Four convenient choices to save you and your clients’ time and money. Access: The reality is there can still be some things that are hard to do when you are on the run …online, or over the phone. Like depositing money; providing your instructions or transferring funds to and from other financial institutions. And then there’s the issue of making sure you’re using the right forms, getting more forms quickly when you run out, or simply having them at your fingertips.

1. Electronic Funds Transfer Electronic Funds Transfer (EFT) is available. What does it mean for you and your clients? With EFT, transferring money out of a Ubiquity account to another financial institution is fast, simple and reliable. EFT provides an option for your clients to receive their periodic interest payments and or matured funds at the Canadian financial institution of their choice, reliably and quickly. EFT can also make receiving your commissions from Ubiquity Bank simpler. We can transfer the funds directly into your Ubiquity broker account where they will start earning a high daily rate of interest immediately or… you may choose to transfer funds to another Canadian financial institution of your choice. Just call us now and we will help you to make this an easy option.

From the beginning, our goal has been to simplify the banking experience whether you like self serve or prefer our assistance. Agent Royal Bank Deposit Program Ubiquity Bank of Canada offers you the ability to deposit your clients’ funds at any Royal Bank branch in Canada by utilizing their National Direct Deposit Service (NDDS). There is no charge for the transaction and transactions receive same bank date of deposit credit. Once we have your signed agency agreement on file, just make your deposit and fax us your instructions with a copy of the Royal Bank Deposit slip. If you’re not already taking advantage of this service, please contact Ubiquity Bank.

Revised Agency Agreement Serves You Better We have revised the Agency Agreement to include the Terms and Conditions enclosed for your reference. This revision will provide you with a new benefit to better serve your clients - the ability to utilize a variety of delivery channels … the one you choose, when you choose it.! Now you can communicate most investment instructions to us by fax with no need to follow up with originals (some restrictions may apply) and you can choose to deal with Ubiquity Bank through a variety of convenient delivery channel options including courier, mail, fax, Exchange ATM’s, on line through the internet and at any Royal Bank in Canada.

3. ATM Deposits For real convenience, you can make deposits at any EXCHANGE® ATM across Canada. This national depository ATM network has grown to include 8 national banks including HSBC, National, Laurentian, and Canadian Western Bank, as well as many Credit Unions across Canada and more than 1,400 ATM’s. For a list of locations near you, simply visit www.the-exchange.ca or call us. You’ll need a Ubiquity ATM Access Card which can be ordered through our Client Contact Centre once we have your signed agency agreement on file. There is no charge for deposits, and deposit funds will be credited instantly. Simply make your deposit and fax us your instructions along with an ATM summary sheet. Call us …we can make this one easy too.

4. Online Documents and More At Ubiquity Bank… paperwork just got a whole lot easier with online access to our most commonly used forms. Our private and secure broker website has everything you need to know about doing business with Ubiquity, including an on line document library and broker specific information on products, rates and compensation. Recycle your old documents and print fresh and current ones as you need them. And if you need help…call us and we will walk you though it, or if you prefer, just let us know what you need… and we’ll gladly send a supply. Don’t forget you can access your commission fund account online too.
