Wedding coverage experience by Dzine FZE, freelance photographer in Dubai. Today as a freelance photographer in Dubai, we are sharing our experience of shooting a wedding in UAE, during the first week of April. The weather was awesome that evening and the wedding was planned in one of the well-known hotel resort located at the Ajman and Sharjah border. As a freelance photographer in Dubai, we were hired from the bride’s side since we had a female photographer in our team equipped with High-end camera and lenses, who can cover all the functions during the wedding, especially the ladies functions and rituals.
Being a freelance photographer in Dubai, we arrived at the venue approximately two hours early than the scheduled time. This gave us enough time to do the necessary settings based on the venue lighting and function arrangements. We decided our positions to take better shots and adjusted the light and flash settings accordingly. It was a house and all the function for this day one was an indoor function in the same house. Some of the rooms were having tungsten lights installed which were giving a mixed mode of light setting in the house. We had to change the light white balance accordingly for shooting in each room. the first-day function was for very close family members only so the room was not overcrowded as a result, we get enough room to take pictures from different angles. The next function of the wedding also was an indoor function but inside a hall. The lighting arrangement was almost the same during the whole function so we did not bother much about the changes in light and for changing the light setting changes.
