È questo l’obiettivo di Nicola Salvi, chef e cofondatore, insieme a Vito Cortese, della Grezzo Faculty, la prima scuola di cucina italiana dedicata al crudismo. Il segreto consiste in piatti belli, sani e pieni di colore e gusto, la cui preparazione esclude la cottura. Caratterizzati da ingredienti biologici di origine vegetale, privi di lieviti e soia: «Ricerco l’equilibrio tra il sapore e l’apporto nutritivo delle pietanze», rivela Cortese. Fondato nel 2014, il tempio del crudismo italiano organizza corsi personalizzati, sia per chi vuole cambiare la propria alimentazione, sia per chi ha intenzione di avviare un’attività di ristorazione. There is no doubt on the success of the Peanuts, the mythical group of children and animals born from that magical pencil of Charles Schulz, brightened today also by the diffusion on social networks. The October 2 1950, for the first time appears in a story, published in seven major US newspapers. Since then, the press have been going on for 65 years, as to say 17,897 strips and Sunday tables, appeared in 1,600 newspapers in 75 countries. For the anniversary of these iconic characters, in addition to the movie Snoopy & Friends, there is the unmissable exhibit Il fantastico mondo dei Peanuts to the WOW museum of Milan until January 10. On show original documents, comic books, essays and articles. Ingiustizia sociale, corruzione imperante, degrado diffuso. Sotto l’occhio di una Chiesa in crisi di valori. Non è l’ultima pellicola del filone dedicato a Mafia Capitale, ma lo scenario della Roma papalina di inizio ‘800 raccontata nel Marchese del Grillo. Il film di Mario Monicelli, uscito nel 1981 e diventato un cult grazie al cinismo beffardo di Alberto Sordi, si trasforma in una commedia musicale in scena al Teatro Sistina dal 9 dicembre al 17 gennaio. «La vicenda è la stessa, con le battute storiche e i continui rimandi all’attualità come il conflitto tra essere e apparire», spiega il regista Massimo Romeo Piparo, «ma un finale a sorpresa consente al nobile Onofrio un onorevole riscatto». Corruption rules on social iniquity and common decline, under the eye of a Church in crisis of values. It’s not the last movie of the new genre dedicated to the scandal of Mafia in the Capital city institutions, but the background of a papal Rome in the 19th century told in Il Marchese del Grillo. The movie, by Mario Monicelli and released in 1981, is now a cult classic thanks to the sarcastic cynicism of Alberto Sordi. It turns into a musical on stage at Teatro Sistina from December 9 to January 17. “The story is the same, with those historical jokes and constant references to actual events such as the conflict between being and appearance,” explains Massimo Romeo Piparo, the director, “but with a surprise ending that allows to the noble Onofrio a respectable redemption.”

Nel musical Giorgio Gobbi veste ancora i panni di Ricciotto
che si confronta con la memoria dell’Albertone nazionale: «Non ha senso imitarlo, ma neppure evitare di cimentarsi con i grandi per paura del confronto. Per me il marchese del Grillo è una maschera, come Rugantino, il conte Tacchia, sor Capanna. Lo interpreto a modo mio, con rispetto e umiltà, avendo in comune col mio predecessore lo stesso patrimonio comico romano». Al suo fianco l’attore Giorgio Gobbi, il fedele servitore Ricciotto del grande schermo che sul palco del Sistina veste gli stessi panni dopo 34 anni. «Ho ritrovato un clima di divertimento identico a quello che si respirava sul set di Monicelli. Esattamente come allora, ho riso a crepapelle durante la scena del rosario, quando il marchese si addormenta e scivola lentamente sulla sedia».
