Boy was I pleasantly surprised. When we boarded the Victory in Miami on Friday, we made our way to the Lido Deck. For anyone that hasn’t been on a cruise… that’s why you get on the ship early. Lido Deck is where all the food is for lunch. Nothing else to do on the ship… may as well eat! The most surprising part for me, was that my wife started talking to one of the Junior Hostesses – Gabriela, who talked my wife through the way to order her food early and we found, what I thought was going to be a nightmare for my wife eating this diet, was going to be an easy way of life for 3-days.
