Providing your team with opportunities for developments is key. It not only keeps them inspired, but also confirms your team is consistenly aware of the the latest in the industry.
Work with your brand vendors to have quarterly education on the brand you carry along with staff incentives so they can earn rewards for hitting retail and service goals. We also suggest considering having a one day staff summit two times a year where you can stimulate education and inspiration for the team. Bring in a guest speaker to inspire and motivate your team to strive for the next level in their career development. This summit is also a great time to hand out awards and highlight team members who have strived to make a difference.
