I’d like to welcome Keith Hill and his staff to the Silverlake Stadium this afternoon, as well as all of the fans who have made the journey down from Lincolnshire.
It was a frustrating result to take against Woking because I thought it was a close game and we started really well.
Woking had to change formation to match us up and that is always a compliment and I was happy until about five minutes before half time.
I thought we were the better team in the first half but then in the second-half, I thought they were the better side and put us on the back foot.
We had chances of our own but couldn't take them and in the end, that is what happens in a competitive game.
It's another tough test this evening against a side that have turned a corner since we were initially due to play them.
They were bottom and struggling but now they are 20th and looking stronger and we must be focused and giving 100% if we want to get anything.
We are looking forward to what will be a difficult test. Every game is hard in this league and tonight will be no different.
Thank you to everyone who is coming to the Silverlake Stadium this evening. As I always express, your support is so important and always appreciated.
I am looking forward to seeing you all again.

match report
Eastleigh put in a battling display as they suffered a 1-0 defeat to Woking at the Laithwaite Community Stadium in the Vanarama National League.
On the half hour mark, a curling free kick from Michael Kelly found an unmarked Danny Whitehall in the box, but he couldn’t direct his header past Craig Ross in the Woking goal.
A few minutes later, Eastleigh launched a quick counter-attack which saw Abrahams drag an effort wide of the far post.
The visitors made a bright start to the game, as JJ McKiernan headed across the face of goal in the second minute, but Tristan Abrahams was unable to connect with the ball.
Woking responded well with Padraig Amond forcing a good save out of Joe McDonnell in the third minute.
The hosts then came close to taking the lead, when Josh Casey’s free kick found James Daly just outside the box and his effort hit the post.
Minutes later, McKiernan was found in plenty of space on the right-hand side and crossed for Abrahams, who almost scored with an audacious backheeled attempt.
Woking brought on loanee Clarke for a debut in the 61st minute, having just agreed a short-term deal with the Cardinals.
Within three minutes, the 19-yearold opened his account for his new club, firing past McDonnell from Korboa’s cross.
In the final minute of the game, Whitehall headed wide from Kelly’s cross to the back post, as Eastleigh pushed for a late equaliser.
