراسية التي درسها‪.‬‬

‫وحتدد القواعد التنفيذية لهذه الالئحة الشروط واإلجراءات اخلاصة بذلك‪ ،‬مبا يف ذلك إمكانية احتساب‬ ‫املقررات الدراسية التي مت معادلتها ضمن املعدل التراكمي للطالب يف سجله األكادميي‪.‬‬

‫القاعدة التنفيذية‬

‫‪ .1‬يشترط أن يكون التخصص يف درجة الدبلوم من قائمة التخصصات‬ ‫احملددة لكل درجة «بكالوريوس» يف الكلية‪.‬‬ ‫‪ .2‬توصي مجالس األقسام والكليات باجراءات قبول الطالب احلاصل‬ ‫على درجة الدبلوم او ما يعادلها‪ ،‬إلكمال الدراسة للحصول على‬ ‫درجة البكالوريوس ومعادلة املقررات الدراسية التي درسها‪ ،‬وال‬ ‫يحتسب تقدير هذه املقررات ضمن املعدل التراكمي للطالب يف سجله‬ ‫األكادميي‪ ،‬وتكون وفق القواعد التي يقرها مجلس اجلامعة ومبا ال‬ ‫يتعارض مع هذه الالئحة وقواعدها التنفيذية‪.‬‬ ‫‪ .3‬توصي مجالس الكليات باجراءات قبول الطالب احلاصل على درجة‬ ‫البكالوريوس (أو ما يعادلها)‪ ،‬يف تخصص معني للحصول على درجة‬

‫البكالوريوس يف تخصص آخر ومعادلة املقررات الدراسية التي درسها‪،‬‬ ‫وال يحتسب تقدير هذه املواد ضمن املعدل التراكمي للطالب يف سجله‬ ‫األكادميي‪ ،‬وتكون وفق القواعد التي يقرها مجلس اجلامعة ومبا ال‬ ‫يتعارض مع هذه الالئحة وقواعدها التنفيذية‪.‬‬ ‫‪ .4‬قبول الطالب احلاصل على درجة البكالوريوس يف تخصص ما‪،‬‬ ‫لدراسة درجة البكالوريوس يف تخصص آخر‪ ،‬يكون وفقاً للمادة‬ ‫احلادية عشرة من هذه الالئحة وقواعدها التنفيذية‪.‬‬ ‫‪ .5‬تختص جلنة القبول والتقومي األكادميي بالنظر يف الطلبات‬ ‫لدراستها والبت فيها بنا ًء على توصية مجلس القسم و الكلية التي‬ ‫تتولى معادلة املقررات الدراسية‪.‬‬

‫املادة الثالثة عشرة‬

‫يضع مجلس اجلامعة القواعد املنظمة لإلجراءات األكادميية مبا فيها التسجيل‪ ،‬واحلذف‪ ،‬واإلضافة للمقررات‬ ‫الدراسية ضمن اخلطة الدراسية املقرة‪ ،‬مبا يضمن تسجيل الطالب احلد األدنى من العبء الدراسي‪.‬‬

‫القاعدة التنفيذية‬

‫أو ًال‪ :‬إجراءات التسجيل‬ ‫موافقة املرشد األكادميي إلزامية إلنهاء إجراءات التسجيل‬ ‫حسب الضوابط التي يقرها مجلس اجلامعة‪.‬‬ ‫‪ .١‬التسجيل املبكر‪:‬‬ ‫يف منتصف الفصل الدراسي األول يتم التسجيل املبكر‬ ‫للمقررات التي سيدرسها الطالب يف الفصل الدراسي الثاني‪،‬‬ ‫ويف منتصف الفصل الدراسي الثاني يتم التسجيل املبكر‬ ‫للفصل الصيفي والفصل الدراسي األول من العام التالي‪.‬‬ ‫والتسجيل املبكر إلزامي على جميع الطالب املسجلني يف‬ ‫ذلك الفصل‪ ،‬وال يغني عن القيام بالتسجيل الرسمي يف بداية‬ ‫الفصل الدراسي‪.‬‬ ‫‪ .2‬التسجيل الرسمي‪:‬‬ ‫يتم التسجيل الرسمي جلميع الطالب يف بداية كل فصل‬ ‫دراسي أو برنامج صيفي‪ ،‬ويتم تأكيد ذلك كما هو محدد يف‬ ‫التقومي األكادميي‪ ،‬وعلى كل طالب القيام بإجراءات التسجيل‬ ‫بنفسه‪ ،‬وال يحق له تكليف من ينوب عنه إطالقاً أو طلب‬ ‫التسجيل بأي طريقة أخرى‪.‬‬ ‫‪ .3‬التسجيل املتأخر‪:‬‬ ‫ً‬ ‫ميكن للطالب عند الضرورة التسجيل متأخرا خالل الفترة‬ ‫احملددة يف التقومي الدراسي حسب الضوابط التي تضعها‬ ‫اجلامعة ويتحمل الطالب جميع تبعات تسجيله املتأخر‪.‬‬ ‫‪ .4‬احلذف واإلضافة‪:‬‬ ‫يجوز للطالب تعديل جدوله الدراسي بإضافة مقررات أخرى‬ ‫خالل األيام احملددة يف التقومي األكادميي للفصل الدراسي‬ ‫أو الفصل الصيفي‪ .‬كما ميكنه احلذف خالل أول أسبوعني‬ ‫من بدء الدراسة يف الفصل الدراسي (خالل األسبوع األول‬ ‫يف الفصل الصيفي) دون أن يظهر ذلك يف السجل األكادميي‪،‬‬ ‫بالشروط التالية‪:‬‬ ‫أ‪ .‬احلذف‪:‬‬ ‫‪ .1‬عدم جتاوز احلد األدنى للعبء الدراسي املسموح‬ ‫به للتسجيل‪.‬‬ ‫ً‬ ‫ً‬ ‫‪ .2‬إذا كان املقرر املراد حذفه متطلبا متزامنا مع مقرر‬ ‫آخر‪ ،‬فال يحق له حذفه إال بحذف املقررين معاً‪ ،‬أو‬ ‫إبقائهما معاً‪.‬‬ ‫ب‪ .‬اإلضافة‪:‬‬ ‫‪ .1‬عدم جتاوز احلد األعلى للعبء الدراسي املسموح‬ ‫به للتسجيل‪.‬‬ ‫‪.2‬عدم وجود تعارض يف اجلدول الدراسي واالختبارات‬ ‫النهائية‪.‬‬ ‫‪ .3‬يف حالة رغبة الطالب اإلضافة إلى شعبة مغلقة‪،‬‬ ‫وأخذاً يف االعتبار تكافؤ عدد الطالب يف الشعب‪،‬‬ ‫فيجب على الطالب احلصول على موافقة رئيس‬ ‫القسم األكادميي للمقرر‪ ،‬وتقدمي املوافقة خالل الفترة‬ ‫احملددة لعمادة القبول والتسجيل‪.‬‬

‫ثاني ًا‪ :‬حضور مقرر بصفة مستمع‪:‬‬ ‫يجوز للطالب املسجل يف مقرر بوحدات دراسية تغيير حالة املقرر إلى‬ ‫مستمع وذلك بعد توصية أستاذ املقرر وموافقة رئيس القسم الذي‬ ‫يقدم املقرر‪ ،‬إضافة إلى رئيس قسم تخصص الطالب‪ ،‬وعلى الطالب‬ ‫حني تقدمي الطلب األخذ باالعتبارات اآلتية‪:‬‬ ‫‪ .1‬يسمح للطالب حضور مقرر بصفة مستمع يف فصله األخير‬ ‫فقط قبل تخرجه‪.‬‬ ‫‪ .2‬ال ميكن للطالب حضور مقرر مطلوب لتخرجه بصفة‬ ‫مستمع‪.‬‬ ‫‪ .3‬ال ميكن تغيير حالة املقرر من مستمع إلى مقرر بوحدات‬ ‫دراسية بعد انتهاء فترة اإلضافة‪.‬‬ ‫‪ .4‬عند حضور الطالب أي مقرر بصفة مستمع فال ميكن‬ ‫تال ما لم تكن اإلعادة يف‬ ‫إعادته بوحدات دراسية يف أي فصل ٍ‬ ‫تخصص جديد وهذا املقرر متطلب أساسي فيها بعد موافقة‬ ‫املرشد األكادميي ورئيس قسمه وعميد كليته ووكيل اجلامعة‪.‬‬ ‫‪ .5‬إن آخر يوم لقبول طلبات تغيير حالة املقرر إلى مستمع يف‬ ‫عمادة القبول والتسجيل هو آخر يوم لالنسحاب من املقررات‬ ‫بدرجة (منسحب بعذر) كما هو محدد يف التقومي األكادميي‪.‬‬ ‫ثالث ًا‪ :‬التبديل أو التعويض يف املقررات‪:‬‬ ‫إذا تطلب برنامج اخلطة الدراسية اجلديد العودة لتدريس مقرر‬ ‫محذوف‪ ،‬ولم يكن ذلك ممكناً‪ ،‬فإنٌ ُه ميكن ـ ويف هذه احلالة ـ التعويض‬ ‫مبقرر بديل ومماثل يف احملتوى وعدد الوحدات الدراسية‪ ،‬وذلك بعد‬ ‫موافقة املرشد األكادميي‪ ،‬ومجلسي القسم والكلية‪ ،‬وإحاطة عمادة‬ ‫القبول والتسجيل بها لتنفيذها‪ .‬ميكن تبديل أو تعويض مقررات‬ ‫مبقررات أخرى بعد احلصول على موافقة مجلسي القسم والكلية‬ ‫ووكيل اجلامعة وإعالم عمادة القبول والتسجيل بذلك يف بعض‬ ‫احلاالت (مثل عدم االستمرار يف تدريس بعض املقررات أو لتغيير‬ ‫احملتويات‪ ،‬أو يف حالة إقرار برامج جديدة تتكون من مقررات لم‬ ‫يدرسها الطالب)‪.‬‬ ‫رابع ًا‪ :‬إعادة مقرر دراسي‪:‬‬ ‫إذا رسب الطالب يف مقرر إلزامي فعليه إعادة ذلك املقرر‪ ،‬وميكن‬ ‫للطالب كذلك أن يعيد دراسة أي مقرر حصل فيه على تقدير مقبول‬ ‫أو مقبول مرتفع‪ ،‬ويعكس آخر تقدير أداء الطالب يف املقرر ‪ ،‬ويف حالة‬ ‫إعادة الطالب مقرراً دراسياً حصل فيه على تقدير مقبول أو مقبول‬ ‫مرتفع ثم حصل فيه على تقدير راسب فعليه إعادته يف حالة كونه‬ ‫مقرراً إلزامياً يف خطة الطالب الدراسية‪ ،‬وحتسب جميع التقديرات يف‬ ‫سجل الطالب األكادميي‪.‬‬ ‫خامس ًا‪ :‬التسجيل يف البرنامج التدريب التعاوني‪:‬‬ ‫يتعني على بعض طالب اجلامعة حسب تخصصاتهم وحسب خططهم‬ ‫الدراسية‪ ،‬قضاء فترة من التدريب العملي يف مجال التخصص ملدة‬

