Details
Provides supplies and project support to teachers, reducing the need to spend their own money Using DonorsChoose gives community members a way to see and support real classroom needs in EPS.
Each year, 40–50 students are accepted from all three high schools to serve as ambassadors for the EPS Foundation and Edmond Public Schools Through this program, they learn about philanthropy, advocacy, and leadership in public education and the community
Engages volunteers to represent the EPS Foundation and Edmond Public Schools, building connections and raising support through over 40 community events each year
Provides seed funding and support for pilot initiatives that address student and teacher needs within Edmond Public Schools. Working with the district, the Foundation has introduced programs like Art in Schools and the Edmond Early College Start Program.
Honors excellence in education by providing awards for Teacher and Support Personnel of the Year at all levels, along with special recognitions for Rookie Teacher, Leadership, Math Educator, and Language Arts Educator. It also awards seven scholarships to EPS students annually
