With Italy Boring Unit: 9 vertical + 2 horizontal +2 blade unit Max. travelling speed is 60,000mm/min Max. cutting speed is 45,000mm/min Material sheet can be held by vac-sorb as well as by clamp.

Power supply for whole machine is AC380V/50-60Hz, 3Ph 4 Wires Net weight of full machine is 2150KGS. Fast and precise with servo motors, quiet operation. This is a close loop servo driven system, which is a higher performing and zero maintenance system. Further the motors are very smooth running and give the router machine good acceleration and deceleration charactics.

The X and Y axis motion is via a rack and pinion drive, which is hardened for extremly long life and ground for a very good accuracy; The Z axis is driven by means of a hardened antibacklash ball-screw.

The Y-axis uses a dual drive, one for each side of the gantry.