‫الئحة الدراسة واالختبارات للمرحلة اجلامعية والقواعد التنفيذية جلامعة عفت ‪ ١٤٤٥ -‬هـ ‪ ٢٠٢٤ -‬م‬ ‫ال تزيد عن (‪ )28‬أسبوعاً يكون خاللها الطالب على اتصال دائم‬ ‫مع قسمه األكادميي‪ .‬ولكي يصبح الطالب مؤه ً‬ ‫ال للتسجيل يف هذا‬ ‫البرنامج ال بد من استيفاء الشروط التالية‪:‬‬ ‫‪.1‬أن يكون قد أكمل أكثر من ‪ 85‬وحدة دراسية يف برنامج‬ ‫الشهادة العلمية املسجل فيها‪ ،‬وعليه أن يكمل البرنامج‬ ‫التعاوني قبل آخر فصل دراسي له يف اجلامعة‪.‬‬ ‫‪ .2‬أن يكون قد أكمل املقررات احملددة له من القسم املختص‪.‬‬ ‫‪ .3‬أن يكون املعدل التراكمي ومعدل التخصص (‪ )2.00‬أو‬ ‫أكثر‪.‬‬ ‫‪ .4‬أن ال يكون موقوفاً عن الدراسة‬ ‫‪ .5‬ال يسمح للطالب التسجيل يف أي مقرر آخر أثناء البرنامج‬ ‫التعاوني‪.‬‬ ‫سادس ًا‪ :‬التسجيل يف التدريب الصيفي‪:‬‬ ‫يتعني على بعض طالب اجلامعة حسب تخصصاتهم وحسب خططهم‬ ‫الدراسية‪ ،‬قضاء فترة للتدريب الصيفي يف مجال التخصص مدتها‬ ‫ثمانية أسابيع‪ ،‬وعلى الطالب أن يكمل فترة التدريب الصيفي قبل آخر‬ ‫فصل دراسي له يف اجلامعة‪ ،‬ولكي يصبح الطالب مؤه ً‬ ‫ال للتسجيل يف‬ ‫هذا البرنامج فال بُ ّد من توفر الشروط التالية‪:‬‬ ‫‪ .1‬أن يكون قد أكمل أكثر من ‪ 65‬وحدة دراسية يف برنامج‬ ‫الشهادة العلمية املسجل فيها‪.‬‬ ‫‪ .2‬أن يكون قد أكمل املقررات احملددة له من القسم املختص‪.‬‬ ‫‪ .3‬أن يكون املعدل التراكمي ومعدل التخصص (‪ )2.00‬أو‬ ‫أكثر‪.‬‬ ‫‪ .4‬أال يكون موقوفاً عن الدراسة‪.‬‬ ‫سابع ًا‪ :‬العبء الدراسي‪:‬‬ ‫العبء الدراسي ألي طالب هو مجموع الوحدات الدراسية للمقررات‬ ‫التي يسجلها يف الفصل الدراسي أو الفصل الصيفي‪ ،‬ويختلف من‬ ‫تخصص آلخر‪ ،‬ويُحدد حسب القواعد اآلتية‪:‬‬ ‫‪ .١‬احلد األدنى واحلد األعلى للعبء الدراسي للفصل‬ ‫الدراسي للطالب الذي تكون حالته األكادميية جيدة‪:‬‬ ‫أ‪.‬يبلغ احلد األدنى لعدد الوحدات الدراسية (‪)12‬‬ ‫وحدة يف الفصل الدراسي ويستثنى من هذا احلد‬ ‫األدنى الطالب يف فصله الدراسي األخير‪.‬‬ ‫ب‪ .‬يبلغ احلد األعلى (‪ )19‬وحدة دراسية‪.‬‬ ‫ج‪ .‬يجوز للطالب بعد احلصول على موافقة رئيس‬ ‫قسمه األكادميي أن يسجل ( ‪ ) 21‬وحدة دراسية إذا‬ ‫كان معدله التراكمي يف الفصول الدراسية التي تضم‬ ‫آخر ( ‪ ) 28‬وحدة دراسية ال يقل عن (‪.)3.00‬‬ ‫د‪ .‬يبلغ احلد األعلى ( ‪ ) 8‬وحدات دراسية للفصل‬ ‫الصيفي‪.‬‬ ‫‪ .2‬احلد األدنى واحلد األعلى للعبء الدراسي للطالب احملذر‬ ‫أو املنذر أكادميياً‪:‬‬ ‫أ‪ .‬الطالب احملذر أكادميياً‪ :‬يبلغ احلد األدنى ( ‪)13‬‬ ‫واحلد االقصى (‪ )15‬وحدة للفصل الدراسي‪ .‬يبلغ‬ ‫احلد األعلى ( ‪ ) 7‬وحدات دراسية للفصل الصيفي‬ ‫ب‪ .‬الطالب املنذر أكادميياً‪ :‬يبلغ احلد األدنى ( ‪)12‬‬ ‫واحلد األعلى (‪ )13‬وحدة دراسية للفصل الدراسي‪.‬‬ ‫يبلغ احلد األعلى (‪ )6‬وحدات دراسية للفصل الصيفي‬ ‫‪ .3‬احلد األدنى واحلد األعلى للعبء الدراسي للطالب يف‬

‫فصله األخير‪:‬‬ ‫أ‪ .‬يبلغ احلد األعلى (‪ )20‬وحدة دراسية يف الفصل‬ ‫الدراسي‬ ‫ب‪ .‬يبلغ احلد األعلى (‪ )9‬وحدات دراسية يف الفصل‬ ‫الصيفي بشرط أن يكون املعدل التراكمي يف الفصول‬ ‫التي تضم آخر (‪ )28‬وحدة دراسية ال يقل عن‬ ‫(‪.)2.00‬‬ ‫ثامن ًا‪ :‬برنامج السنة التحضيرية‪:‬‬ ‫تهدف السنة التحضيرية إلى تهيئة الطالب املستجدين‬ ‫للدراسة واحلياة اجلامعية وزيادة فرص جناحهم وتفوقهم يف‬ ‫اجلامعة‪ ,‬وحتدد حسب القواعد اآلتية‪:‬‬ ‫‪ .١‬مدة برنامج السنة التحضيرية سنة دراسية‪ ،‬وفصل صيفي‬ ‫إن لزم األمر‪ ،‬يتم خاللها تدريس مقررات اللغة اإلجنليزية‪،‬‬ ‫والرياضيات‪ ،‬وأي مقررات أخرى ترى اجلامعة إضافتها‪.‬‬ ‫‪ .٢‬يتم إدراج التقديرات التي حصل عليها الطالب يف مقررات‬ ‫السنة التحضيرية يف سجله األكادميي مع املعدل الفصلي‬ ‫واملعدل التراكمي‪ ،‬وال حتسب هذه التقديرات يف املعدل‬ ‫التراكمي للدراسة اجلامعية‪ ،‬ويستمر تأثير احلالة الدراسية‬ ‫للطالب يف املرحلة اجلامعية حسب ما كانت عليه خالل آخر‬ ‫فصل دراسي للطالب يف برنامج السنة التحضيرية‪.‬‬ ‫‪ .٣‬يجتاز الطالب السنة التحضيرية عند حصوله على تقدير‬ ‫ال يقل عن جيد (ج‪ )C،‬يف جميع مقررات اللغة اإلجنليزية‬ ‫والرياضيات‪ ،‬وحصوله على تقدير ال يقل عن مقبول (د‪)D ،‬‬ ‫يف بقية مقررات السنة التحضيرية‪ ،‬ويلتحق بأول مستوى يف‬ ‫املرحلة اجلامعية‪ ،‬ويحق له اختيار أي من التخصصات التي‬ ‫تُق ّد ُمها اجلامعة حسب الضوابط التي يقرها مجلس اجلامعة‪.‬‬ ‫‪ .٤‬ميكن إعفاء الطالب من دراسة مقرر أو أكثر من مقررات‬ ‫اللغة االجنليزية أو الرياضيات إذا أظهر تفوقاً فيها قبل بدء‬ ‫الدراسة يف السنة التحضيرية بنا ًء على ضوابط يقرها مجلس‬ ‫اجلامعة‪.‬‬ ‫‪ .5‬إذا اجتاز الطالب مقرري اللغة اإلجنليزية يف السنة‬ ‫التحضيرية وتبقى عليه مقررات أخرى فإ ّن ُها ميكنه يف هذه‬ ‫احلالة دراسة بعض مقررات املرحلة اجلامعية حسب الضوابط‬ ‫التي يقرها مجلس اجلامعة‪.‬‬ ‫يُفصل الطالب من برنامج السنة التحضيرية يف إحدى‬ ‫احلالتني التاليتني‪:‬‬ ‫‪ .6‬إذا حصل الطالب على تقدير راسب أو محروم أو انسحب‬ ‫بتقدير راسب مرتني متتاليتني يف نفس املقرر من مقررات‬ ‫اللغة اإلجنليزية أو مقررات الرياضيات‪.‬‬ ‫‪ .7‬إذا لم ينه الطالب جميع مقررات برنامج السنة التحضيرية‬ ‫خالل مدة أقصاها نصف املدة املقررة إلنهاء السنة التحضيرية‬ ‫عالوة على مدة البرنامج‪.‬‬

‫الفصل اخلامس ‪ -‬اإلجراءات األكادميية‬

‫املادة الرابعة عشرة‬

‫يلتزم الطالب بحضور الوحدة الدراسية ‪ -‬حضوري ًا أو افتراضي ًا ‪ -‬وفق ًا ألمناط التعليم احملددة يف اخلطة‬ ‫الدراسية‪ ،‬ويحرم من دخول االختبار النهائي إذا قلت نسبة حضوره عن النسبة التي يحددها مجلس اجلامعة‪،‬‬ ‫ويعد الطالب الذي ُحرم من دخول االختبار النهائي بسبب الغياب راسب ًا يف املقرر الدراسي‪ ،‬ويرصد له تقدير‬ ‫ُ‬ ‫محروم (ح) أو (‪.)DN‬‬

‫القاعدة التنفيذية‬

‫‪ .1‬يحرم الطالب املنتظم من االستمرار يف املقرر‪ ،‬ويحرم من دخول‬ ‫االختبار النهائي ويعطى تقدير محروم (ح‪ )DN،‬يف املقرر إذا زادت‬ ‫نسبة غيابه بدون عذر عن (‪ )%20‬من احملاضرات والدروس العملية‬ ‫احملددة للمقرر‪.‬‬ ‫‪ .2‬ميكن للطالب معرفة حرمانه يف املقررات الدراسية من خالل‬ ‫األنظمة اإللكترونية‪.‬‬

‫املادة اخلامسة عشرة‬

‫يجوز ملجلس الكلية أو املعهد أو من يفوضه رفع احلرمان والسماح للطالب بدخول االختبار النهائي‪ ،‬شريطة أن‬ ‫يقدم الطالب عذر ًا يقبله مجلس الكلية أو املعهد أو من يفوضه‪ ،‬ويحدد مجلس اجلامعة نسبة احلد األدنى من‬ ‫حضور احملاضرات والدروس العلمية أو التدريب من مجموع ساعات االتصال للمقرر الدراسي سواء حضوري ًا أو‬ ‫افتراضي ًا أو بحسب أمناط التعليم األخرى احملددة يف اخلطة الدراسية‪.‬‬

‫القاعدة التنفيذية‬

‫‪ .1‬إذا قلَّت نسبة حضور الطالب يف املقرر عن ثلثي احملاضرات‬ ‫والدروس العملية احملددة للمقرر‪ ،‬ال يحق للطالب االستمرار يف املقرر‬ ‫على الفور‪ ،‬وال يحق له دخول االختبار النهائي ويرصد له يف سجله‬ ‫األكادميي تقدير محروم (ح‪ )DN،‬يف املقرر بنا ًء على قرار أستاذ‬ ‫املقرر وموافقة رئيس قسمه‪.‬‬ ‫‪ .2‬يجوز ملجلس اجلامعة أو من يفوضه‪ -‬استثناء‪ -‬رفع احلرمان‬

‫والسماح للطالب بدخول االختبار شريطة أن يقدم الطالب عذراً يقبله‬ ‫املجلس‪ ،‬على أن يكون حضوره احملاضرات والدروس العملية ال تقل‬ ‫نسبته عن (‪ )%66،7‬من احملاضرات والدروس العملية احملددة للمقرر‬ ‫وال يكون غيابه بدون عذر قد جاوز نسبة (‪ )%20‬حيث تنطبق على‬ ‫حالته القواعد التنفيذية للمادة الرابعة عشرة‪.‬‬

