SCHOOL PRINCIPAL WELCOME NOTE

Our school has successfully completed another term with great achievements, events, and activities. Our students have demonstrated outstanding academic performance, and I am proud of their hard work and dedication. We have enjoyed hosting a lot of events in our school and inviting parents, students, and staff. Ranging from parent-teacher conferences to school fairs, sports days, and cultural celebrations, we were thrilled to strengthen the bond in our community and involve families in their children's education. I want to congratulate all of our students for their hard work and dedication throughout the year. It has been a pleasure to watch you grow and learn, and I wish you all the best in your future endeavours. SCHOOL PRINCIPAL

A MESSAGE FROM THE HEADTEACHER This term has been a very busy and exciting time in BSEE EYFS Department. I would like to take this opportunity to thank the children for their positive attitudes and engagement in their learning environment and for always bringing a smile to my face. I am extremely grateful to the staff for their dedication and commitment in providing a welcoming, engaging and supportive learning environment for our pupils. Lastly, I would like to thank you, the parents, for your ongoing support and for your great efforts in attending all the events and activities which have taken place in Term 2. Your support is greatly appreciated.

I would like to take this opportunity to express my gratitude to the KS1 students, teachers and parents for all their hard work, commitment and support during this busy and exciting Term 2. Students have shown great enthusiasm and determination. The teachers have shown great commitment and passion in creating a supportive learning environment for their students. And lastly, I would like to thank you, the parents, for your involvement and encouragement you have provided throughout the term. Thank you all so much.

It is with a lot of pride that we share our accomplishments and memorable moments of Term 2 with our precious students, parents and staff members! It has been a wonderful journey that we embarked on together and the success has not only met but exceeded our expectations. A huge thank you goes to all stakeholders of the BSEE family. We have witnessed wonderful cooperation and communication between the school and parents. Students have been putting a lot of effort into their work which led to significant academic progress. They enjoyed a lot of exciting events and learned real life lessons and values from those events. Teachers' ultimate dedication, love for teaching and commitment to academic excellence have been truly inspiring and evident every single day.

Mai Shana I would like to express my deepest gratitude to the entire BSEE family – students, teachers, and parents – for their unwavering dedication and exceptional efforts during the 2nd term. Your collective hard work, perseverance, and collaboration have contributed significantly to the success and growth of our academic community. Students, your enthusiasm and determination in pursuing your studies have inspired us all. Teachers, your passion for education and your commitment to fostering a supportive learning environment have been truly remarkable. And to the parents, your involvement and encouragement have provided the foundation for our students to thrive. KEY STAGE 3 HEADTEACHER

INTERNATIONAL KITE DAY Our dear Foundation Stage 1 & 2 students had a blast celebrating International Kite Day. With the assistance of their teachers, students designed and created different types of kites. Later on, students put their designs to test and observe which designs flew better and why.



MINI OLYMPICS After learning, reading and researching the history of the Olympic Games, it was time for our Year 2 athletes to experience the fun activities and competitions. From Athletics to shot put, football and hurdling; our students put on their best performance. The students enjoyed their time while displaying great skills and sportsmanship.



CHILDREN’S BODY AWARENESS SESSION It is fundamental to teach our students about their bodies and boundaries as early as possible. Our EYFS students spent the day learning about their safety and how to protect their own bodies. They enjoyed some educational yet entertaining lessons learning how to say “No”, “Speak up” and “Talk about their emotions.



THE 100TH DAY OF SCHOOL Our school celebrated the 100th Day of School where students and teachers dressed up as 100-year-oldies. The day was filled with fun lessons, songs and activities. This day marks a great milestone as teachers get a chance to reflect on students’ progress and attainment throughout the academic year.



ANNUAL CHESS TOURNAMENT Our school is keen on holding the Chess Tournament every year. Our students in KS3 competed in the tournament and displayed a great performance showcasing their critical thinking skills, planning and decision-making.



