KATE: How did María Reyna discover her talent? MARÍA: Since I was eight years old I already knew that my voice could go far. My mother always supported me morally, that was the best thing she could have given me. I have always been cheerful but also very determined to be and to sing. When she was 15 years old, she decided to leave her native SANTA MARÍA TLAHUITOLTEPEC, in search of studying singing in Guadalajara, Jalisco, while she was there, she came across comments that at the time made her doubt her dream.
