The damaged parts within warranty enjoy the free replace service if the users can send back the damage ones. User afford the post fees of sending damage one back and we afford the post fees of sending new one out. After 12 months warranty, replacing bad parts will be charged on basis of cost but no profit.

Limit Terms:

Damage caused by abuse, or neglect is not included in the warranty. Acts of God, fire and etc. are excluded.

The easily damaged parts such as cutters, belts and etc will not enjoy the warranty. You are advised to order some easily damaged parts for maintenance purpose in future.
