How to Order

Ordering is Easy

However you order, you can pay by credit or debit card and if you are an existing customer you can pay on account, requesting an invoice to be sent to you. For schools and settings wishing to set-up new accounts simply complete the online form or order as usual and we will do all the work!

Delivery of Resources

We take great care in packaging your goods and aim to deliver resources within 5 working days and furniture/stores within 10 to 15 working days of receiving your order. Delivery charges vary dependent on the size and value of your order and are applied at checkout. See our website T&Cs for details. Delivery to Highlands, Isle of Man, Isle of Wight, the Channel Islands and internationally incur additional charges, please enquire.

Installation

The outdoor stores are fully assembled and installed onsite by our delivery team. There is small charge for this service. Please note that you MUST have prepared, prior to installation, a firm, flat and level base in either concrete, tarmac or flagstones. Dimensions for the base can be found online or through our Sales Team.

Variations

Many of our resources are produced in a variety of colours and styles and may vary slightly from those shown, however we guarantee that you will always receive the same quality and value.

Returns

We hope you are pleased with your new resources, but if for any reason they are not quite right, please contact sales@earlyexcellence.com within 10 working days of receipt to return the unused items. Please note, the outdoor stores are non returnable once delivered and installed.
