PREPARING EDUCATORS WITH ADVANCED LEARNING ENVIRONMENTS
The School of Education at Eastern Kentucky University is home to a nationally accredited educator preparation program with a long tradition of preparing outstanding teachers for the Commonwealth and beyond. We prepare teachers for early childhood, elementary, middle and high school classrooms. Throughout our programs, students learn from experienced and caring faculty while participating in clinical placements in various P-12 classroom settings. Our small class sizes help students develop close relationships with professors and classmates, and individually assigned academic advisors ensure students are successful on their path to graduation.
