VOM HAAR ZUM TRAININGSKOPF NACHHALTIG & FAIR Nur wer nachhaltig arbeitet, kann langfristig beste Qualität liefern. Unsere Produktionsstätte wird jährlich von einem unabhängigen Unternehmen nach den strengen SA8000 Richtlinien geprüft. Unser eigener Anspruch ist es dabei, diese Richtlinien nicht nur einzuhalten, sondern zu übertreffen. Für uns sind faire Arbeitsbedingungen und eine sozial gerechte Entlohnung ein Muss. Unsere Mitarbeiter erhalten entsprechende Sozialleistungen und arbeiten in einem sauberen und sicheren Umfeld. Kinderarbeit ist bei uns ein absolutes Tabu. Die Reise unserer Trainingsköpfe beginnt in indischen Pilger-Tempeln. Freiwillig spenden Frauen dort ihre Haare aus religiösen Gründen. Bei offiziellen Auktionen wird das unbehandelte Haar an zugelassene Händler versteigert. Neben dem Erhalt der Tempel werden mit dem Erlös auch gemeinnützige Zwecke finanziert. “Tempelhaar” gehört zu den teuersten Roh–stoffen der Welt. Mit bis zu 600,– Dollar pro Kilo ist der Haarpreis im Laufe der letzten 30 Jahre um das bis zu 20-fache gestiegen.

Der individuelle Veredelungsprozess des Rohhaares erfolgt in unserem Werk in China. Das Haar wird gewaschen, gepflegt, gebürstet und nach Wuchsrichtung, Haarfarbe und Haarlänge händisch sortiert. In einem speziellen Verfahren hellen wir unsere Haare schonend auf – ohne diese zu schälen oder auszudünnen. Danach werden sie auf die gewünschte Farbe eingefärbt. Durch diesen Ablauf erhalten wir die Sprungkraft, Natürlichkeit und Farbechtheit und damit unsere Remy-Qualität: Haar mit ausgerichteter, intakter Schuppenschicht, dass keine zusätzliche Silikon Schutzschicht benötigt. Für Trainingsköpfe in höchster Qualität. Unsere Mitarbeiter implantieren das veredelte Haar händisch in den noch kahlen Trainingskopf. Das ermöglicht uns die Differenzierung von Stichdichten, Stichmustern und Stichrichtungen. So entsteht in vielen Stunden Handarbeit ein hochwertiger Trainingskopf: Mit natürlichem Fall und Wirbel oder im “backing style” – modellabhängig sogar mit Schultern, wie bei einem “echten” Kunden. Nach dem Makeup erhalten unsere Trainingsköpfe ihren individuellen Namen und durchlaufen die finale Qualitätskontrolle, bevor sie in wiederverwendbaren Gewebesäckchen und schützende Kartons verpackt ihre Reise in die ganze Welt antreten.

Our production site is audited annually by an independent company in accordance with the stringent SA8000 guidelines. Our own claim is not only to comply with these guidelines, but to exceed them. Fair working conditions and socially just pay are a must for us. Our employees receive appropriate social benefits and work in a clean and secure environment. Child labor is an absolute taboo for us. The journey of our training heads begins in Indian pilgrim temples. Women voluntarily donate their hair there on religious grounds. At official auctions, the untreated hair is auctioned to authorized dealers. In addition to the preservation of the temples, the proceeds are used to finance charitable purposes. “Temple hair” is one of the most expensive raw materials in the world. With up to $ 600 per kilo, the hair price has increased by as much as 20 times over the last 30 years. The individual refining process of the raw hair takes place in our factory in China. The hair is washed, cared for, brushed and sorted by growth direction, hair color and hair length by hand. In a special procedure, we light up our hair gently – without peeling or thinning. Then they are colored to the desired color. Through this process, we get the bounce, naturalness and color fastness and thus our Remy quality: hair with aligned, intact cuticle layer, which does not require any additional silicone protective layer. For training heads of the highest quality. Our employees manually implant the finished hair into the still bald training head. This enables us to differentiate stitch densities, stitch patterns and stitch directions. Thus, in many hours of manual work a high-quality training head is created: with a natural fall and swirl or in the “backing style” - depending on the model, even with shoulders, as with a “real” customer. After makeup, our training heads are given their individual name and undergo final quality control before embarking on their journey into the world in packaged reusable tissue bags and protective boxes.

