BRIEF • CNC router machining center is widely used for the jobs which have to be finished by multiple engraving tools. In CNC operation of multiple tools, the auto tool changer cnc router is not need to stop until the whole panel machining finished. Suppose to use a machine without atc in operation of multiple tools, we need to stop machine in every process of tool changing and set again origin point after tool changed. Power supply for whole machine is AC380V/50-60Hz, 3Ph 4 Wires Net weight of full machine is 1700KGS. Fast and precise with servo motors, quiet operation. This is a close loop servo driven system, which is a higher performing and zero maintenance system. Further the motors are very smooth running and give the router machine good acceleration and deceleration charactics.

The X and Y axis motion is via a rack and pinion drive, which is hardened for extremly long life and ground for a very good accuracy; The Z axis is driven by means of a hardened antibacklash ball-screw.

The Y-axis uses a dual drive, one for each side of the gantry.
