RUIJIE: Mi trabajo no es difícil de entender, simplemente pertenece a dos cosas, “MI historia” y “Mi base”. “Mi historia” no es lo que sucedió en una secuencia de tiempo plana, sino que exploró su propia conversación en las profundidades de su mente; “Mi base” no tiene una dirección clara, es la nube en el corazón, aprovecha el viento, tarareando la ciudad sin fin. RUIJIE: Necesito explorar más en mi mundo interior, explorar más sobre mí mismo. ¿Cuál es la historia de una niña pequeña “MOI” y su mundo de imaginación en mi infancia? Es mi núcleo de creación. De mi memoria a mi futuro con esta niña. Kate: por último, si tuvieras que definir esta exposiCión Con una palabra, ¿Cuál sería y por qué? ... RUIJIE: Quiero mostrar el mundo real dentro de mí. RUIJIE: About Redhead Exhibition and Floating City. The red-haired girl “MOI” is my interpretation. Many people think that I painted the redhead first. in fact, I watched “The Queen’s Gambit” on Netflix. The personality of the heroine enticed me to change my hair color in my solo show. From then on, I began to draw the red-haired girl in my heart. Before this, my artwork was floating in the air or in the trees, which was a bit surreal House, there will be such works as part of my childhood memories, when I lived in the countryside, I remember there are small country roads . with small houses, often imagine that they are flying or floating in a tree. So, when my hair color changed, a red-haired girl who yearned for her city image appeared, and started posting my later works, like growing many houses on a little girl’s red hair, or She is filling the house with her head her. I have a lot of imagination about the house, and I also make the elements of the house appear often in my flat and three-dimensional works. The house is interesting to me. I often feel that each house has its own expression, especially in the countryside, the old house is often a combination of two windows and one door. Just like them talking to me. I often think about the relationship between architecture and people. People always long for a “home”. Kate: wHat is tHe worK proCess wHen Creating tHis new artistiC projeCt?

RUIJIE: I need to explore more in my inner world, explore more about myself. What is the story of a little girl “MOI” and the world of her imagination in my childhood? It is my core of creation. From my memory to my future with this girl.

Kate: finally, if you Had to desCribe tHis exHibition in one word, wHat would it be and wHy? ... RUIJIE: I want to show the real world inside me. Through my creation, I can directly express the imaginary world in my heart. It will make the creation interesting, it can also enrich my soul. I hope to bring happiness to viewers.

Kate: wHat is tHe message you want to give to visitors?

RUIJIE: My work is not difficult to understand simply, it belongs to two things, “MY story” and “My base”. “My story” is not what happened in a flat time sequence, but explored his own conversation in the depths of his mind; “My base” does not have a clear direction, it is the cloud in the heart, it takes advantage of the wind, humming the city without end. All of this was originally hidden deep within my heart.

Kate: How Has it been exHibiting after all tHis time?

RUIJIE: With red hair, it was just because I wanted to change my appearance at first, but the development of the MOI series surprised me quite a bit. And in the process, I gradually realized that I was drawing my own story, which helped me maintain this style for a whole year, and became the red-haired girl Ning Ruijie on everyone’s lips.