‫املادة السادسة عشرة‬

‫يجوز للطالب االعتذار عن االستمرار يف الدراسة ملستوى دراسي‪ ،‬أو فصل دراسي‪ ،‬أو لسنة دراسية كاملة‪ ،‬دون أن‬ ‫ُيعد راسب ًا‪ ،‬وذلك إذا قدم عذر ًا مقبو ًال للجهة التي يحددها مجلس اجلامعة‪ ،‬على أن يحتسب االعتذار ضمن‬ ‫املدة الالزمة إلنهاء متطلبات التخرج‪ ،‬وحتدد القواعد التنفيذية لهذه الالئحة الشروط واإلجراءات اخلاصة‬ ‫بذلك‪.‬‬

‫القاعدة التنفيذية‬

‫‪ .1‬يحق للطالب االعتذار عن االستمرار يف الدراسة (االنسحاب من‬ ‫الفصل الدراسي) بناء على اإلجراءات املفصلة التي ينص عليها نظام‬ ‫االنسحاب والتعويض‪.‬‬ ‫‪ .2‬يتم دراسة جميع طلبات االعتذار عن االستمرار يف الدراسة‬

‫من قبل عمادة القبول والتسجيل وحسب النظام املذكور أعاله‪.‬‬ ‫‪ .3‬يتم دراسة طلب االعتذار عن االستمرار يف دراسة فصل دراسي من‬ ‫قبل عمادة شؤون الطالب وتستكمل إجراءات االعتذار ‪ -‬يف حال قبوله‬ ‫يف عمادة القبول والتسجيل‪ ،‬ثم يطوى قيده بعد ذلك‪.‬‬

‫الئحة الدراسة واالختبارات للمرحلة اجلامعية والقواعد التنفيذية جلامعة عفت ‪ ١٤٤٥ -‬هـ ‪ ٢٠٢٤ -‬م‬ ‫‪ .4‬يلزم الطالب املعتذر عن الدراسة من اجلامعة احلصول على منوذج‬ ‫إخالء طرف من عمادة القبول والتسجيل‪.‬‬ ‫‪ .5‬يف حالة حصول الطالب على تقديرات قبل طلبه االعتذار عن‬ ‫الدراسة من مقرر أو أكثر فيحتفظ بجميع هذه التقديرات يف سجله‬ ‫األكادميي‪.‬‬ ‫‪ .6‬ال يجوز للطالب االعتذار عن االستمرار يف الدراسة بعذر ألكثر‬

‫من فصلني دراسيني متتاليني أو ثالثة فصول دراسية غير متتالية حداً‬ ‫أقصى طيلة بقائه يف اجلامعة‪ ،‬ويجوز لرئيس اجلامعة أو من يفوضه‬ ‫يف حال الضرورة االستثناء من ذلك‪ ،‬وحتتسب م ّدة االعتذار ضمن‬ ‫امل ّدة الالزمة إلنهاء متطلبات التخرج‪.‬‬ ‫‪ .7‬يجوز للطالب االعتذار عن الدراسة خالل فترة زمنية حتدد حسب‬ ‫التقومي األكادميي باجلامعة‪.‬‬

‫املادة السابعة عشرة‬

‫يجوز للطالب االنسحاب من مقرر دراسي أو أكثر‪ ،‬وحتدد القواعد التنفيذية لهذه الالئحة الشروط واإلجراءات‬ ‫اخلاصة بذلك‪.‬‬

‫القاعدة التنفيذية‬

‫يجوز للطالب االنسحاب من مقرر أو أكثر يف الفصل الدراسي حسب‬ ‫الفترات احملددة يف التقومي األكادميي املقر من مجلس اجلامعة‬ ‫بالترتيب التالي‪:‬‬ ‫‪.1‬احلذف بدون تقدير من مقرر أو أكثر خالل األسبوعني األولني من‬ ‫الفصل الدراسي‪.‬‬ ‫‪.2‬االنسحاب بعذر من مقرر أو أكثر بتقدير منسحب (‪ )W‬خالل‬ ‫األسابيع األربعة التالية‪.‬‬ ‫‪.3‬االنسحاب بعذر من جميع املقررات بتقدير منسحب (‪ )W‬خالل‬ ‫األسابيع األربعة التالية‪.‬‬ ‫مرض‬ ‫‪ .4‬االنسحاب بعذر من جميع املقررات بتقدير منسحب بأداء ٍ‬

‫(‪ ،)WP‬أو تقدير منسحب بتقدير راسب (‪ )WF‬خالل األسابيع األربعة‬ ‫التالية‪ .‬ويحدد التقدير من قِ بل أستاذ املقرر‪ ،‬وموافقة رئيس القسم‬ ‫املختص بنا ًء على حتصيل الطالب الدراسي قبل طلبه االعتذار عن‬ ‫االستمرار يف الدراسة‪.‬‬ ‫‪ .5‬ال يجوز لطالب السنة التحضيرية االنسحاب من أي مقرر من‬ ‫مقررات برنامج السنة التحضيرية‪ .‬ويف حالة رغبته االنسحاب من‬ ‫جميع تلك املقررات يطبق عليه أنظمة االنسحاب الواردة يف التقومي‬ ‫األكادميي املقر من مجلس اجلامعة لبرنامج السنة التحضيرية‪.‬‬ ‫‪ .6‬يجوز للطالب االنسحاب خالل فترة زمنية حتدد حسب التقومي‬ ‫األكادميي باجلامعة‪.‬‬

‫املادة الثامنة عشرة‬

‫يجوز للطالب التقدم بطلب تأجيل الدراسة ملستوى دراسي‪ ،‬أو لفصل دراسي‪ ،‬أو لسنة دراسية كاملة؛ لعذر تقبله‬ ‫اجلهة‪ ،‬التي يحددها مجلس اجلامعة وحتدد القواعد التنفيذية لهذه الالئحة الشروط واالجراءات اخلاصة‬ ‫بذلك‪.‬‬

‫القاعدة التنفيذية‬

‫‪.1‬يجوز للطالب التقدم بطلب تأجيل الدراسة لعذر يقبله مجلس‬ ‫اجلامعة على أ ّال تتجاوز مدة التأجيل فصلني دراسيني متتالية أو‬ ‫ثالثة فصول دراسية غير متتالية كحد أقصى طيلة بقائه يف اجلامعة‬ ‫ثم يطوى قيده بعد ذلك‪ ،‬ويجوز ملجلس اجلامعة يف حال الضرورة‬ ‫االستثناء من ذلك‪.‬‬ ‫‪.2‬ال حتتسب مدة التأجيل ضمن املدة الالزمة إلنهاء متطلبات التخرج‪.‬‬

‫‪.3‬يجب على الطالب املؤجل التسجيل بعد انتهاء فترة التسجيل واال‬ ‫يعتبر منقطعاً‪.‬‬ ‫‪.4‬يتم دراسة طلب تأجيل الدراسة لفصل دراسي والبت فيه من قبل‬ ‫عمادة القبول والتسجيل‪ ،‬ثم يطوى قيده‪.‬‬ ‫‪.5‬على الطالب الذي يود تأجيل دراسته يف اجلامعة احلصول على‬ ‫منوذج إخالء طرف من عمادة القبول والتسجيل‪.‬‬

‫الفصل اخلامس ‪ -‬اإلجراءات األكادميية‬

‫املادة التاسعة عشرة‬

‫يطوى قيد الطالب من اجلامعة إذا انقطع عن الدراسة مدة يحددها مجلس اجلامعة ‪ -‬دون تقدمه بطلب‬ ‫التأجيل أو االعتذار عن الدراسة‪ .‬وميكن للطالب املطوي قيده التقدم بطلب إعادة قيده برقمه وسجله قبل‬ ‫االنقطاع‪ ،‬وحتدد القواعد التنفيذية لهذه الالئحة الشروط واإلجراءات اخلاصة بذلك‪.‬‬

‫القاعدة التنفيذية‬

‫‪ .1‬يعتبر الطالب مطوياً قيده يف احلاالت التالية‪:‬‬ ‫أ‪ .‬املنقطع لعدم التسجيل اذا لم يقم مبعاجلة وضعه األكادميي‬ ‫قبل نهاية األسبوع الثاني من الدراسة‪.‬‬ ‫ب‪ .‬االنقطاع عن الدراسة‪.‬‬ ‫‪ .2‬ميكن للطالب املطوي قيده التقدم بطلب إعادة قيده برقمه وسجله‬ ‫قبل االنقطاع وفق الضوابط اآلتية‪:‬‬ ‫أ‪ .‬يتقدم الطالب احلاصل على احلالة األكادميية اجليدة‬ ‫املطوي قيده ألقل من أربعة فصول دراسية بطلب إعادة قيده‬ ‫إلى عمادة القبول والتسجيل قبل بداية الفصل الدراسي الذي‬ ‫يرغب التسجيل فيه بشهر على األقل‪.‬‬ ‫ب‪ .‬إذا متت إعادة قيد أو استئناف الدراسة للطالب املوقوف‬ ‫عن الدراسة فإنه يخضع للخطة الدراسية التي كان عليها‬

‫يف آخر فصل دراسي له يف اجلامعة‪ ،‬وذلك يف حالة عدم‬ ‫إلغاء هذه اخلطة‪ ،‬ويوضع على أحدث خطة يف تخصصه يف‬ ‫حالة إلغاء اخلطة األصلية لدراسته بنا ًء على توصية القسم‬ ‫األكادميي‪.‬‬ ‫ج‪ .‬تنسق عمادة القبول والتسجيل مع مجلس القسم املعني‬ ‫التخاذ قرار حيال إعادة القيد‬ ‫د‪ .‬إذا زادت مدة انقطاع الطالب عن الدراسة عن أربعة فصول‬ ‫دراسية أو أكثر فبإمكانه التقدم للجامعة كطالب مستجد إذا‬ ‫انطبقت عليه كافة شروط القبول‪ ،‬ويعطى رقماً جديداً وال‬ ‫حتسب تقديراته السابقة ولكنها تظهر يف سجله األكادميي‬ ‫اجلديد‪.‬‬ ‫‪ .3‬ال تنطبق هذه املادة على الطالب املفصولني من اجلامعة‪.‬‬

‫املادة العشرون‬

‫ال يجوز إعادة قيد الطالب الذي ُفصل من اجلامعة ألسباب تأديبية إال بعد مضي ثالث سنوات من صدور قرار‬ ‫الفصل‪ ،‬وحتدد القواعد التنفيذية لهذه الالئحة الضوابط واإلجراءات اخلاصة بذلك‪.‬‬

‫القاعدة التنفيذية‬

‫‪ .1‬يُشكل رئيس جامعة عفت جلنة القبول والتقومي األكادميي‪ ،‬وهي جلنة استشارية تختص بدراسة حاالت الطلبة األكادميية والنظر يف طلبات‬ ‫التحويل وإعادة القيد واإليقاف واتخاذ التوصيات الالزمة حيال ذلك متهيداً إلقرارها‪.‬‬ ‫‪ .2‬موافقة مجلسي القسم والكلية التي يتبع لها الطالب على إعادة القيد‪.‬‬ ‫‪ .3‬موافقة جلنة القبول والتقومي األكادميي على سالمة الطالب سلوكياً من حيث األسباب التأديبية التي فصل من أجلها‪.‬‬

‫املادة احلادية والعشرون‬

‫يجوز للطالب املنسحب من اجلامعة التقدم بطلب إعادة قيده برقمه وسجله السابق ‪ -‬لعذر تقبله اجلهة التي‬ ‫يحددها مجلس اجلامعة‪ ،‬وحتدد القواعد التنفيذية لهذه الالئحة الضوابط واإلجراءات اخلاصة بذلك‪.‬‬