Trainingsköpfe mit reiner Synthetikfaser genügen unseren hohen Ansprüchen nicht und befinden sich deshalb auch nicht in unserem Sortiment. Trotz international einheitlicher Bezeichnungen für Haarqualitäten gibt es hier von Anbieter zu Anbieter entscheidende Unterschiede. Mit diesem Begriffs-Lexikon bieten wir einen generellen Überblick.

Despite internationally uniform names for hair qualities there are crucial differences from provider to provider. With this term dictionary we offer a general overview.

Hierbei handelt es sich um Kunstfaser, welche nur bedingt hitzebeständig ist und sich schlecht färben lässt. Schneiden und stylen dieser Haare ist nur eingeschränkt möglich und hat mit einem „echten“ Kunden nichts gemeinsam. Dieses Haar wird auch als „Eurotex“ oder „biofiber“ bezeichnet.

Hierbei handelt es sich um eine Kombination von synthetischen- und anderen Haararten. Dabei kann veredeltes Rosshaar genauso zum Einsatz kommen wie Menschenhaar in allen Qualitäten. Mixed hair ist eine kostengünstige Alternative für Schneidetrainings.

Der Begriff „Echthaar“ ist weit verbreitet, sagt allerdings sehr wenig über die tatsächliche Herkunft (menschlich/tierisch), Ethik (toter/lebender/erzwungener/freiwilliger Spender) und Qualität (mit/ohne Schuppenschicht, Remy/non Remy etc.) des Produktes aus.

This is synthetic fiber, which is only partially resistant to heat and can be dyed poorly. Cutting and styling of this hair is limited and has nothing in common with a „real“ customer. This hair is also called „Eurotex“ or „biofiber“.

This is a combination of synthetic and other types of hair. Here, refined horsehair can be used as well as human hair in all qualities. Mixed hair is a cost-effective alternative for cutting training.

The term „real hair“ is widespread, but says very little about the actual origin (human / animal), ethics (dead / live / forced / voluntary donor) and quality (with / without cuticula, Remy / non Remy etc.) of the Product out.

Mit einem runden Durchmesser von 0,12 bis 0,20 mm ist chinesisches Menschenhaar 3 bis 5 mal dicker als ovales europäisches Haar. Es ist meist in schwarz bis dunkelbraun und ohne Eigenbewegung verfügbar. Es ist das kostengünstigste Menschenhaar, aber trotzdem gut für fast alle Arten von Anwendungen geeignet.

Indische Menschenhaar hat einen runden bis leicht ovalen Durchmesser und ist ca. 0,08 bis 0,12 mm dick. Damit ist es nur etwa doppelt so dick wie europäisches Haar. Es ist meist in schwarzen bis braunen Naturtönen verfügbar. Durch seine Eigenbewegung ist es dem europäischen Haar sehr ähnlich.

Das Haar der tibetanischen Hochlandziege ist so fein und geschmeidig wir europäisches Haar. Es besitzt aber im Gegensatz zum Menschenhaar keine natürlichen Farbpigmente und ist daher rein Weiß. Dadurch eignet es sich besonders für Pastel- oder Kreativ-Colorationen, da kein Blondieren mehr notwendig ist.

The hair of the Tibetan highland goat is as fine and supple as we European hair. Unlike human hair, it has no natural color pigments and is therefore nearly pure white. This makes it very suitable for pastel or creative colorations, as bleaching is no longer necessary.

Chinesisches Menschenhaar unterscheidet sich durch seine Stärke und runde Form vom europäischen Menschenhaar. Es stellt eine kostengünstige Alternative zu hochwertigeren Haaren da und ist für fast alle Anwendungsarten geeignet.
