EGI: A Prospectus E. Ganzon, Inc. (“EGI” for short) is a triple “A” Contractor, accredited by the Philippine Contractors’ Accreditation Board (PCAB). Organized in October 1982, the company evolved as the respected “noted condominium specialist” in the real estate industry.
Now in its 33rd year of corporate existence, it is into condominium selling and leasing, hotels and resorts. With assets both raw and finished, it now holds real estate inventories in Baguio, Cebu, Iloilo, Laguna, Quezon City, Cavite and Batangas as well as in Metro Manila. It also holds several patents because its Chairman and Founder, Engr. Eulalio Ganzon, himself an inventor and innovator, has given it the charge of guarding and keeping those patents and inventions. Such are, for example: the Drum-trap, fence with bamboo slatch skeleton frames, load bearing walls of structures, Engineered Toilet and Bath System (ETBS), Electric Load Balancer, etc. Currently, products of E. Ganzon, Inc. in various stages of development and depending on location, are beneficiaries of this innovative spirit inherited from its Founder, like: a dual water system which utilizes tap water and grey water for utility use, Rain Catchment System which saves rain water from the atmosphere, Passive Cooling of rooms which removes the “sick building syndrome,” and so forth. These innovations find their way into condominiums developed by EGI, making these developments “Green Buildings” even before the technology became a by-word today in construction circles.