‫القاعدة التنفيذية‬

‫يعامل الطالب املنسحب من اجلامعة املتقدم بطلب إعادة قيده معاملة الطالب املطوي قيده كما جاء يف أحكام املادة التاسعة عشرة وقواعدها‬ ‫التنفيذية من هذه الالئحة‪.‬‬ ‫‪19‬‬

‫الفصل اخلامس ‪ -‬اإلجراءات األكادميية‬

‫املادة الثانية والعشرون‬

‫يفصل الطالب من اجلامعة يف احلاالت اآلتية‪:‬‬

‫‪ .1‬إذا حصل على ثالث إنذارات متتالية النخفاض معدله التراكمي احملدد للتخرج‪ ،‬وفقاً للمادتني (احلادية واألربعون) و (الثانية واألربعون) من هذه‬ ‫الالئحة‪ ،‬وملجلس اجلامعة منح الطالب فرصة إضافية لرفع معدله التراكمي‪.‬‬ ‫‪ .2‬إذا لم ينه متطلبات التخرج خالل مدة أقصاها نصف املدة املقررة لتخرجه عالوة على مدة البرنامج‪.‬‬ ‫ويجوز ملجلس اجلامعة يف احلاالت االستثنائية معاجلة أوضاع الطالب الذين تنطبق عليهم أحكام الفقرتني السابقتني يف هذه املادة‪ ،‬إعطاؤهم فرصة‬ ‫استثنائية ال تتجاوز عاماً دراسياً‪.‬‬

‫القاعدة التنفيذية‬ ‫أو ًال‪ :‬تقرير احلالة الدراسية ‪:‬‬ ‫تبنّي‬ ‫حتدد يف نهاية كل فصل دراسي حالة الطالب الدراسية التي ّ ُ‬ ‫خُ الصة ما حققه الطالب خالل دراسته باجلامعة وتظهر حالة الطالب‬ ‫الدراسية يف سجله األكادميي‪ ،‬هذا مع العلم بأن الفصل الصيفي ال‬ ‫يغير يف احلالة الدراسية‪ ،‬وفيما يلي توضيح هذه احلاالت‪:‬‬ ‫‪ .١‬احلالة األكادميية اجليدة ‪)Good Standing( :‬‬ ‫تكون احلالة األكادميية للطالب جيدة إذا لم يقل معدله‬ ‫التراكمي أو الفصلي عن احلد األدنى (‪ ،)2.00‬ومن املفروض‬ ‫أن يظل الطالب محافظاً على هذه احلالة حتى التخرج‪.‬‬ ‫‪ .٢‬التحذير األكادميي‪)Academic Warning( :‬‬ ‫يحذر الطالب بعد ظهور نتائجه مع نهاية كل فصل دراسي‬ ‫(عدا الصيفي) إذا حتققت أي من احلالتني التاليتني‪:‬‬ ‫أ‪ -‬إذا كان معدله التراكمي أقل من (‪ )2.00‬وأكثر من (‪.)1.00‬‬ ‫ب‪ -‬إذا كان معدله الفصلي أقل من (‪.)2.00‬‬ ‫ثانياً‪ :‬اإلنذار األكادميي‪)Academic Probation( :‬‬ ‫يوضع الطالب حتت اإلنذار األكادميي بعد ظهور نتائجه‬ ‫يف نهاية كل فصل دراسي‪ ،‬إذا كان معدله التراكمي أقل من‬ ‫(‪.)1.00‬‬ ‫د‌‪ -‬اإليقاف عن الدراسة‪:‬‬ ‫مع استمرار احلالة الدراسية للطالب يف املرحلة اجلامعية‬ ‫حسب ما كانت عليه يف آخر فصل دراسي يف برنامج السنة‬ ‫التحضيرية‪ ،‬يوقف الطالب عن الدراسة يف املرحلة اجلامعية‬ ‫ملدة فصل دراسي على األقل إذا حتققت أي من احلاالت‬ ‫التالية‪:‬‬ ‫‪ .1‬إذا حصل الطالب على معدل فصلي أقل من (‪ )1.00‬يف أي‬ ‫فصل دراسي‪.‬‬ ‫‪ .2‬إذا حصل الطالب على حتذير أو إنذار أكادميي يف فصل‬ ‫دراسي‪ ،‬وحقق معدالً فصلياً يف الفصل التالي مبا هو أقل من‬ ‫(‪. )1.75‬‬ ‫‪ .3‬إذا حصل الطالب على ثالث حتذيرات أكادميية متتالية‪.‬‬ ‫يجوز لرئيس اجلامعة إعطاء الطالب املوقوف عن الدراسة‬

‫فرصة لالستمرار يف الدراسة بنا ًء على توصية جلنة القبول‬ ‫والتقومي األكادميي‪.‬‬ ‫ثالثاً‪ :‬إنهاء مفعول التحذير األكادميي أو اإليقاف‪:‬‬ ‫ميكن إنهاء مفعول التحذير األكادميي بعد مرور فصل دراسي اعتيادي‬ ‫‪ .١‬على توجيه ذلك التحذير‪ ،‬وينتهي مفعوله عندما يكون معدل‬ ‫الطالب الفصلي والتراكمي يف نهاية أي فصل دراسي (‪ )2.00‬أو أكثر‪.‬‬ ‫‪ .٢‬على الطالب املوقوف إذا رغب يف الدراسة التقدم بطلب الستئناف‬ ‫الدراسة يف الفترة احملددة من قبل عمادة القبول والتسجيل‪ ،‬وتنظر‬ ‫جلنة القبول والتقومي األكادميي ‪ -‬بالتنسيق مع الكلية التي يتبعها‬ ‫الطالب عند احلاجة ‪ -‬يف إمكانية إعادة الطالب للدراسة بعد فترة‬ ‫اإليقاف‪ ،‬وال يتم احتساب مدة إيقاف الطالب من املدة املقررة إلنهاء‬ ‫متطلبات الدرجة العلمية‪.‬‬ ‫‪ .٣‬ينذر الطالب اذا انخفض معدله التراكمي عن ‪ 2.00‬من ‪.4.00‬‬ ‫‪ .٤‬يُفصل الطالب إذا حصل على ثالثة إنذارات متتالية‪.‬‬ ‫‪ .٥‬ملجلس اجلامعة‪ ،‬بنا ًء على توصية عمادة القبول والتسجيل بالتنسيق‬ ‫مع مجلس الكليةـ إعطاء فرصة رابعة ملن ميكنه رفع معدله التراكمي‪.‬‬ ‫‪ .٦‬يُفصل الطالب إذا لم ينهي متطلبات التخرج خالل مدة أقصاها‬ ‫نصف املدة املقررة لتخرجه عالوة على مدة البرنامج‪ ،‬وملجلس‬ ‫اجلامعة‪ ،‬بنا ًء على توصية الكلية وتأييد عمادة القبول والتسجيل‬ ‫بالتنسيق مع مجلس الكليةـ إعطاء فرصة استثنائية للطالب إلنهاء‬ ‫متطلبات التخرج بحد أقصى ال يتجاوز ضعف املدة األصلية احملددة‬ ‫للتخرج‪.‬‬ ‫‪ .٧‬يُفصل الطالب إذا لم ينهي متطلبات التخرج خالل مدة أقصاها‬ ‫ضعف املدة األصلية املقررة لتخرجه‪ ،‬وملجلس اجلامعة ـ بنا ًء على‬ ‫توصية الكلية وتأييد عمادة القبول والتسجيل بالتنسيق مع مجلس‬ ‫الكلية ـ إعطاء فرصة استثنائية للطالب إلنهاء متطلبات التخرج بحد‬ ‫أقصى ال يتجاوز فصلني دراسيني على األكثر‪.‬‬ ‫‪ .٨‬تقوم عمادة القبول والتسجيل بإبالغ الطالب املفصول وطي قيده‪.‬‬ ‫‪ .٩‬يُلزم الطالب املفصول احلصول على منوذج إخالء طرف من عمادة‬ ‫القبول والتسجيل باجلامعة‪.‬‬

‫املادة الثالثة والعشرون‬

‫يجوز قبول حتويل الطالب من خارج اجلامعة وفق الضوابط اآلتية‪:‬‬

‫‪ .1‬أن يكون الطالب قد درس يف جامعة‪ ،‬أو كلية محلية‪ ،‬أو جامعة‪ ،‬أو كلية‪ ،‬أو مؤسسة تعليمية أجنبية على أن تكون مرخصة من جهة االختصاص يف‬ ‫بلد الدراسة‪.‬‬ ‫ً‬ ‫‪ .2‬أال يكون مفصوال من اجلامعة احملول منها ألسباب تأديبية‪.‬‬ ‫‪ .3‬أي ضوابط أخرى يضعها مجلس اجلامعة‪.‬‬

‫القاعدة التنفيذية‬

‫تختص جلنة القبول والتقومي األكادميي بالنظر يف طلبات التحويل‬ ‫املقدمة من الطلبة الراغبني بالتحويل إليها من خارج اجلامعة‪،‬‬ ‫ويشترط لقبول التحويل ما يلي‪:‬‬ ‫‪ .1‬اجتياز الطالب اختبارات القبول‪.‬‬ ‫‪ .2‬إنهاء السنة التحضيرية يف جامعة أخرى أو أن مت قبول الطالب يف‬

‫أول مستوى من املرحلة اجلامعية‪.‬‬ ‫‪ .3‬إذا اتضح بعد قبول طلب التحويل أنه سبق فصل الطالب ألسباب‬ ‫غى من تاريخ قبول حتويله للجامعة‪.‬‬ ‫تأديبية فيع ّد قيده ُمل ْ ً‬ ‫‪ .4‬يتم التحويل وفقاً لإلجراءات واملواعيد املعلنة يف جامعة عفت‪.‬‬

‫املادة الرابعة والعشرون‬

‫ملجلس الكلية أو املعهد معادلة مقرر دراسي أو مجموعة من املقررات الدراسية‪ ،‬التي سبق للطالب دراستها خارج‬ ‫اجلامعة‪ ،‬بناء على توصية مجالس األقسام التي تقدم هذه املقررات الدراسية‪ ،‬على أن تكون مفرداتها متشابهة‬ ‫أو متكافئة‪ .‬و ُتثبت املقررات الدراسية التي مت معادلتها يف السجل األكادميي للطالب‪ ،‬ويحدد مجلس اجلامعة‬ ‫الضوابط املنظمة لها‪ ،‬مبا يف ذلك إمكانية احتسابها ضمن املعدل التراكمي للطالب يف سجله األكادميي‪.‬‬

‫القاعدة التنفيذية‬

‫شروط معادلة املقررات الدراسية‪:‬‬ ‫‪ .1‬أن ال يقل تقدير املقرر عن جيد‪.‬‬ ‫ً‬ ‫‪ .2‬أن يكون املقرر الذي درسه الطالب خارج اجلامعة مطابقا يف‬ ‫مفرداته ألحد املقررات التي تتضمنها متطلبات التخرج‪ .‬ويف حالة عدم‬ ‫املطابقة يجوز احتسابه كبديل ملقرر اختياري مبوافقة مجلس القسم‬ ‫األكادميي ومجلس الكلية‪.‬‬

‫‪ .3‬ال يحتسب التقدير الذي حصل عليه الطالب ضمن املعدل‬ ‫التراكمي‪.‬‬ ‫‪ .4‬ال تقبل معادلة مقررات درسها الطالب يف جهتني تعليميتني يف آن‬ ‫واحد‪.‬‬ ‫‪ .5‬ال تقبل معادلة مقررات درسها الطالب يف جهة تعليمية أخرى‬ ‫متزامنة مع دراسته يف فصل دراسي يف جامعة عفت‪.‬‬

