Evangelism & Membership

Mission: To extend God’s grace to first-time visitors, inquirers, members and non-members alike

Accomplishments in 2020:

• Continued honey outreach to visitors. • Reached out to members during the COVID slowdown. • Assisted with CORE Retreat. • Had 14 New Members complete the Spring First Step class and had 10 join through our first virtual First

Step class • Held 2 joint meetings with Fellowship Leaders and members to prepare for the merging of Evangelism & Membership and Fellowship Committees

Goals in 2021:

• E&M will merge with Fellowship in 2021 • Create a plan, purpose and direction for our newly created committee • Support outreach and evangelism to the local community through support of key EPC programs, such as Adult VBS, the CORE Retreat, etc. • Continue to administer the honey project (Welcome gift to EPC visitors).