TALYA’S RESCUE SHELTER At BSEE, community service projects are essential aspects of our youth leadership programme. A group of our students, parents and teachers visited Talya’s Foundation for rescuing animals to present their donations. The students volunteered to help in grooming their new furry friends.



MATHS WEEK Maths Week provides an excellent opportunity for our young learners to explore Maths in creative ways. Our EYFS teachers along with students enjoyed their maths lessons through innovative games and activities inside and outside the classrooms. Who knew learning maths could be this fun?!



SPELLING BEE COMPETITION Our students enjoyed their time as they participated in the spelling bee competition. Students across year levels showed great knowledge of the origin of words, grammar knowledge, and presentation skills. We are so proud of our Spelling Bees.



SPECIAL OLYMICS The British School of Elite Education and the Egyptian Sports Federation of Intellectual Disabilities jointly celebrated the International Day of Persons with Disabilities 2023. Our students and staff gave a warm welcome to a great delegation of ESFID. They all enjoyed a day filled with fun games and activities. The main objective of the day was to spread awareness among our students about the importance of empowerment and inclusion of Persons with Disabilities within our community. We are proud of our students for implementing the Elite Values of Respect, Tolerance, and Acceptance.



READING MONTH

This time our school celebrated Reading Month to the fullest! Our goal is to promote a love for reading and encourage all our students to explore different genres and authors. Students across the whole school indulged in a wide range of activities and challenges throughout March. From welcoming mystery readers every day and holding storytelling competitions to dressing up as their favourite book characters; our students truly enjoyed every single activity.




EYFS PARENTS' PHONICS WORKSHOP Our school continues to support our parents throughout their children’s learning journey. The EYFS department organised a sequel to the phonics workshop where parents are introduced to the main principles of phonics. Following the workshop, the parents had the opportunity to engage with their children in many activities.



THE AFRO-ASIAN FORUM FOR INNOVATION & TECHNOLOGY The British School of Elite Education and The International School of Elite Education proudly hosted the Afro-Asian Forum for Innovation & Technology and the closing ceremony. We welcomed more than 160 teams from different schools competing in 10 innovative competitions. Ranging from robotics & AI to software and mobile application development. Congratulations to our young innovators who qualified to represent BSEE in Morocco!



MEGA FAMILY CARNIVAL Looking back on our Family weekend! The students and families of Elite Education Schools enjoyed an exclusive Mega Family Funday at Zed East Sports Club powered by beyond. Our students from ISEE and BSEE graced the stage with amazing performances as singing, dancing, and playing various musical instruments. The day was loaded with games, activities, students’ performances, and delicious snacks. It was truly wonderful to see all the families.




RUN FOR A LIFE The British School of Elite Education in collaboration with the Syrian Embassy in Egypt and the Egyptian Red Cresent organised a donations campaign. Our students participated in a Run to raise donations for the victims of the destructive earthquakes that hit Syria. We are proud of all our students for their collaboration towards a good cause.



TEDDY BEAR PICNIC Our young learners and their parents came together to celebrate Teddy Bear Picnic Day. Students enjoyed a fun outdoor picnic with their friends, families and teachers. Everyone was all smiles as they relished the great weather, fun activities and delicious snacks.



57357 VISIT BSEE is keen on providing our students with the opportunity to participate in community service projects. This offers valuable learning experiences and helps our students develop essential life skills and values such as leadership, social responsibility, collaboration, tolerance and acceptance. The students gave a warm welcome to a representative from 57357 Children's Cancer Hospital, where they presented her with the donations they collected for the hospital. We are proud of our compassionate and responsible students.



BSEE’S GOT TALENT What a spectacular event! Our school organised BSEE’s Got Talent event where students got to showcase their unique talents and skills. This amazing show offered a platform for our young talents to express themselves creatively. Additionally, it reinforced their self-confidence and presentation skills.