‫املادة اخلامسة والعشرون‬

‫يجوز حتويل الطالب من كلية إلى أخرى داخل اجلامعة‪ ،‬ومن قسم آلخر داخل الكلية‪ ،‬ومن تخصص آلخر داخل‬ ‫القسم‪ ،‬وفق ًا للضوابط التي يقرها مجلس اجلامعة أو من يفوضه‪.‬‬

‫القاعدة التنفيذية‬

‫أوالً‪ :‬شروط وضوابط التحويل من كلية إلى أخرى داخل جامعة‬ ‫عفت‪:‬‬ ‫‪ .١‬يجوز للطالب التحويل من كلية إلى أخرى داخل‬ ‫اجلامعة قبل إنهاء رابع مستوى يف املرحلة اجلامعية‪.‬‬ ‫‪ .٢‬على الطالب االستمرار يف جميع املقررات املسجل فيها‬ ‫يف ذلك املستوى قبل التحويل مع التقيد بقواعد احلذف‬ ‫واإلضافة‪.‬‬ ‫‪ .٣‬تثبت عملية التحويل يف السجل األكادميي للطالب‬ ‫احملول من كلية إلى أخرى بداية من الفصل التالي من‬ ‫التحويل‪.‬‬ ‫‪ .٤‬يسمح للطالب بالتحويل من كلية إلى أخرى بحد أقصى‬ ‫مرتني‪.‬‬ ‫‪ .٥‬تثبت يف السجل األكادميي للطالب احملول من كلية إلى‬ ‫أخرى جميع املواد التي سبق له دراستها‪ ،‬ويشمل ذلك‬ ‫التقديرات واملعدالت الفصلية والتراكمية طوال دراسته يف‬ ‫اجلامعة‪.‬‬ ‫ثانياً‪ :‬شروط وضوابط التحويل من تخصص إلى تخصص آخر‬ ‫داخل الكلية أو من تخصص آلخر داخل القسم‪:‬‬ ‫‪ .١‬موافقة مجلسي القسم والكلية‪..‬‬ ‫‪ .٢‬يجوز للطالب التحويل من تخصص إلى تخصص آخر‬ ‫داخل الكلية قبل إنهاء رابع مستوى يف املرحلة اجلامعية‪،‬‬ ‫وملجلس الكلية البت يف احلاالت االستثنائية بعد ذلك‬ ‫املستوى‪.‬‬ ‫‪ .٣‬تثبت عملية التحويل يف السجل األكادميي للطالب بداية‬ ‫من الفصل التالي من التحويل‪.‬‬ ‫‪ .٤‬يسمح للطالب بالتحويل مرتني من تخصص إلى آخر‬ ‫داخل الكلية وملجلس الكلية البت يف احلاالت االستثنائية‪.‬‬ ‫‪ .٥‬تثبت يف السجل األكادميي للطالب احملول من تخصص‬ ‫إلى آخر جميع املواد التي سبق له دراستها‪ ،‬ويشمل ذلك‬ ‫التقديرات واملعدالت الفصلية والتراكمية طوال دراسته يف‬ ‫اجلامعة‪.‬‬

‫الفصل السادس ‪ -‬التحويل واملعادلة‬

‫املادة السادسة والعشرون‬

‫ُتثبت ُ‬ ‫وحُتتسب املقررات الدراسية للطالب احملول من‬ ‫كلية إلى أخرى داخل اجلامعة‪ ،‬ومن قسم آلخر داخل‬ ‫الكلية‪ ،‬ومن تخصص آلخر داخل القسم‪ ،‬التي سبق‬ ‫للطالب دراستها ومتت معادلتها يف السجل األكادميي‪،‬‬ ‫وفق ضوابط يضعها مجلس اجلامعة‪.‬‬

‫القاعدة التنفيذية‬

‫بناءاً على موافقة جلنة القبول والتقومي األكادميي ومبا ال يتعارض‬ ‫مع املادة (‪ )٢٤‬تتم معادلة أي مقرر درسه الطالب احملول من كلية‬ ‫إلى كلية أخرى داخل اجلامعة أومن قسم آلخر داخل الكلية‪ ،‬أومن‬ ‫تخصص آلخر داخل القسم وفق الشروط اآلتية‪:‬‬ ‫‪ .1‬أن يكون املقرر (املقررات) الذي درسه الطالب داخل اجلامعة‬ ‫مطابقا ً أو مشابها ً بنسبة التقل عن ‪ %70‬يف معظم مفرداته ألحد‬ ‫املقررات التي تتضمنها اخلطة الدراسية‪.‬‬ ‫‪ .2‬أال تقل عدد وحدات املقرر املعادل عن عدد وحدات املقرر‬ ‫املعادل له يف اجلامعة أو يف الكلية أو القسم‪.‬‬ ‫‪ .3‬يدخل املقرر املعادل يف احتساب املعدل التراكمي للطالب‪.‬‬

‫املادة السابعة والعشرون‬

‫يضع مجلس اجلامعة شروط وضوابط إعفاء الطالب‬ ‫من دراسة مقرر دراسي أو مجموعة من املقررات‬ ‫الدراسية وبنسبة ال تتجاوز عن ‪ %25‬من مجموع‬ ‫ويرصد للطالب‬ ‫الوحدات الدراسية للخطة الدراسية‪ُ ،‬‬ ‫تقدير معفى (عف) أو (‪.)E‬‬

‫القاعدة التنفيذية‬

‫مبوافقة جلنة القبول والتقومي األكادميي بنا ًءا على توصية من‬ ‫مجالس الكليات واألقسام التي تقدم املقرر إعفاء الطالب من‬ ‫دراسته على أن يكون املقرر من املهارات العامة التي ميكن اكتسابها‬ ‫قبل دراسته األكادميية‪ ،‬أو املقررات التي سبق له دراستها سابقاً‪.‬‬ ‫يتم إعفاء الطالب املستجد أو احملول أو املنتظم وبنسبة ال تتجاوز‬ ‫‪ %10‬من مجموع الوحدات الدراسية للخطة الدراسية مبا ال‬ ‫يتجاوز عدد (‪ )15‬وحدة دراسية‪ ،‬على أال تتعارض مع فقرة (‪)4‬‬ ‫من القاعدة التنفيذية للمادة (‪ )41‬اخلاصة مبعادلة املقررات يف‬ ‫احلاالت التالية‪:‬‬ ‫‪ .1‬حتقيق شهادة احترافية معتمدة تعادل املقرر املعفى منه‪.‬‬ ‫‪ .2‬اجتياز درجة اختبار معياري معتمد باحلد األدنى للدرجة التي‬ ‫تشترطها الكلية‪.‬‬

‫املادة الثامنة والعشرون‬

‫يجوز للطالب ‪ -‬بعد موافقة الكلية التي يدرس فيها ‪ -‬دراسة مقرر دراسي أو أكثر يف جامعة أخرى داخل اململكة‬ ‫أو خارجها‪ ،‬أو يف فرع من فروع اجلامعة التي ينتمي إليها دون حتويله‪ ،‬على أن تكون دراسته متزامنة مع دراسته‬ ‫يف جامعته أو كطالب زائر‪ ،‬وتعادل له املقررات الدراسية التي درسها‪ ،‬و ُتث َبت املقررات الدراسية التي مت معادلتها‬ ‫يف السجل األكادميي للطالب‪ ،‬ويحدد مجلس اجلامعة الضوابط املنظمة يف ذلك‪ ،‬مبا فيها إمكانية احتسابها‬ ‫ضمن املعدل التراكمي للطالب يف سجله األكادميي‪.‬‬

‫القاعدة التنفيذية‬

‫أوالً‪ :‬طلبة جامعة عفت الراغبني بالدراسة يف جامعة أخرى كـ طالب‬ ‫زائر خالل فصل دراسي‪:‬‬ ‫‪ .١‬أخذ موافقة جامعة عفت‪.‬‬ ‫‪ .٢‬تسليم طلب خطي لرئيس القسم األكادميي يبني املقرر أو‬ ‫املقررات التي ينوي الطالب دراستها خارج اجلامعة‪ ،‬ويُك ّون‬ ‫مجلس القسم جلنة مهمتها دراسة تلك املقررات‪ ،‬واقتراح‬ ‫املواد املطابقة لها يف جامعة عفت‪.‬‬ ‫‪ .٣‬يتقدم الطالب لعمادة القبول والتسجيل بطلب معادلة‬ ‫املقررات بعد استكمال دراستها‪ ،‬ويتم البت يف قبول املقرر أو‬ ‫عدمه حسب أحكام هذه الالئحة وقواعدها التنفيذية‪.‬‬ ‫‪ .٤‬مع عدم اإلخالل مبتطلبات التخرج يكون احلد األقصى‬ ‫ملجموع عدد الوحدات الدراسية التي ميكن احتسابها من خارج‬ ‫اجلامعة هي (‪ )48‬وحدة دراسية على أال يقل تقدير الطالب يف‬ ‫كل مقرر عن (جيد‪ . )C ،‬وال تدخل هذه التقديرات يف حساب‬ ‫املعدل التراكمي ومعدل التخصص‪.‬‬

‫‪ .٥‬احلد األقصى ملجموع الفصول الدراسية التي يدرسها‬ ‫الطالب خارج اجلامعة ثالثة فصول دراسية متتالية كانت أم‬ ‫غير متتالية (عدا الفصول الصيفية)‪.‬‬ ‫ثانياً‪ :‬طلبة اجلامعات األخرى الراغبني بالدراسة يف جامعة عفت‬ ‫كطلبة زائرين خالل فصل دراسي أو فصل صيفي‪:‬‬ ‫‪ .١‬إحضار موافقة من اجلهة التعليمية التي يدرس فيها‬ ‫الطالب موضح فيها مبررات الرغبة يف دراسة تلك املقررات‬ ‫خارج اجلهة‪.‬‬ ‫‪ .٢‬استيفاء متطلبات املقررات املراد التسجيل فيها‪.‬‬ ‫‪ .٣‬وجود طاقة استيعابية يف املقررات التي يراد التسجيل فيها‪.‬‬ ‫ثالثاً‪ :‬تسجل جميع املقررات يف سجل أكادميي واحد ويشمل السجل‬ ‫األكادميي جميع املقررات التي درسها الطالب يف جامعة عفت سوا ًء‬ ‫كان زائراً أم منتظماً‪.‬‬

‫املادة التاسعة والعشرون‬

‫‪ .1‬يحدد مجلس اجلامعة ‪ -‬بناء على توصية مجلس الكلية أو املعهد واقتراح مجلس القسم التي يتبعها املقرر‬ ‫الدراسي ‪ -‬آلية احتساب درجة األعمال الفصلية‪ ،‬واالختبار النهائي وأسلوب التقييم وفق طبيعة املقرر الدراسي‪.‬‬ ‫‪ .2‬يعقد االختبار النهائي للمقرر الدراسي مرة واحدة‪ ،‬ويجوز ملجلس اجلامعة بناء على توصية مجلس الكلية‬ ‫واقتراح مجلس القسم االستثناء من ذلك حسب طبيعة املقرر الدراسي‪.‬‬

