• Students can take advantage of the many opportunities for cultural and professional development at the Bobby Verdugo and Yolo Ríos Bilingual Peer Mentor and Tutoring Center.
• Anthropology and Animal Studies students have the opportunity to study lemur behavior at the Primate Field School in Florida.
• All English & History Teaching graduates are employed within three months of graduation since the program’s inception in 2020.
• Art and Design graduates are employed at Disney, Bullhorn Creative, Social Fly, Google and numerous other companies.
• The Colonels at the Capitol Internship Program places students with a Kentucky legislator as they serve in the General Assembly during the spring semester.
• Students in History, Philosophy and Sociology engage in innovative research, working closely with esteemed faculty experts.

MENTORSHIP & MEDIA TRANSFORM YOUR EKU
JOURNEY
Collaborate with our expert faculty members in the Mentorship with a Psychology Professor program. Conduct research, present at conferences and submit your work for journal publication. In the School of Communication, gain valuable experience at the Eastern Progress Student Media Network. Participate in this fully student-led media network to share news with EKU’s student body.

IMMERSIVE OPPORTUNITIES IN CLASS
• Animal Studies - Explore wild dolphin behavior, join a lemur field school or study abroad as part of hands-on animal enrichment courses.
• Study Abroad - Embark on comprehensive educational journeys and explore diverse disciplines es under the guidance of CLASS faculty.
• Social Work - Receive in-state tuition, a stipend for up to 4 semesters and a two-year guaranteed position with the Kentucky Cabinet for Health and Family Services as part of the Child Welfare Preparation Program.
