The purpose of this ECR survey is to benchmark the use of category management & shopper marketing including the rate of adoption of traditional principles & early identification of growing trends in the Baltics. The survey will also be conducted by other ECR National Initiatives allowing for international benchmarking.
This benchmark will provide tangible insights for a company's senior leadership and Category Managers. It will illustrate how widely practised category management & shopper marketing is within the industry and pinpoint which activities are gaining in participation and prominence.
Annual participation in the survey will allow participants to conduct gap analyses and identify how the discipline is progressing year on year.
