Annual Impact:

Better lives for children and adults living with disabilities:

50+ children and adults with disabilities find acceptance, friends, and new possibilities at camp and recreation programs that are life-changing and that provide their parents and other caregivers much-needed time for rest and respite.

Better lives and futures for adults with disabilities:

200+ unemployed adults receive culturally specific services to help secure and retain meaningful employment that significantly improves their quality of life by helping overcome economic, housing, and food insecurity, as well as social isolation, discrimination, depression, and despair.

Better lives and futures for older adults with disabilities:

400+ older adults urgently in need of economic security gain paid training at nonprofit “host agencies” that improve their confidence and skills, helping them overcome age discrimination and putting them solidly on the path to unsubsidized employment, economic security, and peace in their lives.

Better lives for Veterans experiencing houselessness or who are imminently at risk of becoming houseless:

250+ Veterans (and their families) who are houseless move into housing

75+ Veterans receive support that prevents them from becoming houseless

300+ Veterans secure the re-training, support, and resources they need to successfully secure jobs that get them solidly on the path to better lives for themselves and their families.

$17 million in positive economic impact/return to the community through staff wages, paid internships for older adults, housing assistance, and employment secured by Veterans and adults with disabilities.
