Accor ding to As ton Mar tin Lagonda in War wickshir e, England, this car was only one of six pr oduced in 1966 with a Bor gWar ner automatic tr ansmission and is the las t of its br eed r et aining such tr ansmission. It also has the unique featur e of f actor y -ins t alled air conditioning, as well as electr ic windows. The car was invited by Bill War ner, founder of the Amelia Island Concour s d’Elegance, to be an entr ant in the 2015 Concour s. The As ton was honor ed ther e by winning the Amelia Awar d and the 2015 Tr ophy is, of cour se, included with the car. Dur ing the days of the Concour s, the As ton f law lessly completed the Eight Flags Road Tour and has been dr iven only spar ingly since that event.