‫‪ .1‬ال ميكن إعادة تصحيح أو تعديل أي تقدير دراسي بعد تسليم‬ ‫بيانات التقديرات الدراسية إلى عمادة القبول والتسجيل إال بطلب‬ ‫خطي من أستاذ املقرر مبيناً مبررات ذلك التغيير‪ ،‬مؤيداً من مجلس‬ ‫القسم األكادميي‪ ،‬وتبلغ عمادة القبول والتسجيل خالل فترة ال تتعدى‬ ‫بداية اختبارات الفصل التالي‪ ،‬ويظهر يف السجل األكادميي للطالب‬ ‫التقدير األخير‪.‬‬ ‫‪ .2‬الغش عمل مشني وغير أخالقي ويجب على أعضاء هيئة التدريس‬ ‫والطالب مراعاة األمانة والصدق لضمان شرعية التقديرات الدراسية‪.‬‬ ‫‪ .3‬إن جميع األعمال واملتطلبات األكادميية يجب أن يقوم بها الطالب‬ ‫التى مت تكليفه بهذه األعمال أو املتطلبات بدون أية مساعدة غير‬ ‫مجازة من أي نوع‪.‬‬ ‫‪ .4‬على أستاذ املقرر احلرص على مراقبة وتدقيق األعمال واملتطلبات‬ ‫األكادميية لتشجيع الطالب على حتري األمانة والصدق يف تنفيذ هذه‬ ‫األعمال‪.‬‬ ‫‪ .5‬على أستاذ املقرر إذا ثبت لديه طالب قام بالغش أو ساعد على‬ ‫الغش يف أي عمل من أعمال املقرر أو االختبارات القصيرة أن يقوم‬ ‫بإعطائه درجة صفر يف ذلك العمل‪ ،‬ثم يقوم األستاذ برفع تقرير‬ ‫ببيان احلالة وتوصياته إلى رئيس القسم الذي يقوم بدوره برفعها إلى‬ ‫عميد الكلية‪ ،‬وملجلس الكلية وحسب تقديره إعادة النظر يف العقوبة‬

‫أو االكتفاء بالعقاب أو إعطاء تقدير راسب (هـ‪ )F،‬يف ذلك املقرر‪ ،‬وله‬ ‫رفع احلالة إلى جلنة شؤون الطالب التي تقوم بدورها ببحث احلالة‬ ‫ورفع توصياتها إلى رئيس اجلامعة وفق الالئحة التأديبية للطالب‪،‬‬ ‫ويجوز للطالب استئناف القرار لدى عميد شؤون الطالب يف غضون‬ ‫أسبوع من إبالغه بالقرار‪.‬‬ ‫‪ .6‬على أستاذ املقرر أو املشرف على اختبار املقرر إذا ثبت لديه طالب‬ ‫يغش أو يشرع يف الغش أو يساعد على الغش يف أي من االختبارات‬ ‫التحريرية أن يقوم بحرمانه من االستمرار يف ذلك االختبار ويستحق‬ ‫الطالب تقدير راسب (هـ‪ )F،‬يف ذلك املقرر‪ ،‬ويرفع أستاذ املقرر تقريراً‬ ‫ببيان احلالة إلى رئيس القسم وعلى رئيس القسم رفع تقريره إلى‬ ‫عميد الكلية‪ .‬وملجلس الكلية البت يف احلالة حسب التالي‪:‬‬ ‫أ‪ -‬عدم استحقاق الطالب لتقدير راسب (هـ‪ )F،‬ويعيد أستاذ‬ ‫املقرر االختبار للطالب‪.‬‬ ‫ب‪ -‬استحقاق الطالب لتقدير راسب (هـ‪ )F،‬و رفعها إلى جلنة‬ ‫شؤون الطالب التي تقوم بدورها ببحث احلالة ورفع توصياتها‬ ‫إلى رئيس اجلامعة وفق الالئحة التأديبية للطالب‪ .‬ويجوز‬ ‫للطالب استئناف القرار لدى عميد شؤون الطالب يف غضون‬ ‫أسبوع من إبالغه بالقرار‪.‬‬

‫املادة الثالثون‬

‫يتولى مجلس الكلية أو املعهد تنظيم أعمال االختبارات النهائية‪ ،‬مبا يضمن حسن سير العملية التعليمية‪ ،‬على‬ ‫أن ترصد درجة االختبار النهائي والدرجة النهائية خالل مدة حتددها القواعد التنفيذية لهذه الالئحة‪.‬‬

‫القاعدة التنفيذية‬

‫‪ .1‬تعقد االختبارات النهائية ويتم رصد الدرجات يف الفترة احملددة‬ ‫وفق التقومي األكادميي املعتمد‪.‬‬ ‫‪ .2‬حتدد عمادة القبول والتسجيل إجراءات رصد التقديرات النهائية‬ ‫حسب املواعيد احملددة يف التقومي األكادميي‪ ،‬ويقوم أستاذ املقرر‬ ‫برصد التقديرات املستحقة للطالب‪.‬‬ ‫‪ .3‬تقوم عمادة القبول والتسجيل بجدولة اختبارات الطالب بحيث ال‬ ‫يتم اختبار أي طالب يف أكثر من مقررين يف يوم دراسي واحد ‪.‬‬ ‫‪ .4‬تُعد عمادة القبول والتسجيل جدول االختبارات النهائية والذي‬ ‫يشمل تاريخ وأوقات وأماكن عقد االختبارات يف كل فصل دراسي ‪،‬‬ ‫وذلك لتحقيق ما يلي‪:‬‬ ‫خال من التعارض‬ ‫أ‪ -‬الوصول إلى جدول نهائي لالختبارات ٍ‬ ‫قدر اإلمكان‪.‬‬

‫ب‪ -‬القيام بحجز القاعات والفصول التي تقدم فيها‬ ‫االختبارات‪.‬‬ ‫ج‪ -‬إعالم األقسام والطالب بجدول االختبارات النهائية عن‬ ‫طريق نشر اجلدول قبل مدة ال تقل عن أسبوع من بداية فترة‬ ‫االختبارات النهائية احملددة يف التقومي الدراسي للجامعة‪.‬‬ ‫‪ .5‬على جميع أساتذة املقررات والطالب التقيد بجدول االختبارات‬ ‫املعد من قِ بل عمادة القبول والتسجيل‪.‬‬ ‫‪ .6‬يقوم أستاذ املقرر بإعطاء الطالب الذين لديهم تعارض يف جدول‬ ‫االختبار النهائي اختبارات بديلة عن االختبار النهائي يف تلك املقررات‬ ‫بعد موافقة عميد القبول والتسجيل ورؤساء األقسام املعنيني‪ ،‬وذلك‬ ‫على أن يكون موعد االختبار البديل خالل فترة االختبارات النهائية ‪.‬‬ ‫‪ .7‬يف حالة وجود اختبار عام جلميع شعب مقرر ما‪ ،‬يجوز أن تسند‬

‫وملجلس الكلية املختص البت يف املوضوع وبالتنسيق مع عمادة القبول‬ ‫والتسجيل على أن يكون املوعد املقترح خالل فترة االختبارات النهائية‪.‬‬ ‫‪ .9‬يجوز ألستاذ املقرر الذي ال يتطلب اختباراً نهائياً (وفقاً لوصفه)‬ ‫إعطاء الطالب اختبارات أو واجبات بديلة عن االختبار النهائي‪.‬‬

‫املادة احلادية والثالثون‬

‫الطالب الغائب عن االختبار النهائي تكون درجته صفر ًا يف اختبار املقرر الدراسي الذي يغيب عنه‪ ،‬ويحسب‬ ‫تقديره يف ذلك املقرر الدراسي على أساس درجات األعمال الفصلية التي حصل عليها‪.‬‬

‫املادة الثانية والثالثون‬

‫إذا لم يتمكن الطالب من أداء االختبار النهائي لعذر‪ ،‬يجوز ملجلس كلية أو معهد الطالب قبول عذره‪ ،‬والسماح‬ ‫له بأداء اختبار بديل‪ .‬مبا ال يتجاوز نهاية املستوى الدراسي التالي‪ ،‬أو الفصل الدراسي التالي‪ ،‬أو السنة الدراسية‬ ‫ويعطى التقدير الذي يحصل عليه الطالب‬ ‫التالية للكلية أو املعهد التي تطبق نظام السنة الدراسية الكاملة‪ُ ،‬‬ ‫بعد أدائه االختبار البديل‪ ،‬أو تقدير راسب (هـ)أو(‪ )F‬يف حال عدم أدائه االختبار البديل‪.‬‬

‫القاعدة التنفيذية‬

‫‪ .1‬يقوم الطالب بتقدمي العذر ألستاذ املقرر خالل أسبوع من عقد‬ ‫االختبار طالباً السماح له بإعطائه اختباراً بدي ً‬ ‫ال خالل مدة ال تتجاوز‬ ‫نهاية الفصل الدراسي التالي‪.‬‬ ‫‪ .2‬يتم إعداد تقرير من أستاذ املقرر إلى رئيس القسم لعرضه على‬ ‫مجلس القسم ومن ثم على مجلس الكلية حيث يقوم عميد الكلية‬ ‫بإعالم الطالب بقرار املجلس باملوافقة أو الرفض ويف حالة املوافقة‬ ‫يعلم الطالب‪ -‬حينها‪ -‬مبوعد االختبار البديل‪.‬‬

‫املادة الثالثة والعشرون‬

‫الفصل الثامن ‪ -‬االختبارات‬

‫القاعدة التنفيذية‬

‫‪ -1‬يجوز ألستاذ املقرر السماح للطالب باستكمال متطلبات املقرر‬ ‫خالل الفصل الدراسي التالي يف احلاالت االستثنائية اخلارجة عن‬ ‫نطاق سيطرة الطالب‪.‬‬ ‫‪ -2‬يقوم أستاذ املقرر برصد تقدير غير مكتمل (‪ )IC‬وكتابة تقرير‬ ‫إلى رئيس القسم يشمل األسباب واملبررات التي مت على أساسها رصد‬ ‫التقدير والعمل الالزم الستكمال متطلبات املقرر واملدة احملددة لذلك‪.‬‬ ‫‪ -3‬على الطالبة أن تُنهي متطلبات املقرر خالل مدة ال تتجاوز نهاية‬ ‫الفصل الدراسي التالي‪ ،‬ويجوز االستثناء يف احلاالت التالية ‪:‬‬ ‫يف حالة حصول الطالب على تقدير غير مكتمل (‪ )IC‬يف مقرر‬ ‫البرنامج التعاوني‪ ،‬يجوز متديد فترة إنهاء متطلبات هذا املقرر ملدة‬ ‫فصل دراسي آخر مبوافقة رئيس القسم املختص‪.‬‬ ‫يف حالة حصول الطالب على تقدير غير مكتمل (‪ )IC‬يف مقرر ما يف‬ ‫الفصل السابق مباشرة لتسجيله مقرر التدريب الوظيفى أوالبرنامج‬ ‫التعاوني‪ ،‬يجوز ‪ -‬مبوافقة رئيس القسم املختص ‪ -‬متديد فترة إنهاء‬ ‫متطلبات ذلك املقرر ملدة أقصاها فصل دراسي بعد عودته من التدريب‬

‫الوظيفى أو البرنامج التعاوني‪.‬‬ ‫‪ -4‬عند إكمال الطالب متطلبات املقرر يف الفترة احملددة لذلك فعلى‬ ‫أستاذ املقرر تغيير التقدير للطالب من تقدير غير مكتمل (‪ )IC‬إلى‬ ‫التقدير الذي يستحقه يف ذلك املقرر‪ ،‬وإشعار عمادة القبول والتسجيل‬ ‫بذلك خالل تلك الفترة من خالل رئيس القسم األكادميي املعني‪.‬‬ ‫‪ -5‬إذا لم يتم تغيير تقدير غير مكتمل (‪ )IC‬من قبل أستاذ املقرر يف‬ ‫الفترة احملددة لذلك‪ ،‬تقوم عمادة القبول والتسجيل بتغيير التقدير إلى‬ ‫راسب (‪ ،)F‬وإشعار الطالب أستاذ املقرر ورئيس القسم بذلك‪.‬‬ ‫‪ -6‬ال يجوز للطالب إعادة تسجيل مقرر حصل فيه على تقدير غير‬ ‫مكتمل (‪ )IC‬قبل تغيير هذا التقدير‪.‬‬ ‫‪ -7‬التقدير غير مكتمل ( ‪ ) IC‬ينتج عنه تعليق احلالة الدراسية‬ ‫للطالب يف ذلك الفصل الدراسي‪ ،‬ويشمل ذلك مراتب التميز‪.‬‬ ‫‪ -8‬ال يجوز للطالب التسجيل يف أي مقرر يكون املقرر الذي حصل فيه‬ ‫على تقدير غير مكتمل (‪ )IC‬متطلباً له‪.‬‬

