CAMPUS FACILITIES Supervision of Student Movement Around Campus THERE WILL BE CLOSE ADULT SUPERVISION OF CHILDREN. Supervision will begin
at drop-off, safely ensuring students’ arrival to their cohort, and continue through afternoon pick-up. WE ARE INSTALLING SIGNAGE ON FLOORS AND DOORS to ensure that the children
safely remain in their cohorts, practice social distancing, and wash their hands.
Interior Spaces CLASSROOM SPACES HAVE BEEN EVALUATED for social distancing. Changes to
classroom layouts include:
• A marked six-foot teacher zone at the front of each room. • Desks for students that are spread 6 feet apart. ENHANCED/INCREASED CLEANING PROTOCOLS for bathrooms and classrooms. PLEXIGLASS DIVIDERS have been installed in offices and classrooms for essential
face-to-face meetings. AIR FILTRATION will be maximized in all applicable buildings.
• Maximize outside air exchange in all buildings by increasing the amount of time ventilation systems are run outside of school hours.
• Increase the frequency of ventilation filter replacement scheduled throughout the year.
• Installed bipolar ionization in ventilation ducts to enhance air purification in buildings
HANDS-FREE BATHROOM FAUCETS and auto-flush toilets are being installed in all
bathrooms.
