become a Fitness Bot Head Neck Stretch To do a head and neck stretch, gently tilt your head to the right until you feel a stretch on the left side of your neck. Hold for a few seconds, then repeat on the other side. You can also gently tilt your head forward and backward to stretch the muscles in the front and back of your neck. Remember to breathe deeply and relax your shoulders while you stretch.

1. Stand up straight with your feet hip-width apart. 2. Raise one arm straight up and reach towards the ceiling. 3. Bend the elbow of the raised arm and reach your hand behind your head. 4. Use your other hand to gently pull your elbow towards the center of your body until you feel a stretch in your tricep muscle. 5. Hold the stretch for 15-30 seconds, then release and repeat on the other arm. Remember to breathe deeply and avoid any movements that cause pain or discomfort.

Hip Lunge stretch The hip lunge stretch is a great exercise to increase flexibility in your hip flexors. Start in a lunge position with your back leg extended behind you. Slowly lower your back knee to the ground while keeping your front knee bent at a 90-degree angle. Hold the stretch for 20-30 seconds then switch sides. Remember to keep your back straight and your core engaged throughout the stretch.