‫املادة الرابعة والثالثون‬ ‫‪ .3‬يجوز ملجلسي القسم والكلية‪ -‬يف حاالت الضرورة القصوى‪ -‬قبول‬ ‫عذر الطالب‪ ،‬والسماح بإعطائه اختباراً بدي ً‬ ‫ال خالل مدة ال تتجاوز‬ ‫نهاية الفصل الدراسي التالي‪ ،‬ويعطى التقدير الذي يحصل عليه بعد‬ ‫أدائه االختبار البديل‪.‬‬ ‫‪ .4‬ميكن إجراء االختبار البديل للطالب املؤهلني للتخرج يف الفصل‬ ‫الدراسي الصيفي‪.‬‬

‫يجوز ملجلس القسم الذي يتولى تدريس املقرر ‪-‬بناء على توصية أستاذ املقرر الدراسي‪ -‬السماح للطالب‬ ‫استكمال متطلبات أي مقرر دراسي يف املستوى الدراسي التالي‪ ،‬أو الفصل الدراسي التالي‪ ،‬أو السنة الدراسية‬ ‫التالية للكليات أو املعاهد التي تطبق نظام السنة الدراسية الكاملة‪ ،‬ويرصد للطالب يف سجله األكادميي تقدير‬ ‫غير مكتمل (ل)أو(‪ ،)IC‬وال يحسب ضمن املعدل الفصلي أو التراكمي إال يف حال استكمال متطلبات ذلك املقرر‬ ‫الدراسي‪ ،‬وإذا مضت املدة املشار إليها يف هذه املادة ولم ُيغَير تقدير غير مكتمل (ل)أو(‪ )IC‬يف سجل الطالب لعدم‬ ‫استكماله‪ ،‬فيستبدل بتقدير راسب (هـ)أو(‪ )F‬ويحسب ضمن املعدل الفصلي والتراكمي‪.‬‬

‫إذا كانت دراسة املقررات الدراسية ذات الطبيعة البحثية تتطلب أكثر من فصل دراسي‪ ،‬يرصد للطالب تقدير‬ ‫مستمر (م) أو (‪ ،)IP‬وبعد انتهاء الطالب من دراسة املقرر مينح التقدير الذي حصل عليه‪ .‬وإذا لم يستكمل‬ ‫املقرر الدراسي يف الوقت احملدد يجوز ملجلس القسم الذي يتولى تدريسه املوافقة على رصد تقدير غير مكتمل‬ ‫(ل) أو (‪ )IC‬يف سجل الطالب‪.‬‬

‫املادة اخلامسة والثالثون‬

‫يجوز ملجلس اجلامعة ‪ -‬بناء على توصية مجلس الكلية أو املعهد ‪ -‬التي تتبع نظام السنة الدراسية الكاملة‪،‬‬ ‫حتديد عدد وحدات الرسوب يف املقررات الدراسية التي ميكن للطالب إجراء اختبار نهائي (دور ثاني) يف املقرر‬ ‫الدراسي الذي رسب فيه‪.‬‬

‫املادة السادسة والثالثون‬

‫يجوز للطالب التظلم على الدرجة النهائية للمقرر‪.‬‬

‫القاعدة التنفيذية‬

‫يحق للطالب الذي يعتقد بوجود خطأ يف تقدير عالماته يف أي مقرر أن يناقش هذه املسألة فوراً مع أستاذ املقرر‪ ،‬وإذا لم يتوصل األستاذ‬ ‫مرض يجوز للطالب أن يتقدم بطلب استئناف رسمي إلى رئيس القسم الذي يقدم املقرر يف مدة أقصاها نهاية األسبوع‬ ‫والطالب إلى حل ٍ‬ ‫الرابع من الفصل التالي‪ ،‬ولرئيس القسم التحقق من مبررات تقدمي الطلب بالرجوع إلى تقومي أستاذ املقرر للطالب بنا ًء على درجاته لألعمال‬ ‫الفصلية‪ ،‬ودرجات االختبار النهائي‪ ،‬وعليه القيام باإلجراءات الالزمة يف حالة وجود ضرورة لذلك‪ ،‬حيث يقوم بعرض استئناف الطالب على‬ ‫مجلسي القسم الكلية للبت يف احلالة‪.‬‬

‫حتسب التقديرات التي يحصل عليه الطالب يف كل مقرر كما يلي‪:‬‬ ‫‪ .1‬تقسم درجات الطالب على املستويات التسعة املذكورة يف نص املادة‬ ‫وحتسب التقديرات على أساس هذا التقسيم‪ ،‬ويجوز ألستاذ املقرر‬ ‫األخذ يف االعتبار طرق تقومي أخرى متعارف عليها مثل املتوسط‬ ‫احلسابي‪ ،‬واالنحراف املعياري (‪ )Standard Deviation‬لدرجات‬ ‫الطالب النهائية للمقرر التي تعكس حتصيل الطالب الدراسي‪.‬‬ ‫‪ .2‬يعطى تقدير مستمع (مع‪ )AU،‬للطالب الذين يحضرون املقررات‬ ‫بصفة مستمع دون أن يترتب على أدائهم سلباً أو إيجاباً منح أي‬ ‫تقديرات‪ ،‬ويكون تأثير هذا التقدير على معدل الطالب الفصلي‬ ‫والتراكمي مثل تأثير تقدير ناجح بدون درجة ( ند‪ ،) NP،‬وعلى أستاذ‬ ‫املقرر إشعار عمادة القبول والتسجيل إذا تغيب الطالب عن أكثر من‬ ‫ثلث احملاضرات إلسقاط املقرر عنه‪.‬‬ ‫‪ .3‬يعطى تقدير ناجح دون درجة (ند ‪ ) NP،‬أو راسب دون درجة (هد‬

‫الفصل التاسع ‪ -‬التقديرات‬

‫‪ ) NF،‬للمقررات التي يتم دراستها على أساس النجاح أو الرسوب‬ ‫فقط‪.‬‬ ‫‪ .4‬إذا سجل الطالب يف مقرر البرنامج التعاوني يف الفصل الصيفي‬ ‫وحصل على تقدير مستمر (م‪ ،)IP،‬يتم حتويل هذا التقدير إلى‪:‬‬ ‫‪ .4.1‬تقدير ناجح بدون تقدير (ند ‪ )NP،‬يف حالة جناح‬ ‫الطالب يف البرنامج التعاوني‪،‬‬ ‫تقدير راسب (هـ ‪ )F ،‬يف حالة رسوب الطالب يف‬ ‫‪.4.2‬‬ ‫البرنامج التعاوني‪.‬‬ ‫مرض (عج ‪ ،)WP ،‬أو تقدير منسحب‬ ‫بأداء‬ ‫‪ .5‬يعطى تقدير منسحب‬ ‫ٍ‬ ‫بتقدير راسب (ع هـ ‪)WF،‬‬

‫املادة التاسعة والثالثون‬ ‫تقدير مرتبة الشرف‪:‬‬

‫‪ .1‬متنح مرتبة الشرف األولى للطالب احلاصل على معدل تراكمي من ( ‪ )4.75‬إلى (‪ )5.00‬من (‪ )5.00‬أو من (‪ )3.75‬إلى (‪ )4.00‬من (‪)4.00‬‬ ‫عند التخرج‪ ،‬ومتنح مرتبة الشرف الثانية للطالب احلاصل على معدل تراكمي من ( ‪ )4.25‬إلى (‪ )4.75‬من (‪ )5.00‬أو من (‪ )3.25‬إلى (‪ )3.75‬من‬ ‫(‪ )4.00‬عند التخرج‪.‬‬ ‫‪ .2‬ويشترط للحصول على مرتبة الشرف األولى أو الثانية ما يلي‪:‬‬ ‫أ‌‪ -‬أال يكون الطالب قد رسب يف أي مقرر درسه يف اجلامعة أو يف جامعة أخرى‪.‬‬ ‫ب‌‪ -‬أن يكون الطالب قد أكمل متطلبات التخرج يف مدة أقصاها متوسط املدة بني احلد األدنى واحلد األقصى للبقاء يف كليته‪.‬‬ ‫ج‌‪ -‬أن يكون الطالب قد درس يف اجلامعة التي سيتخرج منها ما ال يقل عن ( ‪ ) %60‬من متطلبات التخرج‪.‬‬

‫القاعدة التنفيذية‬

‫‪ .1‬متنح مرتبة الشرف األولى للطالب احلاصل على معدل تراكمي‬ ‫(‪ )3.75‬إلى (‪ )4.00‬من (‪ )4.00‬عند التخرج‪ ،‬ومتنح مرتبة الشرف‬ ‫الثانية للطالب احلاصل على معدل تراكمي (‪ )3.25‬إلى (‪ )3.75‬من‬ ‫(‪ )4.00‬عند التخرج‪.‬بنا ًء على الشروط التالية‪:‬‬ ‫أ‌‪ -‬أال يكون الطالب قد رسب يف أي مقرر درسه يف اجلامعة أو‬ ‫يف جامعة أخرى‪.‬‬ ‫ب‌‪ -‬أن يكون الطالب قد أكمل متطلبات التخرج يف مدة‬ ‫أقصاها متوسط املدة بني احلد األدنى واحلد األقصى للبقاء‬ ‫يف كليته‪.‬‬ ‫ت‌‪ -‬أن يكون الطالب قد درس يف اجلامعة التي سيتخرج منها‬ ‫ما ال يقل عن ( ‪ ) %60‬من متطلبات التخرج‪.‬‬ ‫‪ .2‬متنح مرتبة الشرف الثالثة عند التخرج للطالب احلاصل على معدل‬ ‫تراكمي (‪ )3.00‬فأكثر وال ينطبق عليه شروط احلصول على مرتبة‬ ‫الشرف األولى أو الثانية‪ ،‬ويشترط للحصول على مرتبة الشرف الثالثة‬ ‫الفقرة (ب‪ ،‬ج) الواردة يف (املادة التاسعة والثالثني)‪.‬‬ ‫‪ .3‬ال تنطبق الفقرة (أ) الواردة يف (املادة الثالثني) على الطالب إذا كان‬

‫راسباً يف أي مقرر يف برنامج السنة التحضيرية‪.‬‬ ‫‪ .4‬يف نهاية كل فصل دراسي تقوم عمادة القبول والتسجيل بإدراج‬ ‫أسماء الطالب املتفوقني يف قائمة التميز للمرحلة اجلامعية وفق‬ ‫معدالتهم الفصلية وعدد النقاط التي حصلوا عليها يف ذلك الفصل‬ ‫على النحو التالي‪:‬‬ ‫أ‌‪ -‬مرتبة التميز األولى ‪ :‬املعدل الفصلي بني (‪ )3.75‬ـ (‪)4.00‬‬ ‫وعلى أال يقل عدد النقاط عن (‪ )60‬نقطة‪.‬‬ ‫ب‌‪ -‬مرتبة التميز الثانية ‪ :‬املعدل الفصلي من (‪ )3.50‬وأقل‬ ‫من (‪ )3.75‬وعلى أال يقل عدد النقاط عن (‪ )56‬نقطة‪.‬‬ ‫ت‌‪ -‬مرتبة التميز الثالثة ‪ :‬املعدل الفصلي من (‪ )3.00‬وأقل‬ ‫من (‪ )3.50‬وعلى أال يقل عدد النقاط عن (‪ )48‬نقطة‪.‬‬ ‫‪ .5‬يحصل الطالب على تقدير ممتاز يف العام الدراسي يف حالة‬ ‫حصوله على إحدى مراتب التميز يف كل من الفصل األول والفصل‬ ‫الثاني من ذلك العام الدراسي‪.‬‬

