I come from a large family, seven brothers, four sisters, and myself. Where did you grow up? Rillton, PA

Tell us about your family. - Are you married, and do you have any children?

Married, my wife is Jean. We have two sons, Brian, 49 years old, living in Orlando, with one daughter, Emily, and Kevin, 43 years old, living in Saint Augustine, with two children, one boy, Kia, five years old, and a daughter, Lala, three years old.

What is the best part of your game?

The driver and wedges

What is the best round of Golf?

Best score I shot 59 at age 59 at Montour Country Club in a Tri-State PGA event, the John Seretti invitational

Can you name two of your favorite golf courses that you've played, and what makes them unique to you?

Pebble Beach Golf Club and Cypress Point, because of their beauty and difficulty

What initially drew you to the game of Golf, and how did you get started?

Caddied at Baldock Hills Country Club, name changed to Lincoln Hills Country Club with my older brothers, and once I stepped on the golf course, I knew what I wanted to do.

Could you provide some insight into your previous roles?

Assistant golf professional at Lincoln Hills Country Club from 1966 to 1970, Assistant at St. Clair Country Club from 1971 to 1972, I was hired in August 1972 at Allegheny Country Club and worked there until 1999. In 1999, I qualified for the Senior Tour and played for 10 years, through 2009, participating in a total of 98 senior events.

How long have you been a PGA member, and what made you decide to pursue a career in the PGA of America?

I became a member of the PGA of America in March 1971 (54 years). I was inspired by my older brother, who was the assistant at Baldock Hills.

What does being a PGA of America Member mean to you?

Being part of a great organization, inspiring people to play golf, and promoting the game of golf.

If you could play one round of golf with any three people (alive or deceased), who would you choose to play with?

I would say Jack Nicklaus and Arnold Palmer, but since I did play with them in the final round of the Outback Championship in Tampa, Florida, on the Senior Tour, I would choose my son, Brian, Kevin, and my granddaughter Emily.

TSPGA Junior Chairman, Tournament Chairman, and served on the board of directors numerous times.

27 majors; three on the regular tour, twenty-four on the Champions Tour

Best finish on the senior tour: 4th place at the Toshiba Classic.

Tied 4th and played in the final group on Sunday on the Senior PGA and tied 5th NFL Championship. TRI-STATE
