Reporting to the Vice President of Marketing and Communications (VP), the Director of Communications and Strategic Content develops and implements strategic communications and media plans and guides a customer-focused team in supporting institutional priorities (e.g., expanding healthcare access, becoming a “workplace of choice,” and advancing teaching, research, and clinical care). Exercise superb writing and editing skills as well as proficiencies in multi-platform content development to ensure that all content is consistent, clear, and accurate by audience and at every level; and that the Baystate “voice” is on brand
Collaborate across the Marketing and Communications team to deliver high quality and ontime content for digital/social marketing and other initiatives
