Maintenance & After-sale service Installation:

As users, please do not worry about this. All the installation is finished in our factory before delivery. You can use the machine immediately after give it power.

After-sale service:

12 months warranty period (not include wearing parts) since the shipping date (shipment should be arranged in 30 days since the day machine ready for shipment); and technical support for lifetime. The damaged parts within warranty enjoy the free replace service if the users can send back the damage ones. User afford the post fees of sending damage one back and we afford the post fees of sending new one out. After 12 months warranty, replacing bad parts will be charged on basis of cost but no profit.

We provides online technical support, it can be by phone, email or skype; machine tutorials in English language will be provided with machine.

We can provide training for your new cnc machine in our factory in China. This is a 3 day class that will teach you everything you need to bring your machine into production. As an option, we can send a engineer to your site to conduct control training and bring the machine into production; all cost should be afforded by your party (include air tickets, visa, room and food during stay in your country), and USD200/DAY as allowance for engineer.

Limit Terms:

Damage caused by abuse, or neglect is not included in the warranty. Acts of God, fire and etc. are excluded.

The easily damaged parts such as cutters, belts and etc will not enjoy the warranty. You are advised to order some easily damaged parts for maintenance purpose in future. www.eaglecnctec.com
