Club Provision Booklet

Michaelmas Term 2025

Club Provision

We are proud to offer a vibrant and enriching clubs programme available to all children across every year group As students progress through the school, the range of opportunities expands to help them continually explore new interests, develop skills, and discover passions beyond the standard curriculum

Clubs take place both during the school day and after school, covering a wide variety of subjects, from sport and music to creativity, science, and enterprise This year, we're delighted to offer an even greater number of after-school clubs across the entire school

Whilst the provision provided each term will change slightly, were possible, we aim to ensure all clubs running after school will continue throughout the whole academic year, providing consistency and deeper engagement for students.

After-school clubs run alongside our Late Stay provision, available to Junior School families who need extended care. To sign up for Late Stay, please contact us at thehideout@wellingtoncollegeprep.org.uk.

Some clubs are chargeable or take place outside of regular school hours In this case, parents will need to sign children for these using our online form At the start of each term, students also have the chance to sign themselves up for any free, in-school clubs

While a few clubs do carry a charge, we're pleased to share that over half are included in the school fees to ensure a broad and accessible programme for all

Ahead of the Michaelmas term, this booklet outlines the clubs available for each year group We encourage every child to get involved and make the most of the exciting opportunities on offer.

If you have any queries regarding clubs please direct your email to Miss Johnson at hjohnson@wellingtoncollegeprep.org.uk
