In March Rupert was invited to Finland to celebrate the 10-year anniversary of the VALTRA UNLIMITED STUDIOS alongside 11 UK dealers.

The event was carried out over two days where all invitees learnt about the history, the success and the future of the studios as well as factory, work shop and paint shop tours. The main focus of the UNLIMITED STUDIOS is to provide factory fitted professional features to aid the usability and efficiency for the operator. These are split into five categories which were demonstrated via stations at the event.

Station 1: Farming

Valtra tractors are now available with a factory fit central tyre inflation system on the N, T and Q models. The intelligent central tyre inflation system saves time and money while protecting the structure of your soil. The inflation system fitted by Unlimited is controlled via ISOBUS and displays actual tyre pressures on the SmartTouch screen. Use preprogrammed SmartTouch buttons to set the ideal pressures to improve rolling resistance (both in the field and on the road), reduce track depth and soil compaction, lower fuel consumption by up to 10-15 per cent, and reduce tyre wear.

Station 2: Forestry

Valtra Unlimited tractors are perfect for forestry work with specialist implements and mounting kit, additional lighting, special forestry tyres and protection, that make accessing challenging terrain and undertaking demanding tasks easy.

Tractor mounted cranes and forwarding trailers can be supplied, these are complimented by Valtra's twin track reverse drive system and sky view cab, options that are designed for the job.

Station 3: Municipality

The special regulations of municipal machinery call for specialist features. Valtra Unlimited ensures that the requirements of special authorities and institutions are met. Valtra Unlimited tractors are equipped with the exact features needed for multipurpose municipal work. A special colour scheme, safety colours and lights, warning signs and other safetyenhancing features can all be fitted by Valtra Unlimited. Combine a Valtra tractor with specialised implements for road maintenance, snow removal, mowing, and other municipal tasks, and you have a year-round multipurpose vehicle.

Station 4: Defense
