Tell us about your family.
- Are you married, and do you have any children?
I came back to the Tri-State Section after 30 years in the Philadelphia Section to be with my parents. Both of which are healthy and active. Kathryn Clark is my better half, and I have a daughter, Mia, who is a medical imagist at a facility in North Carolina.
How do you spend your time away from the course?
Relaxing and watching sports. Especially college sports, and in the winter, I stay in the gym to fight off Father Time.
What is the best part of your game?
100 yards and in
What is your best round of Golf?
62 twice
Name two favorite golf courses that you've played, and what makes them unique to you? Pine Valley and Merion. Both are golf treasures
If you could play a round of golf with any three people (alive or deceased), who would they be?
My dad, Jack Nicklaus, and Arnold Palmer

How long have you been a PGA member, and what made you decide to pursue a career in the PGA of America?
Full member since August 1st, 1993. I love the game and wanted to make it a large part of my life
Who has had the biggest influence on your life or career?
My parents. They were always supporting and encouraging.

What’s your favorite part of working with your members, students, or clients?
Building long-lasting friendships and relationships, being a good example, and spreading kindness to others.

What advice would you give to aspiring PGA Professionals entering the industry today?
You need three skills: people skills, time management skills, and money management skills.
What does being a PGA of America Member mean to you?
Success in life and hard work is worth it.
What does “Growing the Game” mean to you?
Getting people excited to play and stay involved in the game.
What legacy do you hope to leave as a PGA Professional?
I want people to remember me for being a good person.
