Our2023researchhasprovided SBL’swithvaluabletechniques, exercises,andadvicetohelp themcontinuetheincredible worktheydo,andthisyear,we hopetogofurther.

Thesecondeditionofourannual mentalhealthandwellbeing researchdelvesevendeeperinto thementalhealthandwellbeing ofSchoolBusinessLeaders, offeringareflectiveanalysisof thepreviousyear’sresults. Throughoutthisongoing research,weemploythegeneric term‘SBLs’toacknowledgethe variousjobtitlesassociatedwith individualsfulfillingsenior managementroles.