‫املادة األربعون‬

‫يجوز ملجلس اجلامعة تقدمي نظام تقديرات مختلف بعد موافقة مجلس شؤون اجلامعات‪.‬‬ ‫‪35‬‬

‫املادة احلادية واألربعون‬

‫يتخرج الطالب بعد إنهاء متطلبات التخرج بنجاح حسب النظام الدراسي واخلطة الدراسية املقرة من مجلس‬ ‫اجلامعة‪ ،‬على أ ّال يقل معدله التراكمي عن املعدل الذي يحدده مجلس اجلامعة لكل تخصص‪ ،‬على أ ّال يقل يف‬ ‫كل األحوال عن تقدير «مقبول»‪.‬‬

‫القاعدة التنفيذية‬

‫‪ .1‬معدل التخصص هو معدل التقديرات التي حصل عليها الطالب يف‬ ‫مقررات التخصص باإلضافة إلى املقررات األخرى املعتمدة‪ ،‬ويحسب‬ ‫معدل التخصص على أساس آخر تقدير حصل عليه الطالب يف املقرر‪.‬‬ ‫‪ .2‬على الطالب إنهاء جميع متطلبات التخرج بنجاح حسب اخلطة‬ ‫الدراسية لتخصصها‪.‬‬ ‫‪ .3‬لكي يتخرج الطالب يجب عليه احلصول على (‪ )2,00‬م (‪ )4,00‬أو‬ ‫أكثر يف كل من املعدل التراكمي ومعدل التخصص‪.‬‬ ‫‪ .4‬يشترط إلعطاء أي درجة علمية من جامعة عفت أن يكون الطالب‬ ‫قد درس فعلياً يف اجلامعة عدد (‪ )65‬وحدة دراسية من مقررات‬ ‫املرحلة اجلامعية بحد أدنى‪ ،‬وأن تشمل هذه الوحدات مقررات يف‬ ‫تخصصه ال تقل عن (‪ )25‬وحدة دراسية‪.‬‬ ‫‪ .5‬تقوم عمادة القبول والتسجيل بإعداد تقرير يعرض على مجلس‬ ‫اجلامعة شام ً‬ ‫ال الطلبة املرشحني للتخرج بنهاية كل فصل دراسي‪.‬‬ ‫‪ .6‬تقوم عمادة القبول والتسجيل بإبالغ األقسام األكادميية ملراجعة‬

‫املادة الثانية واألربعون‬

‫بناء على توصية مجلس القسم‬ ‫يجوز ملجلس الكلية ً‬ ‫املختص حتديد مقررات دراسية مناسبة يدرسها‬ ‫الطالب لرفع معدله التراكمي‪ ،‬وذلك يف حال جناحه‬ ‫يف املقررات ورسوبه يف املعدل‪.‬‬

‫القاعدة التنفيذية‬

‫يتخرج الطالب بعد إنهاء متطلبات التخرج بنجاح حســــــــــــــب‬ ‫اخلطة الدراســــــــــــــية‪ ،‬على أال يقل معدله التراكمي عن (‪ 2‬من‬ ‫‪ )4‬أو مـــا يحـــدده مجلس اجلـــامعـــة‪ ،‬وملجلس الكليـــة‪-‬بنـــاء على‬ ‫توصــــــــــــــيـــة مجلس القســم املختص‪-‬حتديد مقررات مناســبة‬ ‫يدرســها الطالب يف اجلامعة لرفع معدله التراكمي‪،‬وذلك يف حال‬ ‫جناحه يف املقررات ورسوبه يف املعدل‪.‬‬

‫املادة الرابعة واألربعون‬

‫تعمل اجلامعة على رفع مستوى كفاءة ومهارات الطلبة‬ ‫قبل التخرج‪ ،‬مبا يضمن متيزهم ومنافستهم يف سوق‬ ‫العمل‪.‬‬

‫السجالت األكادميية واخلطط الدراسية للطلبة املرشحني للتخرج‪،‬‬ ‫ويقوم القسم بعد استيفاء الطلبة جلميع متطلبات التخرج بتزويد‬ ‫عمادة القبول والتسجيل بأسماء اخلريجني واخلريجات‪.‬‬ ‫‪ .7‬على عمادة القبول والتسجيل مراجعة وتدقيق جميع سجالت‬ ‫الطلبة للتأكد من أن جميع متطلبات التخرج مكتملة‪.‬‬ ‫‪ .8‬تقوم عمادة القبول والتسجيل بإعداد تقرير يعرض على مجلس‬ ‫اجلامعة شام ً‬ ‫ال الطلبة اللذين أنهوا جميع متطلبات التخرج وتخرجوا‬ ‫فعلياً‪.‬‬ ‫‪ .9‬يُلزَم الطالب املتخرج إكمال منوذج إخالء طرف من عمادة القبول‬ ‫والتسجيل‪.‬‬ ‫‪ .10‬تقوم عمادة القبول والتسجيل بإعداد وإصدار الوثائق والشهادات‬ ‫الرسمية للخريجني وحفظ صور منها‪.‬‬ ‫‪ .11‬ال يجوز بأي حال من األحوال تعديل السجل األكادميي بعد‬ ‫إصدار وثيقة التخرج‪.‬‬

‫املادة الثالثة واألربعون‬

‫تلتزم اجلامعة بتطبيق املمارسات التي تضمن جودة‬ ‫عملية التعليم والتعلم‪.‬‬

‫القاعدة التنفيذية‬

‫تقوم عمادة توكيد اجلودة بوضع اإلجراءات الالزمة التي تضمن‬ ‫جودة عملية التعلم والتعليم للبرامج التي تشرف عليها يف ضوء‬ ‫القرارات التي تصدر من مجلس اجلامعة بهذا الشأن واملمارسات‬ ‫الواردة يف معايير االعتماد املؤسس ي والبرامجي الصادرة عن‬ ‫املركز الوطني للتقومي واالعتماد األكادميي بالتنسيق مع اجلهات‬ ‫ذات العالقة‪.‬‬

‫القاعدة التنفيذية‬

‫‪.1‬تعمل الكليات والبرامج األكادمية على تضمني التدريب امليداني‬ ‫والعملي يف اخلطط الدراسية‪ ،‬وعقد الشراكات مع جهات التدريب‬ ‫لتوفير التدريب الالزم للطالب‪.‬‬ ‫‪.2‬تتبنى الكليات الشهادات املهنية واالحترافية من خالل برامجها‬ ‫األكادميية لضمان كفاءة الطلبة قبل التخرج ومنافستهم يف سوق‬ ‫العمل‪.‬‬ ‫‪38‬‬

‫مع مراعاة ما يصدر من اجلهات املختصة‪ ،‬للجامعة‬ ‫يجوز ملجلس اجلامعة تغيير املدة الزمنية للفصل‬ ‫الدراسي والفصل الصيفي واملستوى الدراسي واملستوى إتاحة الفرصة لطالب مرحلة الثانوية العامة لدراسة‬ ‫أو حضور بعض املقررات الدراسية العامة يف اجلامعة‬ ‫الصيفي والسنة الدراسية الكاملة احملددة يف املادة‬ ‫وفق شروط وضوابط يضعها مجلس اجلامعة‪.‬‬ ‫األولى من هذه الالئحة بعد صدور قرار املوافقة من‬ ‫مجلس شؤون اجلامعات أو من يفوضه‪.‬‬

‫املادة السادسة واألربعون‬

‫املادة اخلمسون‬

‫مع مراعاة األنظمة واللوائح والقرارات‪ُ ،‬يقر مجلس‬ ‫مع عدم اإلخالل بأحكام هذه الالئحة وشروط‬ ‫كل جامعة قواعد السلوك واالنضباط الطالبي يف‬ ‫وضوابط القبول يف اجلامعة‪ ،‬للجامعة قبول من مضى اجلامعة‪.‬‬ ‫على حصوله على الثانوية العامة أو ما يعادلها مدة‬ ‫تزيد على خمس سنوات إذا توفرت أسباب مقنعة‪ .‬كما‬ ‫يضعها القاعدة التنفيذية‬ ‫يجوز أن يكون ذلك مبقابل مالي وفق ضوابط‬ ‫تتولى عمادة شؤون الطالب بوضع ونشر قواعد السلوك‬ ‫مجلس شؤون اجلامعات‪.‬‬ ‫واالنضباط الطالبي يف اجلامعة وفقاً لالئحة تربويات عفت‪.‬‬

‫املادة السابعة واألربعون‬

‫مع مراعاة ما يصدر من مجلس شؤون اجلامعات من‬ ‫قرارات‪ ،‬ملجلس اجلامعة بناء ًا على اقتراح مجلس‬ ‫ُيقر مجلس كل جامعة القواعد التنفيذية لهذه‬ ‫الكلية إقرار برنامج مشترك بني اجلامعة ومؤسسة‬ ‫الالئحة‪.‬‬ ‫تعليمية خارج اململكة على أن تكون مرخصة من جهة‬ ‫االختصاص يف بلد الدراسة وحاصلة على االعتماد‬ ‫القاعدة التنفيذية‬ ‫البرامجي من إحدى الهيئات الدولية التي تعتمدها‬ ‫ملجلس جامعة عفت وضع القواعد التنفيذية مبا ال يتعارض مع‬ ‫هيئة تقومي التعليم والتدريب‪ ،‬ويضع مجلس اجلامعة‬ ‫أحكام هذه الالئحة‪.‬‬ ‫الضوابط واالجراءات اخلاصة بذلك‪.‬‬

‫القاعدة التنفيذية‬

‫تقوم عمادة القبول والتسجيل بتنفيذ برنامجا ً الستقطاب الطلبة‬ ‫املوهوبني واملتميزين واملبدعني واملبتكرين بالتنسيق مع اجلهات ذات‬ ‫العالقة داخل وخارج اجلامعة والرفع بها ملجلس اجلامعة‪.‬‬

‫املادة الثامنة واألربعون‬

‫ملجلس اجلامعة وضع شروط وضوابط وإجراءات‬ ‫استقطاب الطلبة املوهوبني واملتميزين واملبدعني‬ ‫واملبتكرين يف مجالهم‪.‬‬

‫القاعدة التنفيذية‬

‫تقوم عمادة القبول والتسجيل بتنفيذ برنامجا ً الستقطاب الطلبة‬ ‫املوهوبني واملتميزين واملبدعني واملبتكرين بالتنسيق مع اجلهات ذات‬ ‫العالقة داخل وخارج اجلامعة والرفع بها ملجلس اجلامعة‪.‬‬ ‫‪39‬‬

‫املادة الثانية واخلمسون‬

‫ملجلس شؤون اجلامعات حق تفسير هذه الالئحة‪.‬‬

‫املادة الثالثة واخلمسون‬

‫حتل هذه الالئحة محل الئحة الدراسة واالختبارات‬ ‫للمرحلة اجلامعية املعدلة بقرار مجلس التعليم‬ ‫العالي رقم (‪ )13/27/1423‬وتاريخ ‪2/11/1423‬هـ‪،‬‬ ‫و ُتلغي ما يتعارض معها من أحكام‪.‬‬

‫املادة الرابعة واخلمسون‬

‫ُيعمل بهذه الالئحة اعتبار ًا من تاريخ بداية العام‬ ‫الدراسي ‪1444‬هـ‪.‬‬
