To the East, restored brick warehouses provide character-rich workspaces with flexible floorplates and historic texture—anchored by the newly completed 1144 Las Palmas.
To the West, a series of ground-up and reimagined structures will shape an immersive pedestrian experience: vibrant storefronts and restaurant patios at street level, creative workspaces above, and landscaped paseos throughout.
